Realizing that seeding and fertilizing was going to be difficult in our soil, and due to the slopes, rain would’ve tended to wash away seed. Not to mention it’s a long wait for results. Sod crossed my mind, and after Craig visited to assess our situation, he phoned the next day with a very reasonable quote in which I agreed. Then he tells me he can have it delivered and installed much sooner than expected! The guys did a great job despite hot temps and an unusually high mosquito population than normal this year. Follow-up service was great too, we highly recommend Kerrick Sod.

Love this place, prices are reasonable, short wait time even on busy days. The crew are all very nice and friendly, Have answers for most dirt questions. Will return for my dirt needs and someday sod.........

I am 84 years old and the sod I got from this place was thin sandy and died after watering it for days, the wind blew it away. I had no help loading and the guy there was extremely rude.

Called for some sod and dirt on short notice and was greeted on the phone by friendly gentleman. Asked if we could have the sod and dirt delivered and was told that they could help us out. The gentleman placed the sod and dirt close to the site so it would be easy for us to lay it. Quality green sod. Kerrick Sod was easy and very helpful I would recommend them to anyone.

Ordered 5 yards of garden dirt. I was told it was sifted great black dirt. I found rocks as big as my fist and a lot of clay clumps 8 inches in length. I think what I got was plain old fill. I am still picking out the rocks. Never again!

I ordered 8 yards of garden soil. The person I talked to stated that they would be able to get it to me with a week. After that week I called and asked if they would be able to get it to me soon, he said they were waiting for it to dry up. I called the next week and he stated that it would be within the next week. After 2 months of this run around, I called a different company and got the soil I needed the next day. I called Kerrick to cancel my order, and they couldn't find my order to cancel it. What a joke of a company.

They brought out the sod in early spring, it didn’t look great to begin with but they said with fertilizer & plenty of watering it would take well, if not to let them know! It didn’t, and all they did was spread a minimal amount of fertilizer again! After doing everything we possibly could to nurture its growth you can still tell the exact areas of where they placed it, not healthy and a lot of brown patches! I contacted them again regarding the poor quality and asked what they were going to do, the young man I spoke to said he’d talk to the boss and they’d get back to me! That was almost a month ago 😡 For almost $800 and the small area it was placed I am extremely unhappy and would NEVER recommend this company to anyone!!

Craig came over to give me a bid for building up my yard and laying some sod. He had some great ideas, and had crew working on it the next day. They did a great job and I really appreciate the final product. I would definitely recommend them.
