We had a good experience this is an excellent company, knowledgeable and helpful. Good pricing. They are extremely slow at ordering parts for you he can take one to two months to get parts that should only take in a week

Extremely disappointed in Kull Scape’s performance! They landscaped my backyard and added a dry well but failed to allow for an overflow outlet on the drywall. My basement repeatedly flooded until I hand dug a trench to eliminate the ponding and uncovered the dry well providing an outlet. Kull Scape agreed that the dry well and poor grading caused the problem but wanted me to pay 1/2 the repair cost. I sent registered letters requesting reimbursement for the basement repairs but they never replied. Also their fix for for the drywall overflow pipe stayed underground for only six months!
This place absolutely has the best sod around. I won't get it from anywhere else. No other sod has been comparable to this stuff.
Very knowledgeable staff! Friendly too! We've been on and off customers since they had their business in East Peoria on 150 back in the day. It's nice that they're still around the area, even though the business moved.
Very friendly and helpful staff. I came in for some compost to be delivered and found about anything you need at the store. Great selection. Great prices. From the time I purchased the compost to the time it was delivered to my yard was less than 25 minutes. Amazing. Thank you!!
We hired them to completely re-landscape our back yard including building a beautiful pond, flagstone patio, retaining wall and stairs. They treated us like family, answered all our questions and concerns, and exceeded our expectations every step of the way! I can't thank them enough. Their staff is courteous and wonderful to work with. We would highly recommended them and plan to use them for our future projects. Thank you Kullscape!

They do amazing work
They have high quality materials. Customer service here is the best. When you go there, you feel like youve gone to your favorite neighbors place to borrow some rock. They go out of the way to make sure you get what you wanted and that its loaded correctly and safely. The grounds are well organized and easy to traverse. Quite a nice change from the norm these days.

If I could give this business less than one stars, I would without hesitation. The customer service is absolutely awful, and the owner verbally assaults her customers. Absolutely do not give your hard earned money to this excuse of a business.
