Be aware they have technician who don’t know what they are doing they set up my system wrong and I got 1200 dollars water bill also they put the soaker on wrong places so sod went bad I will never use them again

I had the worst experience with this company. They did a terrible service call. Misrepresented the information to me. Tried to fleece me. the sprinkler clock has been messed up. And when they come, the service guy was in the biggest rush. did not correct the problems

I have been using Artys sprinkler service for 19 years, never had a problem until now. They came to open up the system told me 1 head needed to be replaced no problem. I didn't start using the sprinkler till approximately 3 weeks later, that's when I noticed they put a pop up head instead of a rotary head. Also my zone 5 was not working. They came the tech showed me a receipt from last year saying that's when They changed it. After I kept saying no it was 3 weeks ago they finally put the right one in. The issue is after being a loyal customer for 19 years I never paid a service fee as long as I kept renewing my contract. Now the charged me a $70.00 service fee. They did not tell me of this fee till they were done. I guess I won't be renewing my contract. But now I'm reading elsewhere they don't do contracts anymore. Not a good way to do business. An update that I forgot to post when I called to complain they said I should not have been charged a service fee as I have a service contract. I'm supposed to have that $70.00 fee on credit for next time. We'll keep you informed. 😁 I changed the star rating from 1 to 3 for now. 🤞

My mom has Arty’s sprinklers for 25 plus years. Tami is very knowledgeable, professional and gets the job done. The only company picks up the phone and actual cares about the customer. The service is impeccable and when you make an appointment they are never late. Tami goes above and beyond to help. She is friendly and courteous. No job is too big. Never do business with a company that allows techs to speak to potential clients rudely and in an unprofessional manner. 1st signs of what's to come. No follow-up call after the encounter was reported, not even to get an indication of the conversation that led to the complaint. Rude, unprofessional, and no follow-up squeals, no business. - Update 7/9/23 - A reply to their reply - This clearly indicates a lack of communication from the backend office to the techs. I accepted a revisit from them because of Tammy (the receptionist that called to apologize for my encounter with her rude and unprofessional tech). She was incredibly and profoundly upset by her techs behavior and asked and offered a free revisit and offered a no-cost sprinkler head repair as a way to make up for it, which I accepted and now regret after reading their reply. It took them an additional two weeks to come out and review the system, and the free repair was never done, as it came with as a condition to future services which would cost $721.12, which I felt was on the high side. But I was entertaining it, but I never heard back from them. Please see the attached pic as proof that no work was done to my sprinkler system. They failed at everything except having a well-versed and well-spoken receptionist. The question is, why would we now elect to conduct business with a company that likes to misrepresent itself at every transaction? It speaks volumes to their business core values and practices. I am reaching out to express my disappointment upon reading the update to my review regarding the recent interactions with your company. With 32 years of experience as a business owner, I prioritize the principles of honesty and transparency in all business dealings, and it is disheartening when such values are not mirrored. I wish to clarify that the review I posted accurately reflects my experience. Despite the second contact and subsequent phone discussions, no work was conducted by any of your employees. An assessment of the equipment was performed, leading to an estimate written up by a more professional employee during a follow-up visit, than the initial first visit. The promised repair or replacement of the sprinkler head was contingent on the scheduling and completion of the estimated work, it was NEVER replaced. Regrettably, there was no follow-up from your office regarding the estimate. Had there been, I would have considered moving forward with the service. My only communication was a notification that a reply to my initial review had been posted, which was inaccurate. This lack of transparent and honest communication led me to share my experience unbiasedly for the benefit of potential clients. I believe it is crucial for your company to review its protocols, as my experience appears to align with others who have expressed similar concerns. First I want to apologize to Arty and his team for taking so long to put a review. I’ve been using this company for over 25 years. Words cannot express how grateful I am especially to Tami in the office. I work a hectic schedule so flexibility is tough for me .Tami always bend backwards to accommodate me in getting my opening and closing and I sincerely appreciate that. I am quite happy with the service I receive for so many years from this company They are many sprinkler companies out there but no one come close to Arty. Arty and his staff deserve more than a five star rating actually they deserve the diamonds not the stars . I understand people put negative reviews but there’s always another side to the story. This company is a TOTAL SCAM since the new owner took over. They charge you top dollars to put a bandaid on the pipes and sprinklers so they break again next year and then they can charge you again for the same job, hoping you never catch on. The techs sometimes remove sprinklers in certain zones without your knowledge or permission then deny there ever being any sprinklers in that area to begin with. Go with another company, you ll thank me!

Artys Sprinkler Service was professional, reliable and knowledgeable. The crew came at the time they promised and were very courteous. They wore shoe covers before entering my home even though I didnt request it. The communication from Pablo was the most commendable. Before Pablo even entered my premise, he explained everything so I know the expectations. After he accurately assessed the water meter, he continued to explain the process that he and his partner will be handling outside in the front yard. In one instant, Pablo noticed one of the sprinkle was not working properly and before he started digging that patch, he again communicated that to me first. After gaining approval, he seamlessly and expertly fixed the problem. Through and through, Pablo and his partner kept me constantly informed and I couldnt be happier with their service. I have used Artys Sprinkler Service before and I will continue to do so. Its hard to find trusted business at times but this is one that will always be recommended.

I had Artys install a new 5 zone sprinkler system for my home back in 2017. Their technicians did a clean and professional job in a timely manner. They service the system twice a year and even repaired some sprinkler heads for me when someone drove over the curb and onto the grass.

