My lawn mower was broken, so I hired Mow-Town to mow and trim my lawn and haul off a brush pile. I was looking forward to finding a company that I could hire to help me with yard stuff more regularly because it's just me. David was easy to communicate with and set up a soonish appointment at a reasonable price, but the quality of their work was disappointing and the more I looked at my yard, the worse it got. They left grass all over my vehicles and my neighbors', left a strip of grass between mine and my neighbors' unmowed, ran into and broke off pieces of two landscape timbers as well as ran into and displaced pavers under my firepit. In addition, they left without having hauled off the brush pile, leaving my backyard gate wide open, even though they knew I had a dog. Thankfully I was able to contact David and he came out the next day to finish the job, but I don't know if I'd hire them again.

The first two mows were great, and then they stopped showing up, despite us having an arrangement for every 2 weeks. We've tried to contact them on their website, we've tried calling... nothing. We were ghosted by this company. Definitely would not recommend them.

David is communicative and honest. My experience has been that they under promise and over-deliver consistently.
