Cochran did a professional assessment of my lawn challenge and his crew skillfully and and efficiently repaired it. His crew also killed a 4 ft. long copperhead snake in my yard. They were not only skillful, but very brave as well. I can enjoy my back yard once again!

I hired Cochran landscaping to clean up my yard earlier this spring. The weeds were out of control. They did an outstanding job! The crew arrived on time, kept the worksite neat, and completed the job on time. Todd was very knowledgeable, helpful and responsive to my texts and messages. Mike provided a great selection of small shrubs to round out the design. 100% satisfied, and plan to hire them again.

UPDATED I recently hired Cochran to fix some drainage issues with a River Rock Drainage System and I absolutely love the final result. Carter was an absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish. The entire team working on the job was outstanding. They were on time, professional, hard working and efficient. On the other hand, there was a drainage issue addressed on the other side of my home during the initial river rock project. A stone basin was installed for an hvac drainage line. It was unsuccessful and actually made the problem worse, ruining my grass on that side of the house. After MANY unsuccessful attempts getting attention to this matter, I left a review online and voila, Todd personally responded. He came out and explained the miscommunication. There were attempts to make things right, but we couldn t agree on a solution.

Paid for landscaping service with explicit instructions that I wanted weed barrier for my flower beds. They put it some places and not others. When I complained they said they come fix it. Call twice more and each time said they d come back and never did. Needles to say my flower beds have weeds now. Disappointed for something so simple.

Excellent company to do business with. Professional, efficient and cost competitive. More than anything they showed up on time and delivered an excellent product. The workers were pleasant and the project managers very helpful. They will be back for another project with us next year.

Absolutely the best in all areas

We recently had a paver and stone lakefront walkway installed by Cochran Landscaping. We were extremely satisfied with the workmanship of the finished project and the professionalism of his entire team. They kept us informed from the time we signed the agreement until the completion of the project. Most importantly, there were no surprises. These guys did a really great job. They had some personnel issues initially, like seemingly everyone these days, but really came through and did a tremendous job. Mike and Selvin are great. It was probably not their most profitable job yet they still gave 100% and delivered a product that exceeded my expectations.

We were very pleased with the timely, efficient and professional service we received From Cochrane for our major winter clean up. All mulching was beautifully edged and generously spread. The ornamentals were fertilized and bushes not over trimmed but nicely shaped. The lights and irrigation checked and repaired where needed and the container garden replenished and ready for spring planting. it was easy to communicate what we wanted, and the team carried it out. Cochran Landscaping performed a major pruning on my property including around my home, in the yard, and around my pool. They did the best job of anyone I have used in the last 10 years, the staff were very professional, courteous, on time, and worked very efficiently. After completing the job there was one tree that I forgot to ask them to trim, and they were willing to stay late until after dark to complete the project, even though it was my mistake in not earlier telling them to trim this tree adjacent to my house. I could not have had a better experience. Now my wife wants to have a party by our pool the yard looks so beautiful. I plan to continue to use them in the future.

Cochran is the absolute best in all landscape needs for the Carolinas ! Their responsive customer service and advice on landscape designs or irrigation was SUPERB!! Actually did extra work to finish the job right.

I ve had nothing but excellent experiences with all the guys at Cochran. Brandon, Louie and Nick have all been professional, men or character and integrity and I would highly recommend them for all your landscaping and Hardscape needs.

Wow so professional and reasonable. I needed an irrigation system put in my front yard and mulch in the backyard. They came in and cleaned and weeded the flowerbeds and surprisingly they also edged my lawn. They didn t have to but they go above and beyond making it look as if it were their backyard. By the way it only took them 4 hours to trench and hook up the irrigation system as well as putting the mulch in. I am definitely keeping their card and if I need anything else done Cochran Landscape will be my first call!

Scott and I could not be more pleased with the services of Cochran Landscape. Justin did a phenomenal job in taking over a project and making it happen just as Scott had laid out to him and on the day he promised. He went over and beyond to make it a great experience. Selvin and his team came in and laid all of our pavers and the wall to our new patio to perfection. They worked so extremely hard in the hottest days of this summer and never complained and got the job done. The communication with these individuals during the process was phenomenal. Install went according to plan except they were 3 months late on the install and the selection of trees were stressed due to the heat. They were notified in April of a dead tree, and it is June again 100 degrees and still no replacement of the tree. They promise dates then dont show up.The crew came 6/22 with a replacement tree. He asked me if the hole he dug was big enough. I said no, then he proceeded to argue with me. I was done with the frustration and just glad to have the tree.

