Zero stars. They make you choose at least one star but they don t deserve it. Truly unprofessional and poor attitudes. Not too smart either. Exchanged 3 propane tanks today. Bill came to $100.21. Gave employee $101.00. Employee told me I needed to give him an additional 21 cents. After brief math lesson, he acknowledged he made a mistake. No big deal. Told me he would meet me outside to get the tanks. While waiting outside, a different employee shouted at me stating pull your truck over to the propane tanks, I don t do can service . Extremely rude. Let s just say I pointed out his rudeness and general poor attitude. He offered up some pathetic excuses for his attitude but all BS. Complete coward. Damage done. Never spending a dime there again. Makes me regret my previous purchases.

Good staff who are knowledgeable and friendly. They helped me pick out what I needed and for a good price. Lost 1 star because they have me a spare part that is the wrong size for my machine even though I bought it brand new from them! Now it s Sunday and I go to use the spare part but can t and they re closed! My fault for not checking I guess.

Tried to purchase an item if you been their for years you know what it is by seeing a picture of the item if according to your ad you have experience you should know right away what I am looking for neither he try help or show me anything so that to me means that you are a newbie to the job

Charged 32:50 to refill gas tank. Too much!!

I have been a customer at Four Seasons for many years the staff was always knowledgeable, helpful and would help me find the correct parts to fix my small engine projects. I went into their store 8/26/2020 and was greeted by an extremely helpful counter person who was helping me locate a part for an older generator. The Counter Sales Person signaled for the owner to come over and asked him a question about my inquiry. The owner looked at my part and said it was old and he cant even help me get that part without even evaluating the detailed part numbers I provided. I guess he was having a bad day what a NASTY RESPONSE he gave and no time for me .. I know I wasnt gonna help him reach his quarterly sales record but what happened to the old BRICK & MORTAR stores just an awful experience. I wish them well in the future but should re-evaluate the customer service policy starting at the TOP.

Wanted to buy a new pressure washer gun, wand, hose, and some assorted fittings. Would not let me into the store (Covid, presumably) to browse for the parts that I needed. It would have taken 20 minutes to explain to the dummy at the outside counter what I needed, and 2 minutes for me to get the parts that I needed from their displays inside. They told me to go to Home Depot, Buddy. SO...A few days later I DID go to Home Depot..Better pricing, Better return/exchange policy, Better overall experience. So much for trying to help a small, local business, FEH! Additionally, they deleted this very same review from their Facebook page.

Knowledgeable and honest with a good service department. Got my old leaf blower running again at a reasonable price. They also have a good inventory of equipment. I also ended up buying a new leaf blower that I am extremely happy with. I will use them again in the future.

Guys were great when I came in for a blower. Very knowledgeable and friendly. I like To purchase my equipment where I know It can be serviced if and when something goes wrong. They have a massive assortment of all brands. No reason not to support this local small business. Plus, they have the most awesome truly spillproof gas cans!

Called for a price on a Redmax blower, got told 499.99 less a $50.00 promo, $449.99, told the guy im on my way, he says we close at 5, get here no later than 4:30, i go in at 3:45, guy says this is the last one, and there on back order, than proceeds to tell me that its $499.99 with the promo???? I said i just spoke to someone 20 mins ago, i even asked about redmax premix, now between 3 guys everyone has got amnesia, guy says again this is the last one, i walked out, in my truck was a chainsaw and my stihl gas hedger , i was going to have repaired.....there loss, i should have paid closer attention to there crappy reviews posted

I just called this place to ask couple parts that i need for my lawn mower. The person who answer just said he is busy and hung up on my face. Very rude and very poor customer service.

Good guys with good prices. Work mostly with commercial clients, but willing to help out a homeowner with questions. Local businesses like this are absolutely worth the time of seeking out over big box stores like Home Depot and Lowes.

Very friendly, helpful and knowledgable. Plenty of inventory. It is always worth making the trip because you know they have what you will need in stock. I come here for all of my power equipment needs, I come at least once every season to be honest. My husband loves this place!
