Justin replied to my email within a day and made an on-site visit within two days. We walked the property, discussed the project, and he prepared a written estimate for the job. His crew arrived a few days latter and removed several large pine trees and trimmed the crowns of two large oak trees. His team arrived on time, cut down the trees and hauled away the debris. They returned a few days later to grind out the stumps. I was very pleased with the service and communication from Nature Touch Tree Care.

We had a large (24 diameter) Ash that needed to be removed for EAB. Nature s Touch removed it in a few hours and for a great price. They also offered to remove it the same week we got our estimate. We opted to have it done a month or two later, but I think it s fair to share that they can get work scheduled quickly if needed. I would not hesitate to seek future services from them.

I was pretty frustrated with the whole situation and had no choice but to have the tree removed as it was looming over my house and a good portion of the neighbors property. Since my project was fairly large (6 trees completely removed and several more trimmed) I got bids from 5 different companies. Natures Touch bid was competitive and since they were local I selected them. The work was completed in less than two days, and the workers did a wonderful job. Low price and work done right on schedule. Three trees removed from backyard with one a very large ash located in a small 10 ft space between a deck and a wood fence. They accomplished the work without damaging anything by using modern high lift equipment and skill.

If you do plan on keeping the wood from your trees, make sure you are out there to stop them from shredding it. We did ask to keep the wood from two of our trees and they shredded it before I could remind them again.

Used Natures Touch to remove 3 pine trees + 1 smaller birch type tree. Online Inquiry was handled same day with appointment set for next day to do walk thru. Justin(owner) came out to see scope of work and scheduled for trees to be cut down the week later. Employees came out on designated day and got to work chopping down trees. Crew did excellent job making sure trees didnt fall towards neighbors shed or their garden bed. Total cut down and cleanup took about 2 hrs. Stump grinding was scheduled for week later after any possible electrical, water and gas lines had been marked. Crew came out and got to work did great job. I would definitely recommend. Very fast and responsive. I had a huge leaning pine removed that was on the corner of my property between 2 of my neighbors. The crew placed down boards as to not tear up my neighbors and my yards with their machinery, the tree was down in what seemed like a matter of minutes and they cleaned everything up to the point you couldnt even tell they were there. Very professional, easy to work with, and clean. Would suggest using them for your landscaping needs!

Quality work done quickly but did not their own honor coupon. We recently had approximately 3k worth of trees removed. When the quote was generated, the owner placed a coupon for 10% off all tree removals through May 31st. This was a good deal sweetener, so we opted to not continue with further competitive bidding. Upon completion of the work, I brought the coupon during the payment, and the owner said we dont do those on the first time. No where was this criteria specified on the coupon. They did great work but this failure to honor their own coupon left a bad impression and was a deceptive business practice.

Not only did he take my call multiple times, but he determined that he was going to be too booked out to help me so he connected me with some other local trimmers that could help. He took his own personal time to determine that I had a bigger problem than I thought, and knew that I needed help right away so he help me find someone that could help me even if it wasn t him. I can t wait to be able to use his services when we are not in emergency mode. He now has a customer for life.

We have had four tree s removed in the past few years by four different services. Nature s Touch is by FAR the best service we ve used. From initial contact to stump removal, all aspects were handled with tact and professionalism. And best of all they didn t leave our yard pitted by dropping large tree pieces directly on our lawn. He gave us a detailed and fair estimate explaining when and how the work was to be done. We have used Natures Touch for several years for routine tree pruning and theyve always been great. This spring, we lost a large tree during a bad storm and it landed in our neighbors yard We called Natures Touch right away and they were able to get out same day to clear the debris. They arrived on time and worked efficiently, and did a great job cleaning up. One of the experts even made sure to move a squirrel nest out of the way before they shredded the branches. 10/10 would recommend!