Contacted Cochran on Jun 6th for an estimate on sod replacement, sprinkler repair and paver patio design and installation. Was then contacted by Cochran (Louie) who came by my house. We discussed what was needed and he said he would get an estimate to me by the end of the week. I did not hear from him, and texted him on Sat, Jun 11th asking for an update. On Tues, Jun 14th, he emailed an estimate to me. I replied that the estimate looked good and we could go ahead with project. He requested 1/3 deposit for the sod, which he stopped by to pick up on Jun 14th. He said the work would be able to start the 1st week in July, which I agreed to. I did not hear back from anyone, and on July 7th I texted Louie asking for an update. He replied that the work would start on July 28th, a little later than I had hoped for but ok. On July 25th, I texted Louie asking to confirm the start of work on the 28th, and he replied the next day that the work would need to be pushed out another week, and he would keep me updated. On Aug 2nd, I texted Louie again asking for an update. He replied that the work would start on Thursday, Aug 4th. The crew showed up on Thursday, around lunch time. They unloaded their equipment and started the work for about 15 minutes. Then they got a call from their boss and said they all had to leave and would return the next day to do the work. They returned the next morning to do the work. They started trying to fix the sprinkler system that needed 2 new zones. The worker said to me that it would be more money to fix the sprinklers, which i replied that the contract included 2 new zones installed and not fixing the broken zones. Louie confirmed that. Part of the contract was that the area to be sodded would have a layer of top soil put down first. I was not home when they started the work, but when I arrived, they were just beginning to lay the sod, with no top soil installed. I questioned one of the men about it, who spoke very little english, but they called someone and then stopped the work to go get top soil that was needed. Finally they brought back the topsoil, layed it down. Again, I was not home when they completed the sod, which looks ok, except they missed a couple of bare spots that i think they should have covered. Also, no mention of the paver patio that was estimated. I called Louie about the missing sod on Aug 6 with pictures of the problem. He contacted me and said he would refer the job to the warranty team. On Aug 10th, Louie sent me the estimate for the patio work, I replied with a couple of questions regarding the actual layout. I have not heard back from Cochran since. I called the main office on Aug 18th and spoke the the woman, explaining the situation. She said she would notify management and Louie and the warranty team. As of today, I have heard nothing. So this has not been a good experience overall. (Update) Based on the owner response which has several inaccurate statements, I do agree with him that I wouldnt pursue this company for any other work and I would not recommend Cochran to anyone!

We just finished up a project with Cochran redoing our backyard. They did an excellent job and were very professional and responsive. I have been trying to get the work done for over a year with different people. Cochran is the first one to follow up and complete everything they said they were going to do in every way. Very pleased with our new backyard and recommend Cochran wholeheartedly.

Unbelievable quality, customer service, and professionalism. Burt, account manager, is one of the best communications experts Ive encountered. He was and remains excellent regarding quotes, information, and conveying requests to the maintenance crew and install crew. Sulvan and his crew were, simply put, the most dedicated crew Ive ever had on my property. They worked 11-12 hours a day until things were literally perfect. I will be a life long customer with Cochran as long as they continue to employ such dedicated people. This company and their employees operate seamlessly and are dedicated to their work and their word. Safe, trustworthy folks that I will continue to trust. In all honesty, the work they did (rock wall on a pond bank, paved hill, mch, basic yard maintenance, French drain) is probably the best Ive had done on my property in 9 years. Please give them a shot, they will not disappoint.

Cochran Landscape did a fabulous job for us! From the walkway design and concrete extensions to the mulch outlay. They were very accommodating, cost conscious, and very fast once started! Nick and Teto are were very easy to work with and both had exceptional customer service.

Burt and his team did an outstanding job installing a French drain, putting fill dirt next to my foundation to redirect water, put new mulch down,and removed an existing stone walkway, regraded, and reinstalled the stones and new pea gravel. Highly recommended Burt and Cochran landscaping.

