I moved to the Summit area in Pawtucket about a year and a half ago as a first time landlord. Snow was never an issue I had a problem dealing with, but one of my tenants is a little frail and can't shovel. I work 45+ hours a week, so I decided to look around for a snow removal solution that would maybe help my tenants in terms of their timeline in the morning. Chris, Anchored's owner, responded within hours and scheduled my consultation. He was amazingly personable, gave me a concise description of the whole process, and is amazingly well priced compared to 4 other companies. Two storms in a row now I've woken up to get to my hospital and found a perfectly cleared driveway, sidewalk, and steps. It's like freaking magic, and they're shockingly quiet while working so early in the morning. Never heard a thing. I love these guys, and they really seem to care about the people they take care of. I'm excited for the summer so I can have them do some landscaping for me. If you need a snow solution, landlord or not, do yourself a favor and call Chris.