The Cottonless Cottonwood tree was planted spring of 1995. For some reason the tree died quickly. It was thought to be just under the bark. Justin responded to questions quickly and gave a quote quickly with the best price too. Natures Touch Tree Care and Landscaping of Eden Prairie did a great job! They were done in about 3.5 hours. The friendly team did a great job and cleaned up just as well. The stump and roots were taken care of a few weeks later. It was also included in the same quote. In short, they did a great job at a great price. I highly recommend them.

During the bout of storms that hit us overnight Thursday 8/26/21 into Friday 8/27/21, one of our 40 year old silver maples took serve damage. After calling many places that could not make it out for a few days, and despite being fully booked, Natures Touch was out to assess the situation within hours. The tech that did the estimate even took the time to give us pointers on clearing some of the branches that were blocking the garage! They quickly and expertly removed the huge tree. We had Natures Touch trim our large maple tree. The owner was not on site because he said he had a family funeral. The team that did the trimming did not put anything down the the lawn before driving the cherry picker on it. We now have large, deep tire tracks on both side of our house leading back to our backyard. The owner came by later to pick up payment and I mentioned our dissatisfaction to him. He took $100 off the price but it still wasnt worth it. I would be cautious using this company.

Natures Touch Tree Care did an amazing job trimming and removing trees for us. When we bought our house there was a tree with a powerline running through it that needed some serious trimming, and it looks wonderful and is much safer now. We also had a handful of small trees that were dead and dying in the backyard as well as some box elder plants crowding our elm trees. Justin and his team gave us accurate cost and time estimates, did excellent quality work, and cleaned up all of the residual tree mess.

Justin came out and gave me several options for removing a large (50 or more foot) maple tree in my backyard. The pricing was fair, and he was able to fit me in fairly quickly. His crew made removing the tree look easy and didnt damage my house, my deck, or my fence - all of which were surrounding the tree. I would recommend them to anyone else in the southwest metro!

I had Natures touch out last summer to trim a silver maple and a linden in our front yard. The maple never looked so good. The Linden looked great too. They took off some very big limbs off the Linden but were wary of taking more as it could cause too much stress on the tree. Their arborist was very knowledgeable and with the lift they had they were able to trim my 70 foot maple as others in the past could not. I had them back this winter to trim my oak in back, as they can only safely be trimmed after the first solid freeze. I was amazed at the cleanup both times. Ive had my trees trimmed for less, but never better, and as the saying goes, You get what you pay for. They have a new customer for life.

Competitive pricing, with the three quotes we had, we ended up going with Natures Touch. They didn t need to bring in a crane to remove a large dead Oak, which was a plus. I also appreciated that they laid down boards for the Ditch Witch machine when going to and from the front yard hauling tree limbs and debris, so it didn t destroy the wet thawing ground. Some of the companies our neighbors have used did not do this. We will use this company for any future tree removal or maintenance.

These guys are pros! They do an extremely detailed and thorough job of not only knowledgeable tree removal but excellent cleanup when they are done. I asked them twice now to do work for me and both times they skillfully removed large trees that were overshadowing a nice young oak that I wanted to be able to flourish and expand. They also did the work without damaging my white cedar privacy fence between us and the parking lot for the park next to our property! If I need more work in the future, I would go no where but back to them.

They did two projects for us, the second on was tricky as they removed a large branch that was about to snap off from our weeping willow that was hanging out over the marsh. They had to remove many branches from the water and more from the land, climb a steep hill and haul them out. Having worked with them before, we trusted them to complete the job while we were away. We returned and everything was cleaned up and in order looking as if they had never been there. They take care in the prep and put down protection on the grass and they have proper equipment for each job. Owner Justin is a pro and a pleasure to work with. I have recommended them on Next Door and plan to call them again when we need additional work completed.

We had Justin and his crew out to our property to trim some of our oak trees and remove a large stump. Justin and his crew arrived when they said they would and everyone on the crew was very professional from start to finish. The salesperson was friendly, knowledgeable, and fair. His crew did a very thoughtful and thorough job in the yard. They even cleaned up all the wood chips from the stump removal and planted grass where the stump once was. I would hire Justin and his crew again and recommend him to anyone looking for a professional tree service.