UPDATE (10/2022): Todds attempt to make things right was to offer to do the job for me at three times the originally-quoted price. I laughed in disbelief, declined their offer, and will now be doing the project myself. UPDATE (9/2022): Since I posted this review, the owner of the company (Todd) did reach out, brought me my refund, came to my house to look at the state of things, and asked for the chance to make things right. I appreciate the refund and increased my rating to 2 stars to express my gratitude. I will update this review once I see how the rest of the experience goes. ORIGINAL REVIEW: TLDR: Terrible experience. Cochran started the job, then disappeared. Unresponsive to calls and emails. 4 months later, they finally offered to refund me my deposit but are showing no sign of actually sending it. Consider yourself warned. Details: I hired Cochran for a job at my house involving excavation, concrete work, and installing a small greenhouse. We agreed on everything in December. I paid them a deposit (1/3), and they arrived to begin work as we agreed in April when the greenhouse arrived. The crew seemed efficient, professional, and friendly. They started the project, started digging a hole in my backyard, ran strings marking where everything was going to go, and said they would return the next day. They never did. I never saw them again. I emailed and called, initially with no response for 2 weeks. I finally got a response from Jackie who vaguely explained that something had happened with the project manager (Brandon) and things were delayed no other information. I asked for more details about how the company wanted to move forward and either got no response or a terse email from Jackie (she always seems mildly annoyed) saying that she would forward my concern on to management. This continued for weeks, at which point, Jackie informed me that materials were hard to come by, prices had changed (some BS about quotes being only good for 30 days), and that management would offer me a refund. I accepted the offer, and have since spent nearly 3 months trying to get that refund. Again, my efforts to follow up have been met with silence or Jackie telling me she has forwarded [my] concern to management. I still have a big hole in my backyard. I have never heard a word back from management. I believe they can (and do) good work, and I have no idea what happened with my situation, but the way the company has handled the situation has been abysmally unprofessional. Consider yourself warned.

Save your money - Call another landscape contractor - Learn from our experience and mistake of selecting Cochran Landscaping. By far the worst experience we have ever had with any type of contractor (landscape or otherwise). Slow to start and even slower to complete the project, extremely poor communication, poor workmanship, slow to return telephone calls and as of this posting they have failed to honor its workmanship warranty. We invested over $25K for on a landscape and hardscape project and regret selecting Cochran Landscaping every day. Ive called the office and sales rep numerous times with empty promises to call back, revisit project or complete warranty issues. If youre looking for a landscape contractor in the SC Upstate call someone else. Dont be fooled by the 4 & 5-star reviews and photos, learn from our misfortune.

We used Cochran Landscaping services for a recent project. Nick was easy to work and communicate with throughout the entire process. He also offered some great suggestions along the way. Johnny and Selva were very helpful during the actual installation of the project and made sure I was happy after each step. I felt like the entire Cochran team were professional, efficient, and paid close attention to detail to make sure the job was done right from start to finish! Burt, Tito, Carter and their team did a great job laying sod, creating a walkway and planting ground cover after our pool installation. Cochran has provided us with us a very nice yard using sod, mulch, and river rock. We continued to communicate when there were concerns they needed to work on. We found that Lee was responsive and helped us get what we needed.

Over the last two months I have worked with Todd and Mike and the whole Cochran team on a very large project at a new construction house and a refresh at an existing home. The experience was one of the best, if not the best experience I have had in building 15 homes over the last 35 years. They do what they say they will do, on time and the crews are polite and work hard and late into the evening to get the job done. Finally, they want it done right, and go above and beyond to make sure the customer is happy with the end result. I highly recommend Cochran if you are looking for landscape, pavers or lighting.

I contacted Cochran Landscaping for an estimate because of all the rave reviews I read online, the fact that they were a local company and, yes, because Todd was a Clemson graduate! This was going to be a huge project for us to undertake and I was very nervous going with a company I had never worked with before. I was put at ease from the very beginning. They did an awesome job installing our irrigation system and preparing and sodding our lawn. We were pleased with the whole process - from the estimate to the terrific job of cleaning up after completion. Very professional, very courteous and very knowledgeable. Unsurpassed quality and service, excellent value, beautiful work. Nick truly valued our time and was always prompt with calls and appointments. His quotes gave us several options to choose from, each taking care to include the things we told him were most important to us (using native plants, preferably fruit-bearing to feed wildlife, etc). He never tried to sell us anything we didnt ask for, so we never felt pressured. The wait time for the job was reasonable and, once they got started, the job was done lightning-fast. The crew was amazing - kept noise to a minimum, did not disrupt my household in any way at all, and left my front porch cleaner than they found it. Youd be hard-pressed to find more efficient workers anywhere. I would hire them again in a second and highly recommend them to anyone who is looking to have landscaping work done, whether residential or commercial.

