Jo-Ann, the client representative at Beebe Landscape was an absolute pleasure to work with. We wanted to remove the bushes from the front of our home and replace them with flowering shrubs and perennials. After visiting our home and talking to us about what we might like, Jo-Ann prepared some power points that included flowers and bushes which could grow in our sun filled front yard. She came to our home again and reviewed what we had chosen from the power point. When Beebe Landscape came to remove the very overgrown shrubs, Jo-Ann was with them to ensure everything was planted in the correct spots. The day after all was done, we contacted Jo-Ann because there was some question about two of the plantings. She responded immediately and sent a representative from Beebe to talk to us. The problem was resolved. We felt so fortunate to have Jo-Ann work with us and truly appreciate all the time she spent ensuring we were happy with our new landscaping.

Beebe landscaping has great service, Had lil Issue but after talking Ricky and the owner Ralph ,their response was quick and things were get done they way should be done. nice job Also ladies is office are great and quick respond from them to Owners. Yes I like my landscaping perfect at All Times, I am not easy guy going but they have been meeting my Expectations . on top of all above ,I gave them a second job is do is Paver job ,it came out beautiful as we expected ,lil issue but they are on top of things And gave them Irrigations job too which is working fine. This company has done terrible terrible work at my properties.

A short while ago I wrote a not nice review of this company and now I am retracting that review - since then Beebe has been working with me to help get my lawn rid of bugs and reseeded. I worked with Beebe Landscaping on a back yard project to design and install hardscape and plantings to replace where a deck extension was previously. The result is outstanding and Ricky Dias and his crew were a pleasure to work with. They are very customer focused and flexible to changes. Highly recommend.

Beebe landscape came by, looked at our flower beds, took pictures and replied within days with a proposal. They included pictures of what the beds would look like. When it came to installation they arrived on time and did a remarkable job. They turned our flower beds into an of colorful plants. Our neighbors noticed the difference and were highly complimentary of the change. Have scheduled them to do additional work. Looking forward to working with them.

This company mows our apartment complex, they mow it as fast as their mowers will go. Pushing over the grass, more than its cut. Even commercial grade mowers cut will only cut clean ..at a reasonable speed. They think your whining and complaining if you say something about it.

I could not be any happier with the work that they did on my backyard and patio installation. I am a very particular and fussy client that lives in a historic home and needed to have a patio installed that was going to be respectful of the property and also add long-term value to the house. I met with their designer, Spencer, who walked through various design iterations with me and worked through numerous changes to the plan and our budget. When the work began on the property the project manager Ricky and Spencer were on site throughout the entire process making sure that the installation went smoothly and to plan. I cannot say enough about how impressed I was with everyone in the company and the quality of the work that they did. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking to do a significant project at their home.

This company are bad they dont care about nobody they think they have the right to park anywhere because they have a contract with the Childrens Hospital of Hartford Connecticut they block 5 spot this morning I have a appointment with my daughter and I have to leave because they take 5 parking for their truck and trailer.....

Takes hours for them to hack up an apartment complex that has almost no grass. Looks no different by the time they leave.

I don t recommend this company. I ve been waiting on a full service year round quote since October after multiple reach outs. Finally someone was going to call me to make an appt at my home. After 2 weeks I called and asked for a mgr or owner. An appointment was made for 3:00 and at 2:00 I got a call that the person coming to my home woke up with a stomach bug in the am. I did not call back and they didn t follow up. Not a customer service oriented company.

I have been in property management for the past 17 years and literally jumped for joy when I finally landed a position that was in an area where I could use Beebe for landscaping and snow services. Both grounds and snow maintenance are two incredibly challenging aspects of property management and having a responsive company that cares is crucial - yet almost impossible to find. In ANY job there are going to be issues. Things arent always going to be right and mistakes will be made, but with Beebe I can always count on the issue being fixed - quickly, and I love that it is always provided with the human element of follow up and concern that it was fixed correctly. Not only do they handle any issues with professionalism, effective communication, and prompt service, but you can also count on them to come through in the most unexpected ways. We recently scheduled a photo shoot and requested that Beebe make sure that our property looked beautiful for it. They did an AMAZING job. It was completely my error, but part of that clean up is they remove the flowers from around property. I looked around the community and discovered they were gone and panicked! At 4 pm I emailed my account rep (Matt) and asked if by any miracle - we could have our pots filled by 9 am the next day. I arrived at 8:15 am to find Matt personally filling the planters with the most seasonal display of pumpkins, cabbage, and decorative greens. I literally almost cried. Beebe is one of only 3 companies that I have ever actively referred to anybody. I am truly the definition of a tough customer, but they have won my respect and my business long term.

Very rude employees and management. Tried to get some quotes but they would not treat me seriously and kept asking for my husband so they could get some real business done.
