The $1M house across the street sold in 3 weeks. These guys were the new lawn crew and made the yard look amazing vs. the other 4 firms that service my hood. So, we called them up since we also put our house and the market, and these guys came the next day. The experience? It's like watching 3 landscaping commandos come in and simply knock it out of the park! These guys are pro. They are fast, they are respectful, and they are hired! I love these guys.

Be very careful about getting involved with this company. They offer an inexpensive service and you get what you pay for. This is an unprofessional, unskilled, inconsistent and unpredictable company. The owner/operator is not honest and does not stick to written agreements. He does whatever he wants, regardless of what you agree to or what he tells you he will do. The work done onsite is subpar. They have damaged our landscaping by improperly cutting coniferous and deciduous trees. They have charged us for services they don't provide. They've dumped lawn clipping in individual homeowner's personal trash cans. They ignore broken sprinklers and change our watering timers without permission. We've paid a lot in water because of that. I could go on, but I think you get the basic idea. I recommend you avoid this company if you want even acceptable service, let alone good or great. We had to learn the hard way. Ye be warned. Have used this company for two years and have been very happy. Marco is great at communicating and with ideas and he truly knows about plants and what will work where. He follows thru and very professional.

Very Unreliable. Made an appointment for Sprinkler blowout well in advance before the season. They failed to keep my appointment or contact me. I contacted them with great difficulty. MARCO gave me another appointment time which they also failed to keep. MARCO is unreliable and fails to follow through on his commitments. I would not recommend that you hire him for anything else as he has very poor customer communications, and business responsibility.

I'm sure these guys are great!..... but I don't appreciate coming home with my 1 year old having to park far away from my house and dealing with the company truck in my paid parking spot I'm not paying for them to park in my spot this is ridiculous and frustrating

Landscaped my front yard to cut down on watering and maintaining! Marco listened to my thoughts and added some good ideas. Love the results! Will use Back2Green again