Just had a 50 long 4 tall wall with steps cut in and 9 pallets of Zoysia installed. I couldn t be more pleased with the level of professionalism. The project was completed in the timeframe that was given and constant communication throughout the entire process. Ricardo was relentlessly ensuring everything was completed to my approval. We had a very old sprinkler system with multiple leaks, and heads scattered over roughly 3 acres. Hunter and Joseph located all of the issues, marked and corrected all of the heads, capped the unneeded ones in coordination with us and added small nozzles to the beds on our patio. Now were up and running and we have saved our lawn and landscaping that otherwise would have cooked in the summer months. When we had follow-up items Joseph came through again quickly and with attention to detail that is hard to find with other companies. Highly recommended.

After living in our home for over 15 years, we wanted to remove the juniper slope in our backyard and replace it with something easier to maintain, functional and also adding beauty to the neighborhood. We had hired Cochran before and, needless to say, we were very satisfied with the work done then. Nick Davis helped us work a design that was within our budget and satisfied our needs and wants. We were pleasantly surprised to hear back within days and the project began within a week of signing the contract. Ricardo and his crew of hardworking men were great to work with and did an amazing job. They were skillful and diligent, from clearing the land to installing two areas of large stone steps, with flagstone and river rock along the back of our property. Cochran will surely be the one we call for any future outdoor projects.

Nick came out and gave us great ideas on how to improve our space. Ricardos crew came out to do the installation and they were great. They were on time and completed the job quickly. Todd and his team did an excellent job with our post pool landscaping. They went above and beyond and got the job done straight through in very good time. The plants are of great quality, including our beloved palmettos, as well as the outdoor lights. High quality thick covering mulch to top it all off. They also were extremely professional and were sure to clean up everything and made certain we were 100% satisfied with the job. Moved into a new home that came with shrubs but were planted to close to the home. The crew moved some to the new backyard landscape and spread out the others. Also had backyard landscaping done.. The crew were polite and worked hard. I didnt think they would get it done in a day, but they did.Cleaned up after the job. Nick was delightful to work with on plant selection and plan. We used Cochrans services after having our pool installed. Mike and his team did an excellent job with the irrigation, sod, and river stone/flag stone/plant installation around our pool. While trying to install new irrigation/reconnect to my front yard irrigation system, they figured out our previous irrigation system was not installed correctly, but were able to troubleshoot it, install new valves, and got it reconnected and running with the backyard on a new system and timer! The new sod was laid in less than 2 days with great attention to detail. We love our new stone bed adding a buffer between our pool and yard while also adding the privacy and screening plants. Mike was great to work with and is very knowledgeable and had great design ideas. Highly recommend!

After contacting multiple companies, Nick from Cochran Landscaping came to provide a quote. He was very professional and straightforward. He communicated the proposed timeline given their schedule. He called to let me know the exact date the work would be done. His team did exactly the work (installed mulch, trenched 4 downsport drains through my lawn and winterized my irritation system) we discussed and did a great job. Cleaned up after themselves and put everything back. Would definitely recommend their services.

I hired Todd Cochran and team after having to let go a much less qualified landscaping provider mid-project. My landscaping project consisted of building two back-filled retaining walls (less than 4 each), significant drainage work, fire pit, gravel parking, sodding and planting. The job was about 1/3 complete when Todd arrived to quote completing the job. The Cochran team immediately saw the most important tasks to get the project back on track and clearly explained my options. We developed a comprehensive drainage plan and a good but flexible plan for the other details. He provided me a quote within 24hrs and was very quick to respond to all of my questions and requested changes throughout the project. He deployed a very large team of workers who worked very quickly with good quality. He went above and beyond on too many small details to list and the overall results looks great. I highly recommend the Cochran team.

I hired Cochran Landscaping to resod my entire backyard, repair and install my irrigation system, install six catch basins and a wicking system due to major drainage issues I was experiencing. The crew that showed up timely to perform the work were professional and courteous. These guys go above and beyond to ensure the job is done right. Supervisor Mike was fantastic and did a thorough walkthrough with me to ensure I was satisfied. After the work was complete, they power washed my driveway, sidewalk and inside of my garage to clean off any debri and dirt from the work. I am so pleased with the final results and would hire them again without hesitation for my next project!

