This guys a joke. Plain and simple. I’m surprised he’s even in business.
It's not real
Called yesterday. Tony called back today. Showed up today. 5 minutes had my system running. Very Friendly.
(Key word: MANIPULATIVE)-- About a month ago I experienced issues with my sprinkler system, this happened conveniently during another project repairing my deck so I had little time to dedicate to the system and decided to contact a contractor for repair. Cascade (Tony) was the only company who, given the time of year and demand, had a decent timely response. After several days, he came over, chatted for about 45 minutes, and after some assessment, gave me no actual diagnoses, nor applicable advice on how to address my current problem, but easily decided he would not fix the current problem I'm having, as it would be a "band-aid repair", but instead insisted on nearly full repair and and replacement of all major components starting around a $1000. Not to mention being charged $80 dollars for this "assessment", which i learned was the fee DURING the encounter. During this time, my wife (a completely inexperienced irrigation specialist, but utterly disappointed with Tony's "assessment") did some quick google research, purchased new diaphragms, and fixed our problem for 20 bucks (she gets 5 stars). I think that Tony easily and immediately decided during his assessment, that this quick effective fix was not worth his time, and instead of giving me advice not worth the $80 service charge, instead attempted to convinced me to go in what could have been thousands with his company. This is not only horrible customer service, but manipulative and pathetic. PLEASE avoid this service, do some research, and if possible, acquire second opinions and upfront costs before hand. And to make matters worse, after calling him and politely confronting him of the service charge and assessment, he was quick to argue, and persistent on getting his money!
