Spoke with Jamie last night about getting me a quote to mow my back hill. Jamie was able to come out today, gave a very reasonable quote, and mowed everything (the hill and the rest of the yard) while he was here. My wife and I moved into a new home and we continued to use Jamie to take care of our lawn, and man does he put care and detail into the work he does. Even before I got to meet him face to face he put his all into maintaining our lawn as if it was his own and it really showed. Aside from just our lawn, he does tree removal service too. After Hurricane Helene we had 9 tall cypress trees go down in our yard and his team cleared it all in 2 days and it looked spotless after they were finished. I was shocked how great of a clean up job they did and so were my neighbors. They even stacked up a very large pile of firewood for us between the still standing cypress trees which was so nice of them to do. There were some tracks and some dirt exposed on the lawn from the skid steer that had to haul the trees away, but Jamie came back to level it out and treat it all to get it looking back to normal again. He put in some serious time, care, and effort to ensure we were happy and he’s done that with everything he’s done for us so far. I feel beyond blessed to have him to take care of our lawn and anything else that arises. He’s a great guy who shows his appreciation and respect for his customers through his work.
My lawn has never looked so good ! Jamie responds super fast and gave a free quote. He was back to do my lawn and it looks great. Very professional and friendly. He walked around my lawn with me after he was done to make sure I was satisfied. I contracted him to maintain all my home care. Super clean and neat when he left. Thanks and GOD Bless ! I called Jamie out of desperation when my lawnmower gave up on my yard… the grass was thick in some areas and my push mower couldn’t handle it. He was at my house in less than 3 hours - mowed, weed eated, trimmed and blew away all the debris. When I tell you my yard looked horrible, he fixed it right up! Couldn’t be happier with the quick response and service! 10/10 would recommend him if you’re ever in need of a last min yard service!
Jamie worked me into a super busy schedule and took my lawn care worries off my hands. Jamie is very detail oriented, does an amazing job, and will not be happy unless your yard looks a million bucks. I very much appreciated Jamie’s willingness to work me in and willingness to do a fantastic job down to the finest of details. Definitely will be using Jamie more in the future!
*** Updated *** I called Jamie who originally said he would be out on a Wednesday. He kept me informed that he had delays getting out to service the yard but finally came on a Friday. Jamie did a great job with the yard and stated the fee to have him come out every two weeks on a Wednesday. After two weeks he did not come to service the yard. After 3 weeks, I contacted him to see if he could service my yard. He said he had lost his phone and lost his contacts. He said he would come to cut the yard. Another week passed with no communication. I got a text out of the blue, saying Jamie had a mower go down, but he could come back and cut it. The lawn is overgrown now so quotes to get a new landscaper has been very expensive. I gave Jamie the go ahead to come back. I came home to the yard unserviced again. I would not recommend this business. I have been patient and gracious but have incurred extra expenses as a result of it. The review was fair, I said that Jamie did a good job with the yard WHEN he showed up. The pricing was fair but he was inconsistent and did not communicate, which is accurate of my experience with his company. The review was honest even if you don't feel it's fair.
Called Jamie on a Friday afternoon. Picked up the phone immediately, was exceptionally courteous, and on top of all that, came out the NEXT DAY. Did a fantastic job. Mowing, trimming, blowing, even picked up debris I didn’t ask him to. Would not hesitate to recommend to anyone wanting to hire a hard working and polite fella. Thanks Jamie!!
He came out short notice and to a disaster of a yard after my own push mower decided it was done for the season. I am so grateful he was able to squeeze me in and he was more than reasonably priced considering the initial job was bigger than it would be on an average day. Thank you so much! Jamie was great for us. Knocked out an overgrown back yard in a couple of hours for a reasonable price and made sure the weeds wouldnt come back. Highly recommend his services.

