Arrived promptly on appointment time to work on our broken pipe which leaked a ton of water before. Fixed it all up during an hour lunch break we had. Reasonable price! Highly recommend his service for Grand Prairie residents and surrounding areas.

All the other sprinkler repairs wanted X amount for estimate with X amount a hour. This knowledgeable man came in and had our entire system fixed and running so quickly. He is not afraid to get his hands dirty. Thank you for coming and fixing things....I think your prices are too low

I recently had a emergency and my sprinkler system was leaking. I called this company and although they were out my area, they took my call around 9pm. The person on the phone was so AMAZING, patient, knowledgeable and even though they couldn t come out and provide service because I m out of the area they still took the time to help me. They even took time to show me how to close the irrigation system valve over the phone. I thank God, this helped close the leak and get the help I needed. I am so very grateful, God bless your company. I wish I lived closer so I could use this company for any irrigation leak. Thank you soooo much!!

Rebuilt a valve less than a month ago and now it s leaking again. Daniel very rudely offered to charge me again for the same repair. No thanks I ll take my business elsewhere.

We have used several different irrigation companies and by far Daniel has been the best and most responsibly priced. I made the mistake of using a different company when Daniel was not available. Wish I had waited on him. He had to redo part of the job the other company did. I did not trust them to come back and do it right. I will wait for him in the future.

Had a very slow water leak The city stated that I was losing a gallon an hour Daniel was able to track it down, find out what the issue was and made an awesome repair I would say that his work is of good quality, he s very efficient and I would definitely use him again and recommend him if you have any issues With any sort of leak. I must say that I was impressed with the responsiveness and service provided. I had a leak in my sprinkler system that was causing standing water in my front lawn. I contacted New Era Landscape and Daniel agreed come out that afternoon. I appreciate that he gave me updates throughout the day so I would understand exactly when to expect him. He showed up to diagnose the problem and came out to make the repairs early the next morning. Very reasonable rates and no high pressure sales tactics to sell you things you dont need. He took his time to explain everything and answer any questions. Great customer service. I definitely recommend this company if you have any irrigation issues.

Not only did he fix the issue I called about but he found other issues, addressed them at no extra charge(you don t find people like that anymore). Daniel is great to work with. He s honest & thorough with his work. If he comes out to fix a broken sprinkler head in 1 zone, he ll test to verify there are no problems in any other zone. If there are other issues of concern, he ll explain what the issue is & provide multiple solution options. We highly recommend him.

Daniel came to my recently bought house two years ago. The sprinklers hadnt been working for years and the ground had overgrown everything. The company I called before him spent 5min looking and said I needed to put while new system because it was total loss. The estimate was for couple thousand dollars. Daniel Inspected the whole system, repaired heads and found the covers for all the zones over the next few days. Needless to say it was hundreds instead of thousands. I have called Daniel several times over the last two years for routine maintenance and repairs as needed. Daniel makes time to show up quickly often same day or next. Now its a simple text to him and hes there. On top of his work ethic, the prices cant be beat.
