This isn’t about the people’s performance. Communication is critical. If the technician can leave more detailed description of what was done the whole process would be much greater and eliminate customer frustration.

We chose to not move forward because they did not provide the service we need and they have called us almost every day, sometimes multiple times a day, asking if we are ready to move forward. How many times do we have to explain that we aren't interested? *In regard to your response. No thank you. We have told you multiple times over the phone to remove us from your list. Please just get it handled.

We love the way the lawn looks since having your service! We had a wedding in our yard in June so started your service last fall. It was & is absolutely gorgeous! The mosquito control was awesome too! We cannot thank you enough!
Last year, TruGreen sent someone out to spray my lawn. He pulled up, got out of truck, put sign in yard and left. I watched the whole thing. Never treated lawn! I complained and requested refund. Instead they sprayed again. This year, theyve charged my credit card again and I did not request. The VRU says 3+ hour wait. Worst business model ever. Now Im trying to dispute charges on freaking credit card.
Lawn looks great
Technician arrived early and we spoke of my problem, dandelions, he sprayed my yard and within 10 minutes he was done. By the next day the dandelions we dead or dying. Very courteous and efficient.
Really like the great communication - advance notice of upcoming service day, easy tracking on their website, and paper report left at the door when they are done. I prepay for the season in the Spring and its like concierge service all year.
We re only into the TruGreen program a few months, but it has begun to make a difference in our lawn s appearance. Most of the broadleaf weeds have been reduced or eliminated. Crabgrass is still rampant, but I m hopeful that next year s spring treatments will make a difference in this regard.
This is the worst customer service customer service company EVER! they DO NOT care that they dont show up when they say they will. They lie...they get your money and then you NEVER hear from then. DO NOT USE!!!!!!
A great lawn!!! TruGreen has given me a lovely, healthy lawn for many years. In addition, they have kept my lawn from becoming weedy. I am and have been pleased with the service...
I have had the worst experience with TruGreen. They have made my lawn look terrible and full of weeds. I have asked them to come back several times and when they do its without notice and then service is done poorly. The receipt they leave proves they are only treating a small part of my lawn yet charging me for the entire 1 acre. They have never went to property lines. My lawn has looked better in years past with out any treatment. They charge $200 per treatment and sometimes do 2 treatments per day for 1 acre ($400). Aeration for 1 acre is $1200!!! I choose not to have that done! Customer service tells me that a manager will call and come out to see my yard/weeds but that has never happened. Just the worst service I have ever received for anything and I strongly recommend not to waste your money. Deserves zero stars!
dear truegreen: I not impress with spray job you did my lawn.I have weeds coming like crazy all over my lawn.last lawn was beautiful,this year it bad.you spray nothing till june.my spray u guys do is in apirl/may.what HAPPENNNNNNNN.how u guys forget all the money i give u to do my out my saving account.I been with u many years.this year i am going to look for somebody that is responsible.I am ashame of my lawn.my neighbors god your lawn looks terrible.,who do you have dont take my outfit TRUEGREEN.I had friends I told what good job u do. what happen all weeds coming my lawn this year.I give up on u guys.genek
