The companys lawn care personnel showed-up when expected and proceeded to do their jobs. I did not watch them by micro-managing, and can only expect that they did their work correctly. So far, I have no complaints and will await lawncare results. Their cost is reasonable.

Technicians have always been pleasant to talk with and to listen to my concerns and act on them.

Stay away, you can do your own fertilizer and save yourself the frustration with this company! Late last year a guy came without any notice (happened more than once last year) and I had just put down seed so the fertilizer caused the grass not to grow. The employee went overboard with the fertilizer and you could see laps up and down the yard where he burnt the grass. A local manager came out and said hed give me an aeration/seeding in the spring so I took it. This guy stopped by March 25th after calling me the previousweek (he never checked his VM after I called him back so that was odd, but ratherjust showed up) and told me I had to get the free service the next day, March 26th. Now keep in mind the lows were still in the 30s, but for grass seed to grow the ground temp needs to be around 60 degrees and he didnt care. He said hed try to bump me up a week, but the next day they tried to come and do the seeding which I said no to so he liedand didntdo a thing. Calling Trugreen (the 1800 number) is a joke also. I called to dispute this day (Mar 26th) wanting something in more mid April and I gave them my work/cell phone number and the beat times to call, but a lady keeps calling twice a week at 11 am while Im at work (dont have my cell at work) and they never call my work. She leaves her name but when you call the 1800 number she gives it just goes to the main customer support area and they cant connect me with this person so its just a 10/10 on a scale of frustration. My thing is this, why give a customer an aeration/seeding service to allow grass to grow in the burned areas of the yard if its not even warm enough for grass to grow yet? How does that do me any good!? Wish Id never gotten their service! Oh and when you first join, they call over and over trying to sale you so many different services and wont stop! Save yourself the frustration and just diy your own yard! Use YouTube as its better than these jokers!

Initially we were happy with true green for maintaining our lawn and preventing weeds. However, the most recent treatment we received they came out and got their equipment stuck in our grass, ripping up a substantial section of our grass, leaving tire marks, huge divots, which would require sod to fix. They never even brought this to our attention when it happened but I luckily caught it on camera. When we brought it to their attention, the customer service rep hung up on my husband and when we finally received word back from someone they only offered to seed the ripped up landscaping. This damage was too extensive for seed. We immediately cancelled our membership.

NEVERENDING SALES CALLS. I used their services a few years ago, very substandard, they missed whole areas where I would eventually get crabgrass or weeds. But the worst thing is after all these years they still call me endlessly selling me lawn care. Their sales approach is abusive and completely heartless. Ive pleaded with them to stop calling and that I dont want their service and they completely ignore me and start their sales pitch ignoring my requests on the very same call. This is happening daily and each time I request them to stop they start their sales pitch again. Its a horrific experience, they are calling me now and not even speaking, this is happening at all times of the day 7 days a week.
