Good job up until the point I declined his services for maintenance yard work. His response to me was “In fact loose my number 🫡” and then he proceeded to block my number. Charles also claimed he passed by my place to survey the property before giving me the quote. I was at home during this time, my cameras installed around the entire property with motion sensors did not capture him or anyone associated with him there at any point. This was the poorest level of customer service I’ve ever received from a business. This is not made up and I have the text conversation to prove it.

Charles is responsive, professional, offers competitive prices, and does a great job on maintaining my lawn. He is also flexible to mow whenever it's needed. An easy recommend.
