If you’re looking for quality soil for potting your plants or bulk mulch or other landscaping ground cover, look no further than Edgewater Yard Shop. The quality of the top soil and potting mixes you can get there is far superior to the big box and it’s fairly priced. If you’re ready to mulch or spread gravel or sand, you can’t go wrong with their bulk options. Not to mention, you’ll be saving money over buying bags at the other places around town where that’s the only option. We just bought four (4) yards of mulch and had it delivered right to our home. When we were there buying it, we were asked if we would be spreading it ourselves. Before we were able to answer, EYS staff let us know they had a list of folks they knew did a quality job of installing their products and could recommend one if we wanted the option. PRO TIP: Use their guy! We called the young man they referred to us and within a couple of days he stopped by, confirmed the amount of mulch we had ordered for delivery was right and agreed to install it for a reasonable amount. We could not be happier! In the future, our only stop for landscaping materials will be the Edgewater Yard Shop. Great prices, super helpful staff, on time delivery and rock solid referral partners makes it a no brainer!
At a time when customer service is commonly not so great, it was a refreshing experience to do business with the yard shop. They delivered 6 yards of soil to my house and the delivery driver as well as whoever i spoke with on the phone were just good people who heard what i said and made sure everything went smoothly. I will definitely be doing more business with them in the future.

After years of living here I finally hit the age where I buy dirt for a garden. I needed a lot of dirt for two full gardens and I found Edgewater Yard Shop. We showed up, paid and they filled our trailer in a matter of 15 minutes. The guys were all very nice and the equipment operator gave me the composition of the soil when I started checking it out (they have a great mix)! Me and my plants are very happy!! I'll definitely come here again. If you need anything for landscaping, their prices are great and they have a large selection! Photos are one of my filled planters and the trailer after 6 full wheelbarrows were unloaded.
My thanks go out to Ed and Allie. They took my diagram and calculated how much river rock I would need for my landscaping. The rock was delivered in 50# bags, a total of 40 bags. Easy for me to put down and used all of it, with no more necessary. They are the most courteous, friendly and reasonable landscape business around. Thank you so much. I will pass the word

Just wanted to say what a wonderful experience we have had with this great local business, we ordered 5 cubic yards of soil to start our vegetable patch. Call the yard shop and they couldnt have been more helpful, gave us a date and time for them to deliver which was very reasonable. Adam arrived on time and helpfully tipped the soil in two places which made our job so much easier, thank you guys, we will be back.

Best place around to get ground cover! Service is unbelievable and they deliver ON TIME! We had 2 deliveries in 2 days arrive t the exact time quoted. Truly a great local business to support that s cheeper than the big box places.

Great place to get landscape rock! They have a great selection of materials. The staff is very knowledgeable and helped us to select exactly what we wanted. The quantity we needed was perfectly estimated. The delivery was even earlier than promised. The delivery person was very careful to unload the rock in the middle of our driveway getting no rock in the adjacent grass. We ordered marble rocks and it is absolutely beautiful. We would highly recommend Edgewater Yard Shop for all landscaping materials!!
This is a great place to buy river rock, mulch, fill dirt and other landscaping materials. I purchased about 4 tons of river rock and had it dropped on my driveway just where I wanted it, with no harm done to my driveway or lawn. Excellent selection of products, excellent delivery service and very nice people too.

Decent prices and very friendly. They will help you decide what you need and how much. I had 2 yards of gravel delivered and the driver was also very friendly and accommodating. He made sure that the gravel was dropped where I needed it and was very careful.

Lady at counter is very nasty and they adjust prices by the day and or person. I called on Thursday and was told 85$ a yard and the following day was charged 99$ a yard.
