MK Landscape Company in Eagle River

In 2023 we hired Mike and his team for a project at our small St. Germain lake home. I recommend MK Landscape without hesitation. Mike is experienced and responsive. His team worked hard and efficiently while being sensitive to our property. We're thrilled with the results, both atheistically and in terms of usability. We're left with better access to our lake, a naturalized shoreline that the wildlife can enjoy, a better view by moving our pier location and a huge firepit area that has already made a ton of memories. By removing our old timber steps, a crumbling lakeside block wall and regrading the land, we have a safer, more naturalized outdoor space that fits the wildness of our property. We have since hired Mike for additional smaller projects and he continues to be great to work with. Thanks Mike and team!

We've had Mike and his crew do work on our property several times throughout the past few years. The work is top quality, reasonably priced, and we have never been disappointed.

We have used Mike for our lake home's landscaping projects since 2010; our experience has been very positive. Unlike many of our other north woods experiences, Mike is always available, does quality work, and stands behind his work. We feel fortunate to have found him and will continue to use his services going forward without hesitation.

We had MK Landscaping put up a fence on the perimeter of our property last Fall. We looked at it when it was finished and for all appearances it looked fine. When we painted it this summer every time we touched a board with the paintbrush it moved. We noticed that alot of screws were missing. After counting the missing screws we found that at least 145 screws were missing. Contacted Mike, the owner, and at first he blamed the employee who did it and then came back and said it was not a mistake. He had told his people to just tack the boards on because we might want to take them off when we painted, but they never told us this when they finished the fence. I found this really difficult to believe, but we just wanted the rest of the screws installed. Kept emailing to get them back out and finally they came back. They still did not add the missing screws to many of the boards and instead of using screws they used a power nailer with tiny wire nails. It was a horrible job. Emailed Mike again about how unhappy and disappointed we were but have heard nothing back. I would caution people to make sure you are on site when the work is done if you use this company and before you mail the final payment make sure you do a thorough job of checking. In one word.....AMAZING!!!! Mike and his team were incredibly easy to work with and they quickly transformed our outside space into a beautiful relaxing extension of our cabin which we've enjoyed all summer.
