Best lawn in the neighborhood 9 years in a row!

Last year went good, however I did not go on auto renew. I paid by check AZAP for each treatment. This year I decided to start again, and have my lawn reseeded. I contacted the office beginning of July, and a woman stated to me she would send someone over. I never saw anyone and no note was on door (last year they always left a note on the door, to explain and/or invoice). I contacted the office 3 times to coordinate. The last phone call I made stated I needed to talk to Bill but he was busy and would get back to me. Today, 3 days later I received a call and a woman stated they cannot service my lawn because I am hard to reach? There is always someone home, as my husband is retired and I work from home. I only received 1 voice mail message. The problem is my lawn should be seeded NOW as it's the end of August and that's when they did it last year. So they left me hanging!

Great value for their services. Lawn looks great and now I pay about $30 less per treatment.