First time I contacted single dad the guy came out on a Sunday and did a great job! We supposedly set up future plans to continue maintaining the yard. 2 weeks went by and nothing. I finally contacted him and he said he forgot. He then didn t come again because apparently he forgot to tell me something came up. I gave him one last chance to come and he stated he d definitely come this time but, no surprise, he didn t show up. If you hire this company expect uncertainty.
TLDR; Hire this guy, hes good at his job! Jamie has been an incredible person to work with. Our new yard was a mess after winter ended and I knew I needed someone to help. Jamie stopped by and gave us a very reasonable quote for the work, we scheduled a date, and he had it knocked out in no time. We decided to jump onto the two week maintenance schedule, also a very reasonable price, and have been incredibly happy with our services. Our lawn looks fantastic and I havent had to lift a finger. As a bonus, Jamie is very good at keeping communication up. He would always text me to let me know when he would be by, if something came up, or if he had any questions.
Jamie was at my home at 8:00 on the dot this morning did a fantastic job as usual when he s finished mowing he weed eats blows off the front poach sidewalk and carport if the car isn t there you can t beat his prices he s been taking care of us for about three years we re well satisfied he s such a nice young man thank you for all you do
Single Dad Lawn Care LLC is hands down the best ever. I contacted them and they were very responsive. I told them that the lawn was very overgrown and they came out looked at it gave me a price and mowed it the same day. I would recommend them to everyone I know.
Needed some stuff done quickly and James was able to come by quote and mow same day and at a very reasonable price.
I hired Jamie to maintain my mowing needs with all expectations of keeping him year round but after the first 3 weeks he became undependble. I would text or call and hed say hed be out to cut and not show. A couple days went by and Id text again and hed tell me about all hes got going on and promise to be here another day. No show again. He lost his grandmother (my heart and prayers for his family) but not an excuse for promising things and not following through. After the yard goes 3 weeks without being mowed I tried cutting myself but my mower couldnt do it unless I mowed 3 or 4 times. I let Jamie know about the problem I was having and again he promised to come take care of it. Again a no show. I gave him another chance and texted and tried calling but I got ghosted by him. I understand everyone has things going on in their life but his customer service is amongst the worst Ive ever experienced. I ended up hiring another company to maintain my yard. Good luck if you hire this guy.
Worked very hard to get a terrible yard into a lovely, neat space. Look forward to him maintaining my yard.. he communicated everything very well. Jamie went above all expectations to complete the job.

Im so glad I found Single Dad Lawncare last year. Were seniors and our yard isnt large, but hes exactly what we needed! His prices are reasonable and he does an excellent job. He works with our schedule. I didnt want a large company coming in with contracts and different workers. I appreciate not having to worry about it at all. He handles it all. He takes pride in his work and we appreciate that!

Called several times but never Called back only answer was a text they were in Florida until July 5 and I tried call after July and still no answer so I assume they r not excepting any new customers so dont waste your time calling them
I called him when our yard needed to have leaves raked and cleaned up. James came out and did a fantastic job at a great rate. My husband and I were so pleased with his work that we asked him to do our regular yard maintenance and we have been very happy with our yard. James is very professional and takes a lot of pride in his work and it definitely shows. You wont be sorry if you hire him to take care of your lawn.
Our lawn,was in terrible shape, I called him last week,asking for him to give me a quote, he responded very quickly, and due to unseen circumstances he was not able to cut it,but he kept in contact with us, he finally was able to come and cut our lawn,today, he was very professional. We couldnt be happier.will be using him again.

Professional and reliable
Jamie does the lawn care for my brother and I contacted him to see about pricing for a new mulch bed with some roses. We talked back and forth discussing ideas and he gave me very great input and advice. I came home today to a brand new beautiful mulch bed and a freshly cut yard(which I never asked for!) His pricing was fair and everything turned out great! I would recommend him to anybody. Great work Jamie, thank you for all you did for me and my wife!

Could NOT be happier. persevered through days of bad weather and even offered to bring a a canopy in order to keep working through the rain.
