I have deleted my old review, which was negative and born of a bad experience with this company. However, since that mistake they made the effort of reaching out to me and working to make that mistake right, which I commend them for. I have had two services from them since and have been quite pleased with the results.

Naturescape Lawn Care is great. We have them spray for mosequitos and do the fertilizer on our lawn. They are always here and do not have to worry that they mat miss anything. I can't say enough about Naturscape Lawn and Landscape Care! We have used them, I believe for 3 or 4 years!!
I've had their service for multiple years now and have always been very satisfied. After today's service I just want to say that I was really impressed that they moved all my dog toys, I have one dog that leaves toys outside every time he goes out, off the lawn when they fertilized. That really means a lot to me.
Highly recommended. Incredibly competitive prices compared to others makes this a no brainer. Would love them to add fall irrigation system blowout to the services list and they easily become a one stop shop! Great service and very quick.
This is our 2nd year with Nature Scape services. We are totally please with their service people and the way they thoroughly do their applications. A previous service, barely walked into our yard when applying the fertilizer. Nature Scape walked the entire yard and made sure all surfaces benefited from the application. We have seen so much growth in our shrubs, even in a dry year such as this year. When we called in with a question, the office personnel was always very courteous and prompt with their response. We will be using them again next year.
We have been using them for several years and are most satisfied with their product, service and guarantee regarding mosquito eradication. The first application this year (2023) failed to eliminate all the mosquito's, and when advised, were quick to reapply with great results. This most recent application by Jeff was performed very thoroughly with great detail and attention, leaving no area untreated. He is a credit to Nature-Scape and if possible, I would always wish him to service our property. A very personable and approachable young man!! A++++
We had purchased a package plan for the season. They were very good at explaining how it works. But after the first visit we never saw them again, till we called. They were pleasant and apologetic, somehow our account had fallen between the cracks...either way, they said they would make it right.

Naturescape stands behind their guarantee! Last year when I had some weeds pop up, I called and they came back right away to get rid of them. A lot of companies say they have guarantees, but few seem to follow up on them like Naturescape!

My turf hasnt looked this good and been this full in over a decade. Only 2 applications so far this spring and it looks amazing. I dont know what you guys use but it is the best weed control and even application Ive ever had. No burn spots anymore from me doing Scotts applications from any of the three spreaders Ive tried that jam up and dump out. Ive tried 2 other companies and Ive never had this great a result. I hired NatureScape for a lawn aeration in September of 2021. They damaged my buried wire (which was marked with flags), and said theyd pay for repairs. I understand that mistakes happen, its how we respond to them that matter. I submitted repair receipts in October 2021. Its now Dec 30, 2021 and I still havent been reimbursed. Ive called the EC office 4x and assured theyll speak with their manager (who can never join a call for some reason) and then get told the EC office is not authorized to reimburse me and that corporate will be sending the check. Except corporate clearly isnt. Lesson learned! Update: if you leave a one-star review here, theyll call you within an hour and fix everything. That really isnt the best outcome for them, but if youve waited two months with no resolution you know what to do!

My mother paid them up front in May and they have not showed up to treat her lawn .She contacted them in June to get her money back and they said she would have the check within 10 days. It is now 20 days past due. Stay away from this company
