I had the pleasure to hire Pro Mow to take care of my lawn for the past 2.5 years. Their customer services is friendly and they always get back to me. The team that service our lawn is punctual and attentive and very polite. I had our estimate done by Kevin and he is very professional and arrives on time. He did multiple big jobs for our lawn, trees, plants, mulching, seeding....etc and made our lawn look great. I highly recommend them specially for big lots.
If only EVERY company was run as well as ProMow! We have been so impressed with the quality of our lawn since switching landscaping services to ProMow. They do an immaculate job each and every time. Our grass somehow even stays green over the winter! And not only that, their office staff is extraordinarily responsive and wonderful to engage with. This is one of those fly-by night companies that are everywhere. Pro-Mow crew members are friendly, helpful, and efficient. The office staff always answers the phones ready to assist, and everyone at Pro-Mow is friendly, knowledgeable and there to help.

These people don't care about the work they do, they do awful sloppy work. The salesman Kevin Ball told me everything I wanted to hear but did not deliver in the least. I walked the property with him and told him about the stubborn grasses like speedwell, Japanese stiltgrass, callinga etc. Told him we wanted these addressed he said ok. We hired them back in March to do their deluxe lawn treatments, mow, trim and blow debris. They lasted until June. There was not much communication that went to the crews though we communicated with them regularly. They started out by doing the worst mowing job we've ever seen. The lawn was less than 2" tall, it was very uneven with shorter areas than 2" we asked for 3 1/2" -4". The trimming was perfunctory at best and truly awful. Hit or miss. Kevin came out to talk about the stubborn grasses and it was clear there was no plan at all to address them. "It was a learning curve" according to him. What??? They have no idea how to identify problem grasses and moreover he lied about taking care of them? They call themselves professionals? What we saw was very sloppy work, racing through our property like crazy people and causing damage to our fence and trees. After numerous calls, to correct this or that, nothing happened. Finally, in their haste they took out a huge root chunk from a lovely Sweet Bay Magnolia because their professional people couldn't take the time to just trim and tried to squeeze the huge lawn mower into a tight space (see photo). When the manager (Bryan ) came out to see it, he had the nerve to tell me they would not come back to our property. Reason, oh yes, we have trees and it poses challenges to mow and trim. We have nothing more than any ordinary yard in this area, a small lawn and a few trees. In other words, they can't deliver what they told us they would, and since we would not settle with awful novice work, it costs them money to do the job right so they dumped us! They race to mow 100 lawns per week! Their numbers not mine. Attention to detail, you got to be kidding. And I'm sure with the fast sloppy job they did mowing, they brought all kinds of weeds from other yards on their mowers to our lawn. The two stars are for Karen in the office who did try to help with their antiquated accounting system that was impossible to log into, and made it look like we were charged for services we have no idea about.
So far, so good. The prior owner recommended this service and because of how nice the lawn looked, we decided to continue ourselves. They made quick work of the lawn and didn’t leave any major traces of clippings. Definitely seems to be worth the price for the maintenance plan and weekly mowings.
We have used Pro-Mow for many years now and are constantly pleased with our results. Twice this year we asked for small custom tweaks to our existing services and they happily complied without hesitation or protest. They have always been accommodating and their communication is great. The work performed is always excellent and they are very respectful of our property and it looks phenomenal every time they are done. We highly recommend them.

They have difficulty mowing within property lines. Our HOA guidelines do not allow mowing on anothers property, and can result in fines. Tried speaking to them many times to no avail. Also lots of weeds in the mulch bed they charged $540 to mulch. And our lawn has fungus. We changed to Campbells - great customer service, polite, professional, and oh yeah, excellent lawn care.
We have had Pro Mow for about 5-6 years and our lawn has never looked so good. The crew is professional and timely. They show up like clockwork and our lawn look like a golf green. The edging is perfection. We thought we edged well when we cut ourselves but nothing compares to the pros at Pro Mow. I have recommended them to all my neighbors and so everyone at the end of our street have their service. Several use them for mulching and fertilization. We all say the same thing. It is the best money we have spent.
Great service and you can relax knowing they will be there on time. Have used services in the past, having to be the job foreman everytime due to poor leadership and poor quality. With Promow, I just say Yes that is a perfect time and it is done beautifully. The office staff is just as efficient, courteous and joy to work with. I could not be happier. Thank you!!!!

