First snow since my heart operation, so I needed help. Also our first call to Cutting Edge. Jeff was able to get a team out to us quickly. The 5-man crew did a great job clearing our long driveway and area in front of the garage in a short time. We picked them because they're a local business, and it was the right choice. I highly recommend Cutting Edge to my neighbors and friends.
Always do a great job with everything they do! We had them landscape our backyard around a pool, maintain the grass, and mulch. We will continue to use them because they do such a great job at an economical price!
I called them several times. My first call was about snow removal. I spoke to Jeff and he said he'd get back to me. He never called back. I left several other messages about grass cutting. I even sent a message via the website. I never have heard from them. I guess they have too much business and don't need new customers.
Cutting Edge is very responsive, even contacting me about potential weather or lawn related items before they become an issue. They are contracted for our snow removal as well and the care they give to make sure we are taken care of in lawn maintenance and snow removal is top of the line. Fair and reasonable in pricing and providing additional as needed lawn/tree work above and beyond our normal contracted care for fair prices with quick response. I would recommend them to anyone needing lawn care. We have a very large property church they maintain.
We have solely used Cutting Edge to help design and maintain our landscaping for years. Mulch, front yard plants, back yard designs, and tree planting are a few services we have used and continue to use with confidence and satisfaction. From initial consultation with Jeff to cleanup after the job is done, customer service is top notch and filled with knowledge and honesty. Highly recommend.
Cutting Edge has been wonderful to work with in completing yard and landscaping needs. Jeff and the crew are timely and always do a great job. We have had trees trimmed, leaf removal and garden cleanup, and aeration/seeding. We are not only pleased with the work, but the pricing is always competitive. I appreciate the help maintaining our yard throughout the years!
Jeff and his crew, headed by Santos, did a great job with my Spring clean up and mulching. I have several gardens requiring almost 20 yards of mulch and a lot of plants that needed shaped up. Everything looked terrific after they were done. And we have a good many trees on the property so stick cleanup is no small chore on almost 3 acres. Just wanted to follow up a year later. All is still good with Cutting Edge. We are a few years in now and seem to have developed a good routine. Grass gets cuts once a week starting when it's needed and ending when it's not needed anymore. The cutting season is getting longer. Jeff is responsive when I ask him to cut it a little lower so the grandkids grounders don't get hung up in longer grass. We do a Spring and Fall cleanup and two more garden weedings and cleanup in between. If you are looking for a firm to do your work I would highly recommend Cutting Edge.
Jeff and his team are true professionals! We just moved into a a new house and had to tackle some drainage issues as well as install a paver patio. Jeff worked really hard to help us find a solution that fit our budget and still delivered quality work! The patio looks great and the yard has never drained better. I would recommend Cutting Edge to anyone in need of landscape/hardscape services. We plan on using them in the spring for a clean-up as well.

Jeff and his team rock! They exceeded my expectations many times over. We had a gutter downspout issue which had clearly plagued the home we purchased for many years. Their solution is rock solid and performed beautifully during our last big rain. Jeff was very responsive to our texts and emails due to being a new homeowner in this region and relying on his design and expertise was clearly the right choice. We recommend wholeheartedly!
After buying the house a year ago it was perfect minus the back yard. Jeff and his team were great to work with. Jeff kept in great contact throughout the whole process, and went above and beyond in exceeding my expectations - beyond thankful and would definitely recommend cutting edge landscaping! We had dirt brought in to level the yard, French drains installed, leafgro, sod, a patio and a shed pad and couldnt be happier!
What the gentleman that came and said what was going to be done was not what they did. Had sod placed in yard and we watered as was told and sod died within a month. Would not recommend this place to anyone. And when we called back got the run around Update 1/30/19 I have now had a call back from the company and hope this spring to have sod replaced and will update review when completed updated 4/9/19 Jeff is working on doing everything possible to make the lawn look like it should.
These guys just transformed my yard. Im super pleased with the responsiveness (even when I was a bit flaky) and the quality of the work. Jeff was great. The price was very fair given the amount of work to be done. And the results are fantastic. Ill definitely be using Cutting Edge for all my landscaping needs in the future.
Mike and Jeff did great job. Long retaining wall, privacy fence, mulching, transplanting and boulder placement. Would highly recommend them. Hope to use them again in near future for more work.
Insulting to potential customers avoid them: Jeff Hahn came to give me an estimate on hardscape repairs to my patio. He promised to get back to me with an estimate but it s been almost 4 weeks and no word. Common courtesy would require a brief note stating they are not interested but all I got was silence and my project was delayed while I waited. This cavalier attitude towards potential customers in insulting and I will never call them again. My suggestion is that you don t call them either.
I posted the first part of this review 7 months ago and i did an update Well I cant review his performance because he never showed up. I made an appointment 8 days ago for 8am today. He was going to call at 730am to confirm and after no call I called him. Of course he didnt answer. I wouldnt hire someone for a job that could cost thousands if he cant even show up for appointments. Obviously he doesnt need business or have respect for potentional customers. On 10-17-16 I received a call from cutting edge landscaping requesting I remove my review because he said they dont service pasadena... but crazy thing is you made an appointment but anyway website says they sevice anne arundel county where I live A bad experience should never go untold
