ProScapes in Eagan

We had a terrific experience with ProScapes. We asked them to replace a deteriorating concrete block wall (which we never liked) with a wall of large natural boulders and, if they could, preserve some mature evergreens in the process, and they exceeded expectations. The outcome is beautiful and timeless.

Maddie was so easy to work with , helped with getting our permit through our HOA which was awesome . I love the added space for our hot tub . We will recommend to people look g for landscape needs for sure .

I’m using my husband’s account to leave feedback…in a nutshell they are fantastic! Of all the companies I called to give me an estimate, Maddi from ProScapes is the ONLY person who followed up with me. She is so conscientious, had great recommendations and took my drawings and turned them into a fabulous reality. Her team was on time, knew exactly what to do and were flexible with my suggestions while on site. They did this work last year but just came back yesterday to fix a couple of things that didn’t grow back. In a world of businesses where you just don’t know what you are going to get, REST ASSURED that the ProScapes team will help you every step of the way! Ask for Maddi for your project planner. She is an absolute gem! I recommended them to my neighbors and they too had a very positive experience.

We are very satisfied with out experience with ProScapes. They did our front yard landscaping which turned out great. We had perennials planted but unfortunately some of them never “took off” and were dry/dead this spring. I contacted ProScapes and within a couple weeks, new beautiful plants were re-planted. Thank you!

Through our HOA we've had the unpleasant experience of dealing with ProScapes. In my opinion they are first class incompetents, seldom follow through with promised services and dates. The work is sloppy, inconsistent and obviously unsupervised. Presently our lawns are overgrown and unkempt; we'd be better off if they showed up with a hay baler instead of mowing equipment. We're looking forward the termination of their contract.

The townhome HOA where I live has a contract with ProScapes to do snow removal and lawn maintenance. It’s May 22 today and the lawns are scheduled to be mowed today for the first time in over THREE WEEKS! Grass has all gone to seed. It’s over a foot tall. The excuses they have given are things like “doing equipment maintenance “—-but they had all winter to do that and weren’t doing snow plowing then because there was almost no snow. Apparently they interpret the contract that says that they start mowing weekly in May to mean that they pick any week in May to start weekly mowing. But they did mow the first week of May.

Proscapes completed a large landscape/hardscape project for us, and it turned out beautifully. They were very responsive during the design phase and were very patient as we worked through several adjustments to the design. They were also responsive and flexible throughout the execution phase. The crew was friendly and professional, and they maintained a clean job site. It was clear that the crew took pride in their work and wanted to ensure that we were happy with the end result.

Proscapes is under contract with our Townhome association in Lakeville For lawn and snow services and provides horrible service. They did not show up for the spring walk through, did minimal snow plow damage repair and right now my lawn in 9" to 18" high in a Luxury Townhome Association and they have yet to mow.They always have a excuse. Do not use this company! UPDATE 2024 service- I did not think it could be any worse than last year but I was wrong. My grass has been over shin high for the first mowing and we are still waiting for the second mowing with shin high grass as of 6/2/24. When trimming on the first mow they totally scalped the lawn wherever they trimmed. The snow damage repair seems to be non existent. I look out at my corner and see a big bare area that was damaged by their plows the last two years and was never repaired. They never even leveled the soil in this area, they just let the mowers run over it. This company is not concerned at all with how your property looks! There concern is making $$$ and absolutely no concern for how your property looks!!!!!
