Worst cutting/plowing company I've ever seen. My HOA has gone with this company for over 3 years and every time they come to do any kind of service they destroy people's property. Things that aren't even in the cutting or plowing areas. When you approach the crew they walk away or they stand there looking at you and say nothing. I've been told "no english" I've been told that I should have marked my dog tie out. When I asked why the 4 foot tall safety orange stake wasn't enough I was told "the grass was to high." Yup...cause you hadn't come in 3 weeks. Take away all of the property damage they leave 2 foot by 15foot long patches of uncut grass into the middle of lawns, they leave half inch dead grass clippings on top of the grass so it kills the grass under it. I have pictures and video of their destruction and they still just blame me and the length of my grass for the issues. Somehow its my fault they go weeks without coming and i have 6inches of grass. Absolute garbage

These people do our homeowners Association in Cobblestone Lake. Not very good. I have to go out after them to finish mowing with my trimmer and do the trimming because they skip a lot of it. Also they don't know how to fertilize or spray for weeds. Burns the yards up every time. I've had to chase them down to come back and they don't understand a word I say. Not worth what we pay them. Waste of money.

Do not use this lawn care service!! My parents live in a townhome in Woodbury. Outdoor Images does their lawn care. While mowing/blowing they shot a rock through the first layer of glass on their sliding door shattering it. It was so obvious that they did it and yet they denied it. Said it would have gone through the screen, too. I talked to a glass company about glass replacement and they said that was a complete lie. My parents are 85 and 84, health issues and on a fixed income. They had to pay $500 deductible to have the door replaced. Dishonest and unethical. Will also be reporting to the BBB. Those of you who love them have obviously not had this type of experience.

My association uses this business for lawn and snow (so year-round), and they haven't had to competitively bid for at least 10 years. The selling point is that they "have the right equipment" and are highly responsive. They park a Bobcat on-site from late October through whenever they want to move it in the spring to give the impression that they are responsive. I watched a group of 5 guys with shovels clear out the garage doors and sidewalks for the whole association while the guy in the Bobcat struggled by himself for hours. Then the guy in the truck showed up, and all they did was get in each other's way. This picture is the work that was done after at least 8 hours of waiting for them to clear us out. I've seen kids with snow blowers do a better job and not charge 6 figures for a snow contract. Pick a business that actually holds themselves accountable.

The most professional company you could work with in the metro area. This company is utilized at a few properties that I manage and they respond when a storm hits (in the winter), they don't run and hide. Their crew cares, is responsible, reliable, and professional. The provide regular updates during storms so that we're able to provide expectations to homeowners in our communities. In the spring and summer, Matt is helpful in setting priorities and expectations. Of course there are things that require additional conversation and when that happens, Matt is first to step up and hold a meeting, meet onsite, or tackle whatever challenge he's faced with. He's very personable and is just an all around a great person.

Snow plow driver hit my rav4. About $3000 damage and company is refusing to give me their insurance information. I will not pay my deductible through my own insurance. BBB contacted. I wish 0 stars was possible!

The WORST snow removal/lawn care company I have ever seen. I used to be a foreman in this industry for 10+ years so when I say the WORST, I mean it. Multiple times I gave direct directions to the workers about not pushing snow into the landscape bc ITS MARKED WITH ORANGE STAKES and they deliberately put it there. They also pile snow up in the middle of the patio where I have it marked off too. I have NEVER had such a negative experience with a company. Absolutely trash. Worst part, when you call to complain, nothing gets done, no phone call back with an apology or saying they will make it right.

*If it was an option, I would give this company a 0 star review* I was parked on a public street along a property in Minneapolis that Outdoor Images, Inc was replacing retaining walls. I witnessed/experienced the workers cutting the concrete masonry blocks directly adjacent to vehicles parked on the street. I documented the excessive amount of construction dust on my vehicle. The job site was very unorganized and unsafe for the public. The sidewalk was not blocked off at either end of the work zone and the public was walking directly through the area while they were working. I spoke to the on-site supervisor about the construction dust on my vehicle. When I asked him how they planned on cleaning the dust from my vehicle (there were many other cars with this issue), the on site supervisor, Matt Swaney laughed and said it was not his problem. I was caught off guard as I expected him to be polite and apologize for the inconvenience that his company had cause me. That was not the case. I found all interactions with Matt Swaney to be extremely unprofessional. He kept asking me how his company could have prevented the construction dust from getting on cars. I couldn't believe that he had no clue how to run a professional job site. It is as simple as setting up a cutting station away from cars that could be surrounded by dust protection. Not that hard to do! I'm astonished at how unprofessional Matt Swaney and Outdoor Images, Inc. were. This incident has been documented with the City of Minneapolis for an unsafe work zone and an air pollution report. I will be bringing my vehicle to the dealership to be assessed for damage. I will be following up with the Building Association who has hired Outdoor Images, Inc. as well as filing a police report for damages to the exterior of the vehicle, internal ventilation system and/or engine area from excessive concrete dust.
