King green did a great job on my grass last year. I switched over to them when I became dissatisfied with my previous lawn care company. I have just signed up for the coming year.

They are very helpful and give you tips after each visit in what they recommend, they don t do this so you just spend more more, they do it so you have a great looking lawn

Be carefull they will mess up your lawn and then not take responsibility for it. Owner is a rude , impolite, condensending nonprofessional and has no clue how to run a business or whats going on in the field. BE CAREFUL BE AFRAID

Unprofessional staff. I have been a customer the past several years and have been generally satisfied with their service but since I got a dog I decided to not pay for service this year. They would typically send some specials and reminders in the mail to renew in the off season. Be aware they automatically renew your contract whether you pay in advance or not. They applied fertilizer to my lawn without me knowing and then billed me for it. I called to understand the situation since this caught me off guard and the lady was immediately very rude and combative in explaining their policy to me. I am guessing she receives calls like this often. Im disappointed my experience with this company ended in a negative way.

I was using king green for my previous house for about 3 seasons. My grass looked way better after the first season. Keep in mind it may take a full season to see results as I did, but it is worth the wait! Eventually my neighbors noticed and about 4 of them signed up with king green because my lawn looked so good compared to theirs . I recently moved to a new house and signed up with them. Cant wait till my lawn in my new house looks like my old one.

Always Satisfied with the services

Had them for years. No major complaints on service. A few dandy lions along edge. Little crab grass . Canceled yesterday because or repeatedly calling for extra services some auto and lots of people calling me all from king green Worse than any telemarketers. Unacceptable . And they are very pricey. Called Jennifer on August 21she made sure I got a email confirmation

*WAS a satisfied customer for a few years. BUT not anymore! In 2022 we scheduled a one time lawn aeration(I know for fact was for a single time as we do not auto renewal anything!) NOW August 2023 king Green came do my scheduled weed& feed BUT then 2-3 Days later my wife & I notice their back so I send wife out to Stop them as thought was fertilizer again & about to burn up my lawn....we find out is for Aeration? wife tells him to stop we didnt ask for or Authorize. Their tech ignores & continues. I then call king green to dispute all while thier a-hole continues with aeration after being told to stop. They tried offering 10% then 20% off for a Service we never Authorized. When I said no ty & were not paying a bill for a service that was not authorized & their guy was told to stop when first started the unwanted areation. They Threatened to send to Collections. Will dispute with collections & get my family Attorney involved! Buyer Beware!

Called yesterday 2-1-22 to cancel my service. Spoke to Terry Lynn to cancel after my conversation with her she told me she couldn t do the cancellation had to have Jim call me. When Jim did call me back the conversation ended in a very Rude and Unprofessional matter.

Very unprofessional, especially the employee who answers the phone. Be aware...they automatically renew your contract. I went with a different service this year not knowing this. 2 days after my lawn was treated by a new company KG shows up. When I called, the person with whom I spoke was very rude and said she could not process my cancellation. While she could not process my cancellation, she made it clear I would have to pay and if I didnt would turn me over to collection. That same rude employee has badgered me since with phone calls and emails. Because of this experience, I cant in good conscience recommend them to anyone.

We.had some ground ivy issues and brown spots. Jim came out and hand sprayed the ivy. We solved the cause of the brown spots. It was a service call. Thanks to Jim all is well.

First year horrible service, twice serviced my neighbor lawn instead of mine. Many apologies offered but no refund. This year atrocious. My lawn is dying and they dont even show up for prepaid service.

What can I say? My grass is truly greener now. No more worries about getting the right fertilizer on time. Started kind of late in the summer, but signed up already for the next year.

Great service and great work

WILDLY unprofessional and rude. Do not spend your money here under ANY circumstance. They bill for services you did not ask for and then send you to collections when you do not pay for those services. They claim we asked for fertilization when we never asked for it and they could ve killed my lawn because we already had fertilization service done by another company. They just took it upon themselves to fertilize our lawn and charge us for it when we never ask them to do that. We never signed a contract or asked them for that service however, they want to charge for it. Then when we called for clarification and to explain the situation they were EXTREMELY rude and talked over us the entire conversation. Be smart and take your business elsewhere.

Worst people. Very rude. They did good service. But I have not renew their service for another year and they started service by themself. Now calling every week and threatening to send bill to collection and to report credit. Very unprofessional behavior.

Beware Very poor customer service I used them for 2 years and I am very disappointed with the overall quality and service. Called them and told them I don t want the service, but still they came and did the service to squeeze an extra payment from me.

The office staff provides prompt, courteous, and friendly responses to my questions or concerns. The lawn crew is quick, efficient and does a great job of cleaning any excess fertilizer from any concrete areas. My lawn was in rough shape last season and I saw enough improvement to warrant a second season. I am looking forward to even better results this time.

I have been using King Greens services for over 5 years. They are very reasonably priced and have great attitudes. The office staff is always very friendly. I highly recommend their services. I have brought them many customers and even my parents houses use their services too. They also offer a great referral program too!

