Professional and personable! Arrived early and checked to see if I was available. (I was) Answered all my questions and took care of everything with excellence!!
I requested that they change a couple valves for me. First off, on the day that they were scheduled, I took a half day off of work as requested and they didn't show. I wasn't even notified that they needed to reschedule until after they were supposed to have arrived. My time off costs money. Then, when they rescheduled, after replacing the first valve in less than an hour, he asked if he could do the other valve another day to which I agreed. I then received two separate bills for one job and the total was significantly higher than expected for two cheap valves and a couple hours of work. When I asked for an itemized bill, the service manager instead talked down to me (the you don't understand what it takes to run a business speech) and circumvented my request to know parts charge and how many hours were billed. I've never had a company talk down to me for simply asking what was billed. I will not be working with this company ever again.
Craig and his team came each day. They were respectful of our space as well as our time. They communicated well throughout the entire process. We are so thankful we chose to go with Danny and Commercial Irrigation. It has been a great experience so far and we can't wait to have a green lawn all season long next year and for years to come

Commercial Irrigation does our annual start up and shutdown every year. They call to let us know when they can be expected and are prompt. They run through start up and check all sprinkler heads. They also provide back flow certification. In addition, we had a leak in our line a few years ago and they came out and fixed it promptly! I would highly recommend their service!!
We have been very happy with Commercial Irrigation Turf. They have been very friendly and helpful each time they’ve come out to work on our irrigation system. We were especially pleased with our recent visit from Perry, who was very thorough in making the fixes we needed to make our system run more optimally and were grateful for the time he took to (re) teach us how to use the system, according with our goals for watering different parts of our yard going into the summer. Dealing with an issue with commercial irrigation out of Troy. They are unprofessional and unorganized. Voice-mail is always full. They accepted my check, but one of my sprinkler heads isnt working along with other issues. I called this place by mistake and Steven tried to walk me through fixing my sprinkler head. Very kind on his part considering I wasnt even a customer. if I lived closer I would use this place in a heartbeat!

Perry was on time and started up our system in a timely manner. He repaired a sprinkler head on site (didnt have to come back with parts) and was considerate by putting on booties to come into the house to turn on the water for the system. I would highly recommend Commercial Irrigation and Turf and look forward to many more years with them!
Justin has always been very hard working and professional. They are prompt and appointments are easy to make.
John R. was very nice and informative when it came to questions about winterizing and maintenance. I recently purchased a 30 year old house that has a system showing wear and tear. John replaced a nozzle on one of my sprinklers and informed me on how to maintain my system. I gave 4/5 stars due to my feelings on price. Commercial Irrigation was upfront that it would be $95 for the first half hour and $95 each additional hour so this falls on me but I still feel the price to be too high for a small residential service call. A 30 second nozzle replacement cost $8 (John unfortunately could not tell me the part cost when I asked, I had to wait for the invoice) for a tiny twist piece and $95 for the service call (had I asked another question or two I would have had another $95 charge). I will probably price around for further maintenance in the future. For service Id definitely recommend Commercial Irrigation but if cost is a factor Id say shop around.

Ive been using Commercial Irrigation & Turf for about 5 years now on my home and they come out and turn on the water, fix leaks and sprinklers, winterizing the system and do back flow test required by the city. The technicians are friendly nice and courteous and let you know if there is leaks, they ask if you want them to fix or replace items. Im glad I use them.
Charged us $769 for a pump that I could have bought online for $450.
We had a leak in our system, so I called last week and was helped by a very professional young lady who set up my appointment. This morning, John came out and fixed our leak, and talked me through everything he was doing, which is important to me. Ive had the other John (sorry, dont know last names) and Beau come out and help me in the past, and ALL the service guys have been top notch. Its no wonder Commercial Irrigation is such a great company!

Both the office people and the service techs are Friendly, Knowledgeable, and Efficient. I have been using this Commercial Irrigation for my rather large complicated residential system for over ten years and have had no complaints.
After deciding that I was tired of dragging hoses and sprinklers all over a large back yard, I looked into getting automatic lawn watering. Randy came out and measured everything and submitted a satisfactory bid for a Rain Bird system. The installation went well. They were able to lay the pipes and control lines with very minimal lawn damage. After the installation, they repaired and seeded those areas that were disrupted. The installers were all very professional. I highly recommend them! The Rain Bird system is pretty slick! The watering schedule can be set for any combination of days and sequences and, as a bonus, it can be controlled from your smartphone.

Service-industry businesses are always and especially about... people. That usually always starts at the top and does so with Dan Aeschliman, the owner. Dan is a dedicated and committed business owner, who always responds to the needs of customers and maybe more than he should (e.g. Im high-maintenance). Dan treats everyone like they own the business and is quick to solve a situation in your favor, even though its unfair for him. Kimberly, Stephanie and everyone you speak to responds as a stakeholder. This means everyone is a valued member of the team. Because of their responsiveness, honesty and integrity (words that shouldnt be thrown around easily), I will be signing up for a maintenance program. And the skilled technicians (they sent a senior person to our house twice) are second to none. They sure know how to take an old system and make it hum again. Great work all!
Winterized the system. Was early and completed the task quickly.
I have had a terrible experience with this company. I had my sprinkler system winterized on October of 2018 and found it leaking when I started back in the spring of this year. It apparently was from freeze damage because of improper work previous year. They came out and inspected and fixed but charged close to $700 saying it was damaged by soil being frozen surrounding the pipe not from the water trapped inside pipe. I am a construction engineer practicing over 35 years and never heard of such a ridiculous thing in my entire life. Its understandable if would not admit their fault but please do no make up the stories. They should have admit their mistake. They are dishonest to hide it instead. They kindly called this morning to schedule the service this year, I said no.
I was extremely pleased with the installation of my system over 12 years ago but that does not compare to the service I have had ever since then. The guys who come out in the spring and the fall could not be friendlier or more receptive to my questions and suggestions. They are also great to communicate with and easy to schedule. I can t imagine working with anyone else!
We could not be happier with the service we receive. The service technicians are always friendly, respectful, and on time. When we sold one of our lots, they moved the sprinkler heads that were on the other side of the lot line. The work was seamless.

My wife and I had irrigation installed in our front yard recently. Our experience from the start was flawless. Randy our salesman came to our house at a convenient time to accommodate our busy schedules. Randy was very thorough explaining how Commercial Irrigation could make our lawn lush. Randy did a great job checking in with us before the installation, during the install, and even after to see if we had additional questions or concerns with the project. The attention to detail and quality customer service we received was very impressive! We love our new irrigation system and are glad we called the experts at Commercial Irrigation!