Im a current customer and have called on several occasions asking for a call to be returned so we can discuss the partial job that is being done by their contractors. I have yet to have received a callback and Im losing confidence in their business each day that passes. Called to get a quote for a lawn irrigation system on Wednesday. They said they would come by Friday at 2:00. Called them at 4:30 on Friday and they claimed they had me scheduled for the following Friday (NOT what they said when I first called). Then said they would be at my house on Monday at 2:00. They showed up around 5:00! Sorry Cochran, cant work with someone that cant be trusted to do what they say. I filled out an online request for quote using your web site and received a call from one of your reps on April 23rd at 12:34 PM and spoke with him for 1 minute and 2 seconds. I also called your office (859-4004) on April 24th and spoke with someone for 1 minute and 5 seconds. I called your rep on April 24th at 4:37 PM and spoke with him for 1 minute and 1 second at which time we rescheduled for April 27th at 2:00 PM . He didnt show up until around 5:00 PM that day.

I had them do some lighting and some pine straw for my new lake house. They were a little delayed in starting the project and there were a few things that I needed them to come back out and fix but for the most part they were good to work with. Mike was easy to talk to and good to work with and although I only communicated with Todd through email he was easy to communicate with. Their maintenance has been really quality. Thanks Todd and Mike.

Edit! Wow! After some missed communications Todd sent Mike out to discuss my concerns. They corrected the issues, without cost to me and then some! The team is awesome. Thank you! Their lawn service is 5+. But the landscaping they did for us was a 1. Simple project with some topdirt and seeding plus a couple of beds and shrubs. I dont think they used any top soil for the grass. The beds were nothing like we had discussed. Very poor quality and when I emailed my concerns, no reply. Looking forward to a call to look at the poor quality of the landscape project! Once again, the lawn service is GREAT!

Our first experience with Cochran Landscapng was hiring them to design and install plantings at the end of our driveway. They did an excellent job! Since that time we have used them on several occasions from sod, mulch and weekly lawn service. We did have a few plants not make it but were replaced. We are satisfied customers and would highly recommend them.

We had someone come out to consult with us about a full landscaping job--plants, mulch, grass, lighting, and maintenance. We were told we would receive a quote the next day via email. After calling to follow up with the guy (Kit) who did our consult as well as the company itself, weeks later, we have yet to receive a quote, and needless to say, are no longer interested in their services. The consult was a waste of our time, and I would not recommend this company. Edited to respond: I would NEVER want to write a dishonest or inaccurate review, so I called the company to figure out what happened. I was told that Kit DID indeed work there and chose to quit his job in order to socially distance. So, please do not patronize me by saying that no one by that name works there when, in fact, they did; they just no longer work there. Covid has certainly presented a variety of challenges, but it doesnt seem that complicated to make sure an employees case load is taken care of when they leave for any reason.

I was referred to Cochran from my father-in-law. They were nothing short of amazing! Lee took great care of us from beginning to end. Alberto and his crew did an amazing job. Cochran offered a competitive price but made several mistakes on installation that needed to be fixed. That wouldnt be a big deal, but after several emails, texts, and phones calls I never heard back and had to pay another company to make the corrections. I hope that was a one time thing. Very unprofessional.

They came out and did good job to my garden so I decided to give them a call for lawn treatment and maintenance they came out and did one treatment and I never heard from them again

I called for irrigation system repair and French drain repair quotes. They charge $200 to come and do a full inspection of the irrigation system. I had a bad wire which they repaired. That cost $160. I authorized all costs. I got no input on the French drain issue and no inspection report on the irrigation system. I got no quote on the French drain issue. I sent multiple follow up requests including pictures of a remaining irrigation system issue. I spoke by phone with a rep who set an appointment for a manager to come review the issues in two weeks. The manager came and apologized there was no communications on the inspection or repairs. I asked him for a quote on some work around a creek. The manager took photos and said he would provide a quote. No quote was received after two weeks. The contact who I texted with for the repairs called two weeks after the managers visit and asked if there was anything they could do. He explained the crew who came was not aware of what was requested, what they needed to do, and had been terminated. I told him I took care of all my needs using another service provider. I used this provider based on an ad in the mail with a coupon. The coupon was not used because I didn t present it at the time of service. I try to write fact based reviews both positive and negative. This one unfortunately was negative. I had a total of 4 calls, 1 meeting and multiple text exchanges. I tried and to their credit, so did they. They are just not the best choice for me.