Excellent service and professional friendly staff!
Use for weekly mowing, shrub pruning, fertilizer and fall cleanup and over-seed. Especially attentive to edge cleanup/trim and blowing after the mow. Communication is another plus - anytime Ive had a question it is quickly answered. Reasonably priced, reliable, and they do a great job - what more could you want?

We hired ProMow to mow our lawn a month ago and so far it s been a great experience! They have come every scheduled day on time, work fast and efficiently, and have shown up rain or shine which is amazing! We also told them we had two dogs and they made a note in our file to shut the backyard gates when they ve completed for the day. I thought that was really nice, as other companies we ve worked with haven t done that and our dogs have gotten out from open gates before. I know we re still fairly new customers, but so far it s been a great experience.
They did a good job this season. I was fully satisfied and they are flexible.

We use Pro Mow for everything now, however this was the first year we had them mulch are beds. The quality of mulch is very poor, there are thousands of saplings spouting up every where (not an exaggeration). There other services are 4 1/2 stars but the mulching is a zero.
Pro Mow killed our lawn - a team member sprayed the entire front lawn with weed killer. They did two rounds of seeding to try to remedy the situation but Im now left with an eyesore lawn that will take years to fix. Proceed with caution.
Chris and his team have been nothing short of tremendous! Theyve been taking care of my yard for 3 years and my mothers yard for 2 years. The Pro-Mow team, from scheduling to the follow-up call after the job, shows how much they value us as customers...that is quite refreshing. Great value and service!!

I ve used Pro-Mow for several years and continue to refer them to my friends. They do a great job and don t leave until everything is finished. Whatever lawn care service you need, they have it covered. Although, I do wish they would again offer to pull weeds like they used to do.
Mowing is fine, trim work is not great, I have called, but nothing was done so still MANY areas that are left untrimmed with long straggly grass. Better than a number of other companies though, not sure why its so hard to find a company that actually takes pride its work.

Very professional and very good service with the lawn mowing and weed treatment. I was able to cancel my mowing on a weekly basis based on the growth of my lawn. Very prompt in attending to any of my requests for additional services. Very reasonably priced. Would recommend this company to any body.
Very professional group. They took my lawn from a mess of weeds to a healthy green sturdy grass. It took a full year, but the results were worth it. I will continue with them from now on.
The mowing guys do an awesome job - always on time, thorough, very professional and friendly. Id highly recommend them! Just a heads up if you re looking for a landscape company, I DO NOT recommend Pro Mow. Yes I have already spoken to 2 people there, they will not escalate, nor give you the contact of a superior. They came and completed HALF of the job that was contracted, then LEFT! I had to call/hunt down why the job wasn t done, then they told me the guys would be back that afternoon, never showed/never called. I call back, they finally come the next day... fine job is done. Then they charge us for another service on top of our contract that was never performed. *not a complaining post, simply, be careful who you hire, because this company is NOT honest*
The service I received was top of the class. There are a lot of hard working professionals (in their specialty) in this company, and the leadership is excellent. In fact, the company is even trying to get better. Leadership, work ethic, and a passion to improve are values that can go the distance. No surprise here that they have been around for thirty + years. Continued success to them.
I have used Pro-Mow for a couple years now. They have always provided excellent service and high quality work. They are also always so quick to respond when it comes to customer service!
The crews are always professional, on-time, and thorough! And to top it off theyve always reached out while on-site to ask if theres anything extra to take care of - in one case taking a large fallen limb off of a tree for me. Ill continue to use them and recommend them to anyone who asks.

Weve used them for two years and liked the quality of work. Pros - Quality of work Cons - Cut grass even when it wasnt needed. On multiple occasions we needed to call a day or two before they were scheduled to let them know not to come.
