Lawn care is the simplest way of saying I won't do your lawn if there is any hills involved or anything that I can't overcharge you for. Says he was going to quote me and get back to me for things never did and recommended I just get a new mower. Hard to understand people that don't speak English

I have been using Veso for 3 years now, to mow and trim , as well as fall and spring cleanup. He has always given me the price before he has preformed each service, and always has me look at the work he’s done before he leaves. Whenever I contacted him, he always responds to me in a reasonable amount of time Usually a few hours but not more then 24 hours. He communicates if there is something I need to be aware of, and expects me to contact him if something isn’t right. I’m very happy with the service. And highly recommend him.

He mowed my lawn on 5/22/21 and before he returned for the second mowing, I contacted him to make a request. I asked him to please “not to cut so low around the edges of the house with the weed-waker”, because he had cut it too low. He then called me back a few minutes later to tell me that he would not continue. So, he can not accept constructive criticism from concerned home owners. He becomes defensive and gets offended.
