Mr. Mow It All Snow Removal and Lawn Care in East York

Mr. Mow It All started off well, but their service quickly became inconsistent. Some weeks my lawn was barely touched, and during snow season, they frequently missed clearing my driveway, causing major inconveniences.

Four stars but one star lost because they use a medieval knight for their branding so it should be called Sir Mow-it-all not Mr Mow-it-all. Strange and misinformed marketing is enough to take down a great business.

First time using Mr. Mow It All. Team arrived on time and cleaned up my back yard. 24 bags of leaves. Couldnt be happier.

They are reliable and reasonable

The company does the gardening of our building in downtown Toronto. I met one of its staff named Rajan and he was very kind to explain me things about the plants and which ones to grow in different seasons and how to identify the disease in the plant.

i am a neighbour of a property that Mr.Mow it all does the work , every week they come to mow the neighbour house the blow trash on side of my house , i have told the in the past , it seems every week is the same issue , i have phone them today and still waiting to get a call back ,

Used Mow it All for spring and fall clean-up. I initially found them to work fast and thought they did a pretty good job. The recent Spring cleanup was terrible. They gutted my perennials and didn t put down bagged bark that I asked them to put down. I had put my instructions in writing and they just simply didn t follow them. My garden was trashed. I followed up and someone said the manager would come to inspect. He/she never did. For me it came down to communication. It seems that what I wanted done (or not done) didn t make its way to the actual crew. One thing they do very fast and accurately: invoicing!

Grass-cutting provided about twice at the beginning of the season then stopped without notice. After two months, service resumed again with no explanation whatsoever!!!

We started using them this summer. Great service will definitely continue to use them. Highly recommended. 5 stars!!

This is our second satisfying contract with Mr. Mow it all. The landscaping is everything that I requested. Despite the fact that they were working in the rain, their sunny dispositions were there each time I approached with a question. Balwinder, Jashan and Arsh were extremely polite and knowledgeable, working around small issues and coming up with very good ideas. I appreciate good results ... and they gave good results. I would genuinely recommend these three men. Thanks for your patience and job efficiency. Well done!

Lawn care is excellent, the yard never looked as good when I was doing it myself. I also appreciate that you can add extras if required like getting rid of problem trees... that was a big help to me. I also love that they come on e-bikes in summer. As for snow removal, it is quite expensive considering the city doesnt get much snow and while they have done an excellent job many times, the last few years Ive had some issues with them missing me, or doing a poor job not leaving the driveway in a state we can get the car out of the back. Each time I got the job done correctly with a quick email reminder. One further comment, I thought it a bit annoying to get a message that they had to increase the lawn care due to the price of gas (makes sense) after a winter will almost no snow (didnt they save gas not plowing in the winter?) Despite the snow clearing issues, they are still the best and most reliable snow removal Ive found in the city, weve tried a couple other services that either didnt show at all or were not useful.

We have used Mr. Mow It All for several years and they started off by providing great service. Unfortunately over the years, the service has deteriorated significantly. I would hesitate to recommend them.

Make sure youre VERY clear about how much they plan to charge you before letting anyone work on your yard. This company ended up charging me 4 times the amount quoted. I was aware I would have to pay extra since it had been a 5 weeks since I had done my yard last. They required a credit card on file which i provided and ended up with a charge I did not anticipate. They wont give you a heads up that the charge will be significantly more then originally quoted which i would think would be good practice... So be careful with them and make sure your clear on the price before they do ANYTHING..

The worst experience we ve ever had with a company. They didn t level the soil properly, we had weeds grow within months and we are now in the process of putting new sod with a new company. DO NOT go with this company - terrible service, poor experience and an even more terrible outcome.

KEEP AWAY! They were contracted by my condo building and they completely ruined a row of cars because they dragged their snow plow across them! What s worse is they are not accepting liability for the damages. This company is wrongfully claiming to do residential snow removal but they are not equipped to do so. They took our money and never showed up for services promised. Despite several calls none of the managers ever contacted us and they refuse to refund our money. This is not an ethical and professional business and we intend to pursue with a legal course of action. If you have been similarly impacted let me know.

3 staff members showed up to prepare perimeter of back yard garden for spring planting. The garden was raked, soil turned over and weeds removed. They were very friendly and did a great job. I would definitely ask them to come back in the late fall to prepare the garden for winter. I highly recommend this company. The salesman, office staff and maintenance crew were very professional.

BEWARE Mow it All is an ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE snow removal contractor. As mentioned in several other reviews, they wrongfully claim to be equipped and capable of winter snow removal and instead they cause property damage. They consistently arrive later than their minimum contracted service time, their crews are unskilled, their equipment inadequate, including bobcats and blades that have scraped our yard, damaged and chipped stone steps (see photos), trims and finishes all along the deck and perimeter of the yard and house. They repeatedly assured me they would address the damage but, after wasting my time for weeks, they have denied responsibility citing terms of their contract. Their leadership cannot be reached and has only responded to my negative Google review. They lack a single customer support point of contact with authority and accountability and are slow and ineffectual in addressing customer service requests and in redressing damage they cause. Hard to imagine how we could have had worse service.

They only do have the job.. since they were hired for our development its excuse after a excuse.. the last is its a scheduling issue.. they only do half the job. The front half of the property, neglecting the back of the property and parking lot. Full money for half the job.

I used Mr. Mow It All to remove my old rear yard garden, level everything out and plant new sod (Approximately 450 sq. ft.) They did everything in 1 day and I am very happy with my new lawn. The cost was very reasonable considering the costs of material and the amount of labour for 2 guys working all day to finish it ($1000). I have them scheduled for another job in May 2021 and am looking forward to saving a lot of time and effort trying to do things myself.

