Absolutely positively the best. Unfortunately over the years Ive used many other irrigation companies to start up and shut down my system. Each time they would arrive, do the bare minimum and leave. Half the time being called back 2 or 3 times for the basics leaving me frustrated and over charged. Lucky Lawn inspected every head for its functioning qualities, coverage and expected life, corrected what was needed and provided a very detailed invoice of the work completed and charges for anything extra. I am 2,000% above and beyond pleased with their service, professionalism and knowledge and you should to. A+++ to Cindy and everyone at Lucky Lawn. Dan

Joe and his crew were able to start work a day earlier than scheduled, and did a fast, professional job of installing 6 zones on my half-acre of mostly lawn. The sprinkler controller is a smart/wi-fi setup, so I can setup the watering schedule and more right from my phone! I was also impressed by how minimally the lawn was touched - their tunneling device cuts a thin line and leaves almost no damage to the sod. Id highly recommend these guys and am so glad I chose them!

I called Lucky Lawn Sprinklers to fix the system on our new house. The old system had many breaks and was an old system. Other Sprinkler companies told me it would be $5000 and they needed to replace the whole system. I hired Lucky Lawn to install my new sprinkler system and it has truly made such a huge difference when starting out my new lawn. I wanted a 2nd meter installed just for the sprinkler system (not necessary but I preferred it that way) and Joe informed me of the water and sewer company fees so I had an idea of overall cost. He gave very detailed instructions on the process to schedule an inspection (which helped tremendously). The water and sewer company had no complaints during their inspection of my new system. Joe was very professional throughout. Even my neighbor had great things to say about Joe and his employees. Joe was also very responsive to my questions after my system was installed. The price was also very competitive! You won t regret going with Lucky Lawn!

To say I was overly impressed is an understatement. The professionalism, the promptness, both in showing up and calling back is unheard of today. Called for an estimate on a Sunday thinking I was going to get a answering machine spoke with Joe himself and he was out within that week to give me an estimate. He also finished the project before the date given. The team that came in was unbelievable, they were respectful and my lawn looked the same way it looked when they walked in only with a new irrigation system in it. Update - joe reached out and said he was booking a week out, then never heard from him again. Changing review to 1 star. Unresponsive about scheduling appontments, multiple unanswered text messages. Will need to look for a new sprinkler company.

Terrible customer service. I had to call 4 times to have help getting the sprinklers programmed and set up. Prior to the calls, they showed up unannounced. I told them my water was off because of a little plumbing I was having done. They said to call when ready. When I called I spoke to the same man who said the same thing over and over. That my water was off when they went. I had to re-explain FOUR TIMES in four separate calls what I said above. It s been weeks now and it s getting late to plant the grass I wanted to thanks to the lack luster customer service of this company. Horrible. I do not recommend.

When one of my sprinkler heads break from the snow plow driver they respond the quickest and get me up and going for my early spring planting and fertilizing. Lucky lawn installed my system 8 years ago. They call for appointments in spring and fall. I have had one problem in the 8 years and it was because I broke one of the heads. I called and two days later it was replaced. I flagged the head and they took care of the rest. Its nice not having to worry about my sprinkler system.

They came and installed my sprinklers very quickly. Cane back when I needed help with figuring out the system. Were prompt and courteous when closing down the system for the winter. Great to do business with!

Very professional, Joe and his crew did a great job with my install, they were in and out and did a quality job at a reasonable price. I have and will continue to recommend them now and in the future. . They also do a great job on winterizing the system.

Joe and his Crew have taken care of my sprinkler system for 14 years. From installation, to blowing out the lines for winter prep, and again opening up for the season. We get a reminder as to when they are coming and if anything is needed when they get here. They check all heads to make sure they are in good working order and shooting in the correct locations. If something needs to be replaced, they replace it. Joe and his crew, have responded numerous times, quickly and efficiently when we needed something done, lije when I have hit a sprinkler head with the mower. I gave my wife the sprinkler system for Mothers day. She says to this day It was the best Mothers Day gift ever! She no longer had to move sprinkler around the yard to make sure it hit the lawn, flower gardens and our large vegetable garden He did such a good job on our yard, four other neighbors used him for theirs as well. If a business man wears sneakers with his suit, looks foolish. A nice lawn makes your house pop, like a nice pair of shoes! I had my sprinkler system installed last year by Lucky Lawn. What had always been a dream of mine to have, with a little savings, and a reasonable price from Lucky Lawn, I was able to have sprinklers in my front and back lawn. For so many years, I toted a little oscillating sprinkler all around, which took me all day and a ton of water usage. With my new system from Lucky Lawn, my gorgeous thick lawn is effortless, and I ve saved money on water usage as well! Joe is always ready to resolve any problem quickly, and most patient in explaining the settings on the system either in person or on the phone. Small business owners like Joe show pride and quality in their workmanship by making their customers like me very happy. Great installation. Reasonable price. Very attentive when we had a sprinkler break to come out and fix it. Came to winterize with no problems. This, our second year they said they would get in touch we us to open system , we waited but no call. We called Joe n he tried to help over the phone but was no help. We called again and he said he would come sometime next week to open system. We gave him times we would be there so we could see how to use the programming. Well that was 2 and a half weeks ago n no Joe or call. Finally got a friend who has same system to help us. Very disappointed .

Hottest day of the year they showed up on time. The crew was a well oiled machine everyone was moving and they got my job done in a couple hours. Impressed with them and highly recommend.

Very reasonable price for a 3-zone system with 17 heads. Worked very clean and efficient (when they were done, you couldnt tell they were there!). On time at 8am with a big crew. Work was completed in 3 hours and system works impeccably now. A great advantage is they were scheduling only 2 weeks out. Install included a Rain Bird controller and rain sensor; Popup sprinklers are Hunter brand. Joe was very responsive leading up to the work and I expect the good customer service to continue!

We had Ben and James come out to do a restart after winter. They were nice enough to explain to me how my panel worked as we just moved here. Following that, for a sprinkler system they just serviced in November they managed to replace $170 worth of broken sprinkler parts without knocking on my door, showing me what was broken or explaining what the parts would cost. This is very unlike any service call I ve had before so I called the office to ask why and was hung up on (yes you read that right... HUNG UP ON) over 20 times by someone who was having a personal conversation and couldn t politely ask me to please hold or forward me to a voicemail. Ridiculous!!!! Lucky Lawn, we will never use your service again and I will be sharing this review every chance I get with friends and neighbors.

Ive used Lucky for I believe three years now. Very happy with their installation. I thought price read good. Were have them back every year for closing and opening they let you know when they are coming and come when they say. This year they even jaf to desi work fridays because a new driveway need with some of the sprinkler heads and again did a quick, well done job. That do many homes in our neighborhood and everyone has been happy with them. I hired them because of the recommendations of my neighbors.
