Pioneer Landscapes in Easthampton

Pioneer Landscapes did a great job on my front yard project. They were there when they were supposed to be. Got the job done quick and efficiently. Came in under budget. And made our yard look great. From Brian coming out and quoting the job, Lexi working with me to pick the plants, to the crew that got the job done, everyone was great. I would highly recommend them for your landscape needs.

Long time customer for lawn care and sprinklers. Had them remove mulch and shrubs to lay river rocks on the front and back plant beds. All in all $12K. Looked okay until spring when tons of weeds popped up which they said would not happen because of the ground cloth and rocks. Called/emailed multiple times for guidance, no one responded or replied over a two month period, so I cancelled my services with them and they didn't even acknowledge that. Serious lack of response and communication. Will be getting my lawn care services elsewhere! Update: The owner of the company, Brian, reached out to address my concerns and had a crew out twice to redo a lot of the work. The yard looks much, much better and I appreciate the responsiveness of the owner!

We are very happy with the process and the outcome of our front yard project. Brian and Bob worked with and contributed to our vision and together we created something beautiful. The crew were friendly and hard working, despite it being a chilly, rainy day. We will recommend to friends and plan to have them back for work in the spring.

This company wasted my time with a meeting and then didn't follow through with an estimate. I had to call weekly for almost three months for them to send me the most basic estimate. It had all of 10 words in it. Then when I followed up to schedule the work they give me the runaround as well. It was very frustrating. Eventually I gave up on working with them.

Have been a customer for 5+ years, quality has gone downhill recently. Had them trim my shrubs for 375.00, work was sloppy, shrubs were lopsided, arborvitaes tops were lopped off, just a mess. We immediately contacted them and sent pics. They didn't come back to fix, took 100.00 off your bill, we didn't find that acceptable and they didn't care. They don't care about their customers, just the almighty dollar. Buyers Beware

I have had Brian and his crew do several projects over the years and have been thoroughly pleased every time. They also do yearly lawn fertilization for me and my grass couldn’t be any greener. I highly recommend pioneer landscape to anyone looking for great service at a great price.

If I could give them O stars I would. I called this company to make an appointment for an estimate. The lady said someone will get back to me within two days to make an appointment. It has been several weeks and no one got back to me. One time many years ago I had an appointment set up with them. The guy that showed up was extremely unfriendly and not professional. He measured my lawn and said he will get back to me with an estimate. He never did. I won’t be calling Pioneer Landscape again.

Pioneer has done many jobs at my home . Can’t say enough about them ! Honest , respectful and meticulous with their work ! They checked in each day with me to see if I was satisfied with the work they completed ! They cleaned up everyday too. Totally transformed our backyard. I highly recommend them!
