Im so happy that I have them to plow and shovel the snow for me. God bless them for the wonderful job they do for me. It makes my life so much better. Big snow, just relax and leave the snow to them.

Very cheesey and delicious dish

Asked if our budget was out of question with what we wanted and were told no. Went ahead with the design ($600) and then were told that the quote was more than double our budget. We deserve our $600 back.

On 8/11, Robert came to our home to help give us an estimate for multiple things we would like done in Spring 2023. He was very kind and personable during this time. He told us that he needed a copy of the survey for our property prior to giving an estimate. I told him I would try to find it and give it to him. I could not locate the survey. I emailed him 8/16, and 8/18 asking what the next step would be. I called the office once a day and never had anyone answer. I left a voice mail on 8/25 asking for someone to please reach out to me which bo one did. I emailed again 8/26 and havent heard a thing. Im not sure why this company absolutely ghosted us, considering the job we were going to give them was quite large. This is completely unprofessional. I dont feel confident in their work if they cant even respond to an email or return a call.

MUST READ!!! THE PRICES AT GROEN ARE ABSOLUTELY INSANE. IF YOU LIKE TO WAIST YOUR MONEY AND SPEND 2-3X MORE FOR WORK THEN GO FOR IT. I told our estimator what our budget was and was assured that by paying the $600 design fee we would be able to accomplish what we planned. After receiving a design, I was given a $170,000 landscape quote which was 3x what I am able to afford. Thats not even the worst part, the quote was a concrete sidewalk, which Groen estimated to be $12,000, when I obviously started getting more quotes I was shocked to receive a quote for the sidewalk from a concrete contractor for $3,000. I HAVE BEEN ABLE TO ACCOMPLISH EVERYTHING I SET OUT TO DO FOR THOUSANDS AND THOUSANDS LESS. GROEN IS A TOTAL WAIST OF TIME AND MOENY. AVOID!

I don t under stand all the great reviews they do a poor job at Graystone HOA.

Wonderful installation and very professional workers. From beginning to end they had this vision which came to fruition. Very happy as our yard was transformed.

We purchased our dream home and we re excited for the landscaping and especially after my husband spoke with Jesus. A year later our grass in the backyard isn t growing, and we noticed the topsoil we paid extra for isn t even there, and when we followed up with Jesus he kept telling my husband to give it time. We decided to have a few other companies come out and check it out and we found out our backyard was never graded correctly, we weren t given good top soil and the sod we were given was the cheapest quality. We now have to redo the landscaping and it s going to cost us even more. Won t be recommending this company to anyone. Should ve known not to use them because I never see them working on anyone else s house in our neighborhood.

We had a start-date window and Groen actually beat their own time frame, coming earlier than expected and completing a pretty major job in just over four hours! The crew of landscapers were awesome; 100% professional, detailed, left their work area clean, and asked relevant questions to be sure we were satisfied. Trevor even came out at the end of the day to review the work to check on our satisfaction...it just doesnt get better than that! The office staff was first rate on the phone, the materials used were perfect for the job, and the entire experience was better than I could have imagined....so much so that we hired them for additional work at the completion of this first contracted job!!! I wont hesitate to call them for additional help with our large wooded lot, and this time it will be without any doubts when I pick up the phone!

After an excellent job with a paver patio install in our previous home we wanted to use Groen Landscaping again for our landscaping needs in our new home. Once again they did a fantastic job! Installation was all professionally done from prep work, sod, shrub, flower and tree installation to brick edging and paver patio extension in the back. Jesus and his team are top notch and we couldnt have asked for a better job!!!

We called Groen Landscape based on a neighbors review of work they provided earlier in the year. They made an appointment right away, gave us a ballpark cost based on a potential design, gave us a timeline on their availability and were extremely professional. After deciding to use them, they provided a digital design to help us review how it will look. Several days prior to installation they advised the date and the office ladies sent an email as well. On the day of installation they did exactly what they said and cleaned the area prior to leaving. After the job was done, Crayton stopped by to ensure we were happy with everything. We have other projects planned for next Spring and we will definitely be calling them back given how happy we are with their work and customer service.

We used Groen Landscaping for our backyard project and absolutely loved the result. Then, one of our neighbors used them for their Christmas lighting and we were impressed. So, we contacted Groen to put lights up for us and within a few days the lights were up and look amazing! We will definitely use them again.
