My poor Dad who has been paying money to actually grow grass for years with these people and it's just a joke. My Father is too nice to say anything and has Parkinson's, but honestly this company..... it's just embarrassing. Photos to follow....just insane.....rest of the neighborhood literally every other house has green grass. Should get a total refund. He is elderly and other reviews state the same. I will be calling the BBB too. Seriously, absolutely taking advantage of nice folks, I couldn't believe what he paid last year for a simple lawn. This "quality" is a joke and it seriously make me sick.
Elderly people beware this guy is A thief he charged an elderly person $1500 to power wash her house and $815 to cut some shrubs. Very dissatisfied with his work.
Yard Service Landscape Experts did a great job installing a patio area with fencing, a new stone driveway and spring cleanup with mulching. They came promptly and completed the job in 2-1/2 days. The crew was experienced and professional. We plan on using them for further work.
We live on about an acre and Bob's team did an outstanding job cleaning up our front ,side and back yard / lawn. They are punctual, efficient and pay close attention to detail. Our yard looks great! Beyond making our yard look kept up week-to-week, Bob is such a pro at determining what our yard needs long-term to thrive and look aesthetically pleasing. I have been using this company for many years, ever since my husband and I became too old to cut the grass and clear the leaves and debris. The workers change from year to year but have always been friendly and responsible. They also removed a small pine tree for us. Last year they had far more work to do because of the over-supply of acorns, but the weekly price did not go up.

Bob and his crews worked with me as I oversaw a 70 acre complex in Warwick. Now that Im retired they continue doing the mowing, cleaning, and brush removal at my residence. Yard Service has been maintaining the retention ponds for our Homeowners Association. They have been flexible in working with us to develop an approach that met the town s requirements as well as our budget.
Bob Gauthier gave us an estimate on a job and couldnt fulfill it after 6 weeks had passed. After I sent him a scathing email he called me and said he wanted a chance to make it right. The next day he came by around 9am but didnt come to the door. Just left a business card on our steps. Here we are two weeks later and again I have not heard a word from him. POTENTIAL BUYER BEWARE!
They do not care about their surroundings.They were leaf blowing the parking lot, blowing all kinds of debris at my car. They even sprayed a puddle at my car. And when I rolled down my window and said something they walked away without a word.
Went down to their place of business, and asked for a quotation to cut my lawn. Owner came up, gave a quote, I accepted. For 2 weeks I have been emailing them and asking when they are coming? Owner responds with an email when the grass is 10 inches high with 2 words Not Interested. Not enough courage , integrity, and good business etiquette to pick up the phone
