We commissioned Pat and his team to basically take our whole back garden out and put it back in. Everything was good, the lads turned up day after day on time, and importantly the quality of the work was really really good. There was an issue we came across that both Pat and myself worked through and all is well that ends well. To summarise: Quality of work really really good, reasonable cost compared to others and we are absolutely delighted with the final result. Absolutely 100% would recommend Pat and his team. P&M Property did a fantastic job on our garden, we needed a fair amount of maintenance and general tidying up done before winter. The team were efficient, professional, very reasonably priced and had the job done in no time. Would highly recommend to anyone.
We are so thrilled with the finished garden. We wanted a low maintenance garden that offered a comfortable space to relax but was optimised for our 6 year old to play in. Pat & his team provided an excellent service and the quality of delivery has exceeded our expectations. They are a hard working team, with a wide range of skills. Some extras we hadn’t considered which have made a difference to the overall finish- they added a drain pipe to our shed so drips wouldn’t damage the patio; they changed our outdoor socket from a single to a double; the lights were wired & a dimmer switch added inside the house & all wiring was neatly done. We had drainage issues in the garden which they have fixed (the recent torrential rain has tested & proven their work!). They were tidy, friendly, respectful of our neighbours & dependable. Top quality work delivered for a very reasonable price. I’d highly recommend this team and company.
Just had my old wooden deck replaced with composite decking by this company. The work was very professionally done and completed on time. Pat and the lads were very easy to work with and nothing was too much trouble. Liudas did a great job on the carpentry and design. I’m absolutely delighted with the end result and would definitely use this company again. Highly recommend them. Great job guys thanks 😊

Pat and his team came out and fitted a new utility room roof that was in bad shape. The lads worked on it for full 2 days straight until the job was done, no messing about. Would recommend to anyone that needs roofing done.