The owner left and this business has gone down the drain. New management could care less about customer service. I renewed my 2022 contract, showed them my email from 2021, they dont respond. They never did my spring opening yet charged me for it, doubled the price for a sprinkler head replacement, dont respond to emails for appts and just show without notice, dont give quotes and charge whatever they feel, and on their own add service call charges. They then say because you never sent a contract we charged for the service call although I showed them I did send it. The receptionist is so rude, and hangs up on you when you question anything, after keeping you on hold for 20 minutes. Goodbye, wont be using this service anymore. Get new management please. Response to owner: Funny how you dont respond to why you charged me for opening service when my sprinklers were already open - your guys knew this when they saw it, and still billed for it. That is borderline illegal along with unprofessional. and $30 to $60 is doubled, not five dollars more.

Great installers service for sprinklers

This company was extremely irresponsible, unprofessional and disappointing. I used them to install my sprinkler system and prepare to winterize my system. In addition to the sprinkler system, I have a separate pipe that runs down to my docks and needs to be winterized. They came in October 2020 to winterize the system with notes that it was completed. I assumed, since this is what their profession states they do, they did this correctly. Upon turning my water on in early April 2021, there was a leak in the pipe leading down to the docks. They came and told me it was a 3 inch leak and would come back in 2 1/2 weeks to fix. All they needed was 1 hour. I had a plumber take a second look, and it turns out all 150 feet of the pipe was cracked - there was no possible way this was blown out at all. I called to see what they would do for me to make right on their mistake. They would not take any responsibility and furthermore chastised me for getting my second opinion, when it turns out it was a good thing I did because 3 inches is a lot less than 150 feet of cracked pipe and needed more than 1 hours. This company lacks any degree of professionalism and ownership of their mistakes. If you decide to use this company, please make sure you double check their work and are technical with your irrigation system.

I was happy with Artie s sprinklers prices and and instal but recently my sprinkler system will not stop watering my lawn. My front lawn is a swamp. The only way to take care of this is to turn off the system completely. This means my brand new sod will die. When I spoke with Tammy to get someone out today she said there was no way they could get out until Saturday, about 6 days away. I spent 850 on the system and 3000 in sod and said it was not acceptable that they need to back their product and come today. She began to get very angry with me and yell at me. I asked why she was yelling and that she should understand as a customer that I need this taken care of. She continued to get upset saying she doesn t understand what else I should expect and I said I need someone today or I will lose my lawn. She then continued to yell at me which upset me so I said if she cannot help me today I will be resorting to writing this review. Her response is that a lawyer will be speaking with me and hung up on me. Apparently writing reviews is illegal?

I feel bad for leaving such a negative message but I ve been calling and calling and calling and no one has ever gotten back to me nor picked up the phone. A great friend of my and also neighbor introduced me to this company and I thought about having them install a new system in for me. I ve called almost every day for a good few weeks and left voicemails on the phone. No one ever called me back, they said their hours are Monday-Friday 8am - 2pm. But at this point you mind as well just say closed . I can t imagine the office or company being so overwhelmed with jobs that they can t return phone calls 2 stars, because I m not ruthless just very disappointed.

My contract includes services such as starting up my sprinkler system between March 20th and June 1st, repressurizing the system, resetting the clock if necessary, checking operation of all heads, making any adjustments as necessary, up to 5 service calls throughout the season and I pay extra in my contract for them to do a Backflow Test as is required by my local water authority. As of July 20th, they haven t done a single thing. I am very lucky it has been a rainy season otherwise all of my lawn, trees, flowers and shrubs would have been long dead by now with no running sprinkler system. No one answers the phone and no one returns calls. My water authority just sent me a second warning about my Backflow test. Contracts mean nothing to these people. They collect the money in the winter and disappear for the season.

Arty s sprinkler service has awful customer service. They do not accurately keep track of appointments. They do not show up at scheduled time. When it s their error, it takes weeks to fit you in for an appointment. They never fully checked all my sprinkler heads and had to come back several times to fix things that should have been corrected on the first visit. Furthermore, as a new customer, I was not aware of their billing procedures. I received bills in my mailbox, but never received a statement in the mail as I thought I would. After 90 days, I received a nasty phone call from the office manager threatening to send me to collections. How about contacting me after 30 days, 60 days? I do not recommend anyone use Arty s as they are unreliable and have no customer service skills.

Absolutely horrible. I d give it 0 zero stars if I can. Each person tells me a different price in an attempt to scam me and the technicians are making up their own prices. I called to make an appointment and a contract and was told it was going to come out to $180 which included opening, closing, and 3 free service calls, however when I called back to verify the same lady who told me about the contract the first time claimed she never said that. She s also nasty and has no communication skills whatsoever. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Main issue had work done installing soaker hose was away was done while not home. They charged me a lot of money. Two weeks ago they started calling me for money. I was waiting for my plumber to inspect work to Verify. They called me on Friday and Sat. was away. When I saw the second message I returned the call. I checked my bank statement on line and they charged my card without my authorization. My credit card is on file there i will never again deal with them The manager denied doing it. lied to me- had online statement in front of me and she denied it and lied about it and hung up phone BEWARE BEWARE Copie of Bill Thrown on my driveway by there technician storming away in anger because work was not completed not enought materials on truck to complete work after waiting five weeks for appointment s
