I was looking for a new residential zero-turn. I visited this establishment and it’s one of the best choices I’ve ever made. Everyone that I came in contact with was very nice, especially Mr. Fowler and the Delivery Man. Thank you for all of your help, advice, and your outstanding customer service. I purchased a badboy maverick from them some years ago. Everyone was helpful with getting me what I wanted. After getting the lawnmower and cutting a few times the engine locked up. Was still under warranty so they came and picked it up. They discovered there was no oil in it. There were no oil leaks found. When they asked if I had changed the oil I said no because it was brand new. Come to find out it had a replacement oil filter put on but doesn’t look like the oil was added. They replaced the engine for free but didn’t reinstall the oil drain hose that was originally on it. When I called and asked I was told at first I could come pick it up. But I stay an hour away. They then said they would mail it to a nearby store. Then called the next day and said I would have to pay for the hose because it was an add on. Supposedly it comes on some but not all. It was originally on the engine when I bought it but now I have to pay for it?? Very frustrating and disappointing. Won’t be doing business with them again.

From sales to service this is hands down the best place to get great customer service. These fellas take care of everything that my husband needs no matter what it may be.

Took my tractor in for an issue. Spent over $6,000.00 cash. They changed the exhaust filter. Said that was the problem. Picked it up and it is the same as when I dropped it off. Went back and spoke to the service guy. He admitted it was their mistake. Promised he would take care of it. Good guys. Made me really happy they agreed to fix it. Lots of places won't stand behind their work like these guys.

Came here for the first time yesterday and bought a Kubota zero turn mower and I got say, best purchase me and my family made. If I had to be honest, I would recommend this company to people.

Shortly after arrival we were greeted and asked if we needed help. Salesperson was very informative. We got a fair price on our trade in and sold us a tractor. In fact it's the fourth one we purchased over the years we have dealt with them.

Excellent customer service from both the sales team and the service department. Extremely knowledgeable, professional, and respectful. All my future equipment purchases will be from First Choice.

Kubota isn't as good as it's told to be, $8 grand and our $3 grand John Deere from Lowe's out performs it daily. It's also brand new and been in the shop 3 times. 85 hours on it and 250 on the Deere.. but the guys at first choice are awesome