100% happy with the new lawn installation. Initial consultation was timely, clear and friendly. On the day of install, the crew showed up on time and were great hardworking top-notch guys. They identified and explained to me problem areas in my yard that were likely the cause of the failure of my old lawn and worked hard to remedy the situation for me so the new lawn will take. It s been one month since the installation and the lawn looks like it s always been there. No hint of seems anywhere just a beautiful healthy lawn. All the yard waste was bagged up neatly, and left where we indicated, though we could have had them remove it for a small fee per bag if that was our preference. Mr. Mow It All was referred to me by a trusted source, so I hired them to prep and lay about 1500 sq. ft. of sod. They started a full day early, and the team at my place was professional and courteous. The work was performed meticulously without any shortcomings and they left my property as clean and tidy as they found it.....not to mention they finished ahead of schedule and there were no hidden costs. Glad I hired them, and will have them back the next time I need any kind of lawn care service.

I reached out to Mr Mow It All for snow removal quotes on some commercial properties in Toronto. I dealt with James there and have to say he was excellent. Compared to dealing with other snow removal companies for quotes James had great communication, their proposal was very professional, put together well, detailed, and informative. He was also very timely in getting me information and a proposal and there was no delay in our communications. It s easy to see that they care about providing their customers excellent service. 5 stars.

I contacted this company on the Saturday of a long weekend and they called me back the same day. The crew arrived on Tuesday and did a phenomenal job clearing up the very weedy and overgrown lawn at my new house. They were meticulous with their work and they cleaned up nicely after themselves. I could not have been more pleased with the work and I could not recommend them more!

They indeed are quick to send a quote but take forever to follow up and complete the services. I had approved their quote the first week of May and its now May 29th and I have still not received my lawn tune up/overseeding as requested.

I am quite happy with the way Mr. Mow cuts my lawn. Edging is so important in a well cut lawn and the Edger who does my lawn is an expert.

Instead I left work early to make sure I would be home when the mower arrived. Now Im forced to scramble to find a replacement service before my contractors arrive. Very bad first impression.

Horrible company! The owner Chris mistreats his staff by over working them due to the high amount of clients he takes on without adequate employees. This is why many properties are skipped or done horribly. You get what you pay for I guess, capitalism at its finest.

We used them about 3 years ago to do regular morning, trimming and were initially satisfied. The following year they installed grass. They did a terrible job. They missed sections. They poorly graded it. They did not properly net it. We did not ask for it to be netted but when we had raccoons come they agreed to net it..... But took a MONTH to return. They did Not properly net it. They only net some sections. They continued to do regular maintenance and failed to remove the netting once some sections took. They did not come on a regular basis and did not trim shrubs as requested (we were willing to spend more to just get the work done). They were very difficult to contact. Too weeks to contact. Did not follow through. We were very disappointed. Perhaps they had growing pains???

I have used Mr. Mow It All for 3 seasons now. They have always been very responsive to my requests. I am very happy with their services.

Our property management company used Mr. Mow It All for snow removal this winter. They provided great service at a good value - our tenants and team were happy. Mr. Mow It all also offered helpful customer service; we were very appreciative of the updates we received during the heavy snowfalls!

An awesome company. Professional and repaonsive to feedback. They always answer the phone ! I have had snow plowing and the premium service was phenomenal. We have a lrge front porch and a back courtyard where the kids play hockey - and they ensured those areas were clear and salted well before we woke. We have just started with the lawn and garden care and so far its been professional - and the garden looks great!

Our company contracted Mr. Mow to do snow removal for the 2016 season. Chris who we dealt with was very professional and kept good correspondence throughout the season. The service was pretty good as all our properties were usually well salted and cleared within a reasonable time. It was not too hard to contact the company when service was needed as they do have an answer service. However, we did not get our salt reports that were requested. Overall, the company did very well for working with our company for the 1st year at handling our downtown portfolio. We look forward to using them next year.

Absolutely terrible! I took advantage of the companys spring special for 3 hours of yard cleanup for $99 for a property I am selling. I should have done it myself. First, I told Louise how important it was that the work be done by a certain day in the morning because the listing photos were being taken that afternoon. I called the day before to confirm the time and ask that the front and back lawns be cut. Well, you guessed it. It wasnt done in time and when it finally was, the front yard hadnt been cut. Hardly Mr. Mow It ALL, now was it? Irony at its best. In fairness, they did come out the following morning to cut the front, but all in all, a little too late for my purposes to sell my house. Also, just today when putting out the yard waste bags, I noticed they each weigh a ton. Im pretty sure the city will not take them at that weight. Perhaps they could have been less stingy with the bags. Three strikes later and I will NEVER use Mr. Mow It All again.

Our condo building just hired Mr. Mow-It-All recently and so far it has been extremely disappointing. Two snows this season and they have not shown up either time without having to be called. Called their customer service number and was forwarded to an off-site answering service. However they do seem to be very efficient at getting their invoices out on time so they can get paid.

Very professional and responsive - great use of technology for communications. They delivered what they promised at the price they quoted. They helped us transform a weed infested area in our backyard to a lovely lawn. Highly recommend them...

The worst experience Ive ever had with a landscaping service. We originally cancelled our service with them because our back yard was being completely neglected. I called several times to ask them why the backyard (which we were being charged for bi weekly) wasnt being done but never recieved any answers. Upon cancelling the service they gave me a $20 credit. Ive been trying for the past 2 and a half weeks to book in a service to trim our hedges (which are currently blocking the side walk). Every single time I call Im promised that someone will call me back to give me a quote or book the appointment. Ive called 6 times now. The call back still hasnt come. Very unprofessional. Terrible experience. I wouldnt recommend them.