Greetings, I have used this service for years and the lawn just kept looking better. They don t simply dose your lawn, they give you tips and recommendations for how to care for it after they have left. Their team has always been so friendly and I have never had a time where they didn t answer the phone or get right back to me. I have greatly enjoyed their service and we always received compliments on our lawn the entire time that we stayed in our old house. I went with a new service when we moved and has since gone back to King Green. They are worth the money.

I have had King Green fertilize our lawn for a couple years now. Our lawn struggled with ground ivy and I could never get rid of it. With just a few applications and instructions from King Green on how to water and care for our grass in between fert apps It is looking awesome! THANK YOU KING GREEN!!!! They even threw in some awesome grass seed to help with the bad areas!

This company is right on top of things and my grass is king green. Also called them out because a problem with my tree. They were on top of it and my tree is healthy today. Best in town.

Dude has a serious case of road rage

King Green provides great customer service and our family enjoys our King Green lawn, its beautiful. I have recommended their services to three neighbors who asked me how our lawn is so Green, two now have their lawns serviced by King Green.

We love King Green for our lawn fertilization needs! They have brought my lawn back to life!

When I called and spoke to the owner about what I wanted done he said no problem. No extra sprays, no extra treatment, no surprises. Well, the following year I got surprise spray! It was free the 1st year and I didnt know about it so I had to pay for it.

I have asked this company repeatedly(at least 4 times since april)to quit calling me with new specials and yet they keep doing so. QUIT HARASSING PEOPLE! If someone tells you to take them off your call list, do it!

Used this company for a few years Last 2 years they damaged my lawn They fixed it with seed last year and this year they said it wasn t there fault It s Hot and it s August Well I have a sprinkler system and water everyday They treated my lawn and 3 days later had burns spots I called owner and he was very rude and got belligerent with me VERY UNPROFESSIONAL I would NOT Recommend them to anyone

King Green came out and fertilized our lawn and they did an amazing job our lawn hasnt looked this great since we moved in. We also got the perimeter pest control done around the house and it works great.

DO NOT GET A QUOTE from King Green. We got quotes from several lawn care services and King Green is the Only company that will automatically start the next season without getting a confirmation that you want their service. We went with another company, but King Green came out and fertilized and we are stuck with the bill. Check with the Better Business bureau, King Green is NOT affiliated and has several complaints against them.

Overpriced. Did nothing for the violets. Asked them for one end-of-the-year application and they take that to mean that I want them for the next season. Wrong

They do a great job with my lawn.

My grandpa passed away a year ago. The estate did not renew the fertilizer contract . The house was sold but king green decides that they can continue service and bill you for it anyway. Even though you tell them that the person was deceased and the home was sold, they still send you a bill. They even refer it to collections. They will never see this payment (because they are stupid). KING GREEN IS A TOTAL JOKE.

I would never recommend this company to anyone!!!! Long story short, someone falsely signed my name up with this company at their address. They had their lawn fertilized, made a few payments, then stopped paying. Now King Green says I am liable for the last payment because they have my name on file. They keep no record of payments, and have no real service contract other than a verbal one. Literally you could give them any name, not pay, and then that person would be held responsible for payment. It was even sent to a collection agency. I talked to the owner Terry Lynn who did not believe a word I said, and refused to do anything about it, just threatening that it would be put on my credit if I didn t pay. Despite the fact that I do not own the house, and that the contract has my name and an imaginary wife, I definitely do not have, Terry Lynn still refused to even look into the possibility of fraud. They didn t even have the right phone number on file. She was very rude and just kept saying I do not understand because I am not a business owner. I will be reporting this to the BBB and filing a police report also. Totally unprofessional.

A company that believes more into sending you to collections then in taking care of your lawn. They caused my parents lawn to decay and then without approval continued the lawn service again. They were not nice and very rude on the phone. Look at these reviews before you deal with them. BEWARE. Your collection agency must be busy. So sad :(

If 0 stars possible, Id have given that... they are just interested in collecting money. No work done, no signs posted, no instructions followed, no weeds controlled, grass is not fertilized but they want money.

Didnt use their service however one of their trucks recklessly pulled out into traffic nearly hitting me.

I had to give them one star but I wish I could give them negative stars.I used this company for more than 5 years, however, this summer, they destroyed over $400.00 worth of flowers in the front of the house through employee error. When I brought it to their attention (I took pictures of everything) they were indignant and suggested that it was my fault. I had photos showing that where they did not apply anything the flowers were fine. They still suggested that I didnt know what I was talking about. I could not recommend this company to anyone. They could not have been more rude to me even though I had proof of what they did.

King Green rocks!! I struggled with Turf Tenders and Tru Green for years trying to get a lush beautiful lawn. It never happened with either of these companies. I then took a chance with King Green and WOW! Within the first year of treatment I finally got what I was searching for for the past ten + years, a beautiful lush lawn! Any concerns I have had have been addressed immediately. Very friendly staff and extremely professional! Thank you King Green!!!

In my experience from King Green, LLC it is unforgettable. King Greens staff in the office and out are the most friendly and helpful people I have met. I have had their service for 5+ years and wouldnt think of switching to any other company like Trugreen. Any concerns or questions are answered and dealt with immediately. My lawn is the greenest on my street, along with everyone who has them in my neighborhood.
