I left a bad review cause guy didn't respond, turns out he was at a funeral 🙃 he apologized politely and is now coming for an estimate.
Called for a snow removal estimate but before I could even ask for one the man on the other end said "Nope, No, No, Not interested" continued on with an imaginary conversation as if someone was asking him questions then hung up on me.......I was quite baffled by this level of unprofessionalism, this was the second company to come up on google for the area. Full routes is not an excuse to be rude to a potential customer. I wonder what the better business Bureau will think.....
Came to rescue when the snowplow person I hires in September ghosted me and all his other customers. Would recommend him to anyone