I could not speak in more glowing terms terms, my experience on several projects with Cochran Landscaping. I contacted Cochran via their internet contact. A sales man named Lee Braley called me one day later. We made an appointment. Mr. Braley showed up on time. Very knowledgeable measured the area I wanted worked on and gave me a form detailed written proposal on the spot. One day later I approved the proposal and work was completed by a crew of five workers in one day. I am entirely please with the results and highly impresses by the work ethic of each and every person I have come in contact with. They under promise but over deliver. A rare find indeed.

When I chose this company I read some of their reviews here on Google Maps and it seemed there were either people with a 5 star experience or a 1 star experience. The company had a strange pattern of responding to their one star reviews usually denying the customer existed, that the customer did something wrong or even once denying one of their own employees existed. That was certainly a red flag but I took a chance. I ended up having a negative one star experience. The installation job is done but the results are terrible. Bad communication and customer service plagued the process and caused frustration. I d suggest to consider other companies in the area, get different quotes, and and get a reference from someone you know personally first. Even go take a look at their yard before you decide on a company! Update: The owner contacted me to try and fix the problems because of this review. It has been lots of emailing back and forth and no action for months now.

Lee and his crew have been so great to work with. We ve had drainage work and landscaping work done and are very pleased with both. They are very conscientious and patient with explaining what they can do and discussing it as they do the work. I look forward to more work in the future. The only criticism I would have is to communicate when delays happen. Delays are understandable, but that communication makes it even better.

The company honored a year old quote, which I was appreciative for. When I initially reached out, the conversation and response was prompt and helpful. However, once the deposit was made, the conversation and customer service stopped unless I initiated it. Once the work was completed (French drainage system with 4 catch basins and pop-up emitter), the customer service declined again. The management worded the emails to reflect that any issues I would have would be my fault, that I am going against their recommendations, even though their recommendations did not come until after the completion of the work. I would not recommend this company.

Cochran Landscape Management was by far the best company to work with. The manager mike was very knowledgeable and helpful with any and all questions and concerns i had! He is a very respectful and nice man. The cochran employess all were respectful and professional and they did and amazing job! Will always use Cochran Landscape Management and will refer to all friends and family!

I recommend Cochran to anyone that wants results! I have lived in my home for 25 plus years. we have never been able to grow grass in our front yard. After many failed attempts with other people, companies and alot of money lost we called cochran. Cochran staff were helpful and knowledgeable and now our yard looks beautiful. Todd Cochran and his staff put together a comprehensive plan for our yard. They spent several hours going over the details and patiently addressed any concerns we may have had. Unfortunately, we were not able to move forward with this due to elements beyond our control. Todd was very gracious in promptly refunding our deposit. While I cannot personally speak as to the quality of their work, I can say without hesitation that this is a person that puts the customer first and I would not hesitate to contact them again should our circumstances change.

Initial job was done very well and fast, but some plants died. However, once I got in touch with Todd for the warranty work, he has agreed to take care of my issues, so I am very pleased that he is standing by their work, and planning to replace the dead ones. I will continue to use Cochran going forward for our landscape needs.

Todd Cochran (Owner) was a gentleman that came out to do a proposal for me. He said sodding my lawn on 11/14/19 was not a problem. It was not to cold and just water the sod once an afternoon. I am pleased to report that my previous feedback of Cochran Landscape requires a positive update. It turns out that there was a breakdown in communication (cell phone that was rolled into the company s landline, hence not being able to read texts). Cochran Landscape has since done everything possible to rectify the issues at hand. We are in the process of setting up a new contract that will outline the remaining items to be done by early spring, at which time I will post pictures of the final project. Based on what I have seen thus far of Cochran Landscaping s efforts to make things right their rating should go to five stars!

Requested approval of sprinkler locations before work was to begin. They ignored and showed up to start as we were leaving to teach classes (we had previously given them our schedule), and I said not to start without location approval. They left. Now they want to increase job cost by $300 to account for lost work time! Not a company I will deal with!

Charged my credit card and never did the work. No refund as of now.
