So I ve had a glowing review on here, which I ve just deleted; it had over 95K views of how happy I was with this company s services, but sadly I ve had to delete that because they basically stopped showing up or even contacting me about my needs. It feels as though if you aren t a commercial company with deep pockets they can no longer be bothered for long term customers. I m sure there are lots of other local companies who might still value my custom; I ve spent tens of thousands with you folks, but looking at my dead dejected garden I ask myself why.

Dylan and the whole team from A Cut Above has consistently provided attentive service to our site grounds.

Amanda and the team started looking after our neglected gardens. They are now pristine. The hard work and good taste are much appreciated.

This is a wonderful company! Dustin came to our home in a day. He walked us through the project, installing new sod and had the quote completed the next day. Kenny and the team arrived early and are fantastic hard working people. They moved 6 yards of soil up hill by wheelbarrow like a walk in the park. Our new lawn was leveled, rolled and installed in a few hours. I can t thank Dustin and his team enough for the fabulous job. They really do a great job!

Ive used these folks for hedge trimming, stump pulling, tree planting/landscaping - and with a variety of different staff members. All top notch. Highly recommended

Amanda and Damian were great! They showed up right on time and worked hard at it all day. They did a great job reviving our backyard after our dog trashed it for the last 2 years. I just moved into a home where the yard and gardens hadnt been maintained for two years and in need of a major cleanup. A Cut Above came in and did an amazing job. I didnt recognize the yard from what it looked like before. Not only were they on time but they finished well ahead of the estimated time! Highly recommend them! We had Ste.Claire and her hard working crew install a dry creek bed and plantings in our front yard and it turned out great! She is responsive, professional, hard working, and really knows her stuff. We were pleasantly surprised how quick the work was done. Mikes Irrigation was part of the installation as well and he also did a great job the drip irrigation that is definitely needed here in Ladysmith.

We started with them this summer and have had great service. Staff are friendly, helpful, and well organized.

Don & Ken did a fantastic job with our most recent project. They converted an unused section of our lawn into a large raised stone garden bed. Stonework was clean, the job was done quickly, and they left the site spotless when they were done. Very impressed (as always) with the results from A Cut Above. I would recommend them and we will continue to use them for future projects.

They also go the extra mile (e.g. arranged stones leading to our driveway to create a clear path even though it wasnt something we had noticed or asked for - such a nice touch). I had the misfortune of hiring two other contractors that did not fulfill their contract with my landscaping. St Clair was empathic to my situation and was able to come in, not only to complete the previous planned landscaping, but to repair faulty workmanship that was done. I will be using St Clair and A Cut Above Landscaping from now on with annual care. I highly recommend this company and am extremely happy with results.

I cannot say enough about this fabulous company. I have eleven acres of pasture that had been left unattended for far too long. Ram, Austin and Dylan have been great at tackling it for me. They are efficient, organized, friendly, quick and all at a great value. I dont give out 5 stars easily but these are well deserved. I will definitely use them again.

Our large veggie plot, land and gardens became very overgrown due to a health issue in the family. A Cut Above (Ram and co.) came and got them back to scratch and are now on a regular schedule to keep them that way. Cant say enough for how kind and helpful they have been. Got to give a shout out to Dustin and the crew at A Cut Above Landscaping. Having a rental property, you want it to look good and be well maintained. I reached out to Dustin after some less than satisfactory experiences with previous tenants maintaining the lawns and yard. Dustin came on site and out together a plan for seasonal maintenance that was affordable and made sense for my situation. His crew is always on time (an apparent rarity in this industry) and go above and beyond with additional yard clean up and maintenance. I highly recommend them. They are trustworthy, dependable, professional and affordable. 5 Stars all day long.
