Since HLC started mowing where we live they NEVER WEED EAT VERY GOOD AT ALL. THEY WILL HIT THINGS AND TEAR YOUR YARD DECORATIONS ALL TO PIECES. THEY NEVER FINISH THE JOB HERE!!! AND NOT ONCE HAVE THEY CUT DOWN THE BUSHES OR WEEDS THATS BEEN GROWING IN FRONT OF OUR BUILDING , I THINK THEY DO A VERY POOR JOB , AND WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM!!!!!

We have used Juston and his team for almost 3 years now and would never think about making a switch to another company. They have went above and beyond to make sure our yard looks as immaculate as possible. Any request gets forwarded to the appropriate person and they are always pleasant to deal with when you see them in passing while they are working on your yard.

Professional and exceptional work- highly recommend.

Had them come to give us landscaping advice and re do our backyard island. They were incredible start to finish. Even offered to clean up all the beds around our home same day at a very reasonable price. We have dealt with several landscaping companies and they were miles above anyone else we used.

They continued to leave my gates opened even after writing an apology the first time. My gates cant be left open because the dogs get out. They also knocked over my vegetable plants in the summertime in my very obvious flower bed, which resulted in my vegetables dying. They also one time left my back patio covered in cut grass. They probably wont be getting business from me this coming mowing season if they cant drastically improve the simple stuff like closing all gates, not stepping in my flower beds, and properly blowing off grass...

This is a very professional company with great people. They do a fantastic job. I especially love that they are always on time and do exactly what was needed to be done. The price you are given is the price you pay.

Juston and his team do Quality work and our lawn is the envy of the neighborhood.

I cant speak to their actual work, however I will say that they will offer to quote services that they dont offer. In my case I wanted a bi-weekly cut option which they allow you to request through their website, but when I got on the phone with them they only offer weekly services. I imagine a lot of people wont care about this difference, but for me its enough to stay away.

Juston and his crew were absolutely fantastic. I have consulted several other lawn care companies in the area and none of them provide the service or quality for the price that Juston does. They cleaned up a momentous amount of leaves where I live in a forest just outside of Blacksburg, VA in two hours. This would have taken me weeks! Some of these leaves had been piled up for 10 years. In addition, Juston and his crew, especially Mike, are very professional, dependable, reliable, and responsive. I will definitely be using Horizon Lawn Care for additional yard projects in the very near future. Thanks so much for the fabulous and prompt service! Update (5/17/22): I have to downgrade HLC as they cancelled my service I had planned with them. I was so looking forward to using them on a regular basis, but they have informed me that they will no longer be taking on any additional work and are having employee problems. Juston is so professional, I am very sorry to have to report this. I will unfortunately, have to look for another service in the area.

I have to start off by saying that these guys are QUICK!!! If you are looking for a lawn care service I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company, the price was right and customer service was amazing. They are fast and did a great job. What would have taken me half the day they had done in under 20 minutes!!! I called them kind of on a whim as it has been so rainy lately and the really hard parts of my lawn had gotten a little out of hand. When I called they did say with all the rain we d had they were rather busy but thought they could get out by Thursday or Friday and they try to get over to see what was needed and how much it would be. I got a call back later the same day and was told they had come by and what the cost would be. They called before they came over, and when they got here they asked about what i wanted and were very professional.

Very courteous on the phone! Worked out a deal quickly and they were done within about an hour of our first correspondence! No doubt this isn t always possible, but it was nice to know that they prioritize customers and their needs. I haven t found that level of care anywhere else, and especially for the reasonable prices they offer. I plan to use their services again and again!

Being busy is a great problem to have, but not when it comes to taking care of my lawn care needs. Mowing, edging and weedeating are not things that I can easily fit into my schedule. I rely on Horizon Lawn Care to do the heavy lifting at my home as well as at my business, Radford Chiropractic Clinic. Their crew is professional, dependable and prompt. Ive tried other lawn care companies and none have been as responsive or as reasonably priced. I highly recommend Horizon Lawn Care.
