They did landscaping of my front yard and we got lots of compliments. Scheduling was tough but they are in demand. Very pleased

I tried to hire this company. The communication was less than desirable - however, I wanted the work done. I spoke to Jeff on the phone to come to give a quote. Gas being high, we tried to make it work where he could come here (25 miles from where he's located) when he was already planning to be here to pick up a vehicle. Due to weather, he wasn't able to do both in the same time frame. He had to come to my home another time when weather improved. It was nice to speak in person, chat about what I want and what his company could do. I was satisfied with how that went. However, he told me the proposal would be delivered to me by "end of week" - it was not. That's ok - I waited. I emailed the next week to check in - heard nothing. Called a few days later, heard voice message that said he was out of town. So I called when he returned from his week away. He said he mailed the proposal - honestly thought he had to have meant email. He did not, he meant actual mail. I received the proposal just shy of 3 weeks after he was here - 2 weeks later than promised. To my surprise, not only did I receive the proposal through mail but there was no mockup of how it would look - no visual proof. Just words to describe what would be planted, the cost and the contract to sign. I contacted Jeff to ask for a visual proof and he told me they don't do that unless I want to pay $150. That was not something I was aware of. Visual proof would be essential to my understanding of the project. He says he took a trip "all the way up here" two times - he met with me one time. If he counts the time he collected a vehicle, that is not on me and it's strange to count that as anything to do with me. So - communication via email was not great, he left for a week and in doing so, left me unsure of what was going on. I guess my yard is a small project. I thought it was worthy of being done as any other project especially when our neighbors have used his service before. Also - a point that confuses me is that he went out of his way to tell me that boxwoods (what I requested) were being done away with, according to a conference he recently went to. We discussed alternatives and that was great, I was glad to have the knowledge of that! However, in the proposal - 6 boxwoods. Curious. I am disappointed and wanted to share my experience in hopes it may save someone else the trouble.

Jeff Reeser is probably one of the hardest workers i have ever know. My project was very small.Jeff was able to fit me in at the end of the season after finishing up his bigger jobs.His team came in a knocked it out in less than a day.I highly recommend Jeff Reeser and his company that he founded. Jeff and his crew installed a new dry creek bed on our property, The rock was installed in a way that looks very natural. There is no detailed missed the rock placement is spot on, I get lots of compliments on it. If your looking for a very detailed landscape company that does great work look no further and give them a call, I'm glad I did!

The quality of work was adequate. The pricing is questionable. Three men shoveled(pushed the 1+inch of snow) the short driveway in approximately 10 minutes and charged $50.
