They came 3 days ago so it is too soon to give a review. The tech did come on time, was thorough and efficient. We still have a mass of ants but I am hoping it will improve as the days go by.

Service for yellowjackets, had large nest in wall between bricks and flashing by front door. Almost all dead within 24 hours, after another day or two all dead.

It was very easy to sign up for a plan over the phone. Joe was thorough, helpful and friendly during the setup visit. Its also great to know that requests for help in between the quarterly appointments are free. I have great peace of mind knowing that Dial is monitoring and protecting our home from pests -- at a very reasonable cost.

The pest control service is excellent. We have the same person coming year after year, and he knows where to look and what to do. Courteous, professional and effective. Highly recommended.

We were given a window for when the technician would come from 12 - 4. The technician arrived almost at 12 on the dot! He clearly explained everything that he needed to do to treat the house and cleaned up nicely after. This is not the first time weve worked with Dial. Each time has been as pleasant of an experience as possible, when dealing with mold or insects. They will always be our first call to deal with these types of problems.

As a single homeowner, Im always wary that a contractor will tell me I need an expensive service/repair when a simple fix would be sufficient. Jon from Dial did a free inspection where I thought I might have a bug problem, and told me there was no issue. Just said nothing to worry about and have a nice day. Im grateful for Dials honesty, and will be using them for any future concerns. Jon was also on time and pleasant, and took precautions for COVID-19 while in my house.

We initially called Dial to handle a wasp s nest on the light fixture of our front porch, but after 5 days we still saw activity and realized there was a secondary nest under the porch...So we called Dial again and they sent a technician back out free of charge, and we are now wasp free . Great service.

I had mold in my rental unit. I had to wait 21 days for dial enviromental to come out and look at it. They also have the pest control contract at my 1000 unit complex. The guy came in and said no mold. Would not order airborne testing for mold. I had 2 companies come out and both airborne tests came back with a high level of mold spores. Looks to me like they got into the mold business after hurricane Sandy just to make money. If you have mold call servpro or a more reputable company that does not play favorites with your health or the company that pays them for pest control.

Great customer service. Reliable. They make it there business to solve your bug or pest problems. I have termites and the managers check in with me every few weeks to see how the situation is going. We have a yearly package and it is the best money I ve ever spent. Bring new homeowners, who new of all the issues that can pop up. It s nice to be prepared with dial.

Id had a yellow jacket next under the siding of my house for a coupleof months that was unfazed by the sprays I had under my kitchen sink. I called Dial and they came out the same day while I was at work. There was a noticeable improvement by the time I got home and by the end of day 3 the problem was solved.

I wouldnt give it any stars if I could. I am a new homeowner in Montclair and come from the NYC.. having experience buying properties in multiple states, and dealing with multiple service companies, this was by far the most unprofessional company Ive come across. They send out mailings regarding service extensions that were used by the previous owners and when the new homeowner declines their service they will simply come and take things that were paid for and installed by the previous owner off of the property without any notification of doing so. When asked if the devices that are removed belonged to Dial Pest control, they are quick to respond that I couldnt use them anyway because they have the magic key to open theses devices and no one else can. BS! I refuse to pay someone to load termite traps as this is the easiest thing to do and requires no expert. The traps where set and paid for by the previous homeowner it was and always will be part of the home. If someone declines service and your company is bitter about not getting the business move on and get new customers. I would not recommend this service company to anyone and will make sure that I spread the word about this awful experience that we encountered. unless you have a serious rodent problem these companies are a waste and only want to put people on a regular plan to suck them dry. Plenty of topics online that will explain and demonstrate tactics for a do it yourself and save Hundreds of dollars doing so.
