Just had our back garden landscaped despite setbacks , ie the weather and a back wall ,we had to replace , The guys that were involved under the management of Renard were super Ivers, Inta, Gavin, Keith , ect Romaral the planter some the names I cant recall I apologise There work was second to none And I cant recommend this company enough, it simply does what it says on the tin . My initial dealings were with Brendan, the owner of the company , but after that, it was mostly Renard and the guys . They have given us a garden that we will enjoy for years to come .

Contacted them through email for a job (advertised on their webpage), got no response for days. Pinged them in facebook to get a quote, sent photos and details, mentioned I had sent an email, got no response. Followed up 2 days later, got a very short message to call Brendan , this was it. Zero customer service skills but still I went back, asked if it was possible to get a rough quote before I commit to a phone call and go ahead with the process as I deal with phone calls all day and usually try to avoid it, so email is more convenient for me. A day later got a reply You can call him on Saturday. If the customer service is this bad at the beginning of a process, I wonder what happens if there are any problems with the work after. 2021 and these people are still working like in the 90 s. Disappointing to say the least.

Got my garden done almost two years ago & never got around to writing this review. Brendans team are by far the most professional crew we had in during our whole house refurb! They ve since done families gardens & their quality of work hasn t diminished. You won t go wrong hiring these.

We got a patio done and found Brendan and his team very professional and they were very hard workers. Would definately recommend. End result looks great.

We just had our front and back gardens redesigned by Brendan and his team at evergreen .they did an absolutely fantastic job. They were on site early every day whatever the weather and only used top quality materials Neil also did a great job picking out all the plants to finish it off.. absolutely no hesitation recommending these guys .. job done on time and on budget

A Review Of Brendan Worth Reading. We got the garden we wanted, not because of Brendan but despite him. Despite having a great looking portfolio he displayed poor project management and a lack of knowledge about gardening. The only thing to his credit was that he employed excellent people who actually did a great job (once they knew what the job was). The first problem was that Brendan didn t brief them about the job adequately. For example, we agreed a garden plan with Brendan to have three raised beds, but we found that they were only building two raised beds. If it wasn t for the fact that we were working from home, we dont know what we would have ended up with. Overall, we had to project manage the process as Brendan was rarely present. He was unreliable, always had a more important job to attend and wasn t shy about making that known to us. We questioned his input several times. One suggestion was to remove a perfectly functioning purpose-built underground drain from the garden, that was connected to both neighbours gardens, without any realisable benefit at all. We were also very clear on the amount of seating we required for our small garden but he suggested larger benches than we wanted which meant our garden would have lost a significant amount of planting space. We had to check several times that we would receive the size of benches we wanted because we weren t sure he had listened to us or communicated this to his builders. He also tried to charge us for the same top soil on at least three occasions. We agreed a budget with Brendan s horticulturalist for planting flowers and shrubs, and waited, then waited some more. We started to get frustrated with their constant flaking on us with excuse after barely believable excuse. Twelve times they delayed the planting of the garden within a three week period. Only after calling them repeatedly did they admit the reason they had not planted the garden was because they wanted more money than we had originally agreed. We were happy to discuss the budget further to get the job done. Despite committing to provide us with a new budget, they didn t contact us again. We lost a whole month while they messed us around, then we planted it ourselves. Their lack of professionalism, and even basic manners, was shocking and left a really poor impression of their behaviour. The project we agreed with Brendan included the power-washing and sealing of the patio at the end, but once Brendan was paid for the job we didn t see him again. He didn t answer us and didn t reply to messages. Caveat emptor. Paul & Teresa

We got our front garden done by Brendan and the team. Although four month waiting list, we were delighted we went with them. We had a very good idea of what we wanted but Brendan added some extra thoughts and ideas which were well appreciated and taken up on. Usually with tradesmen, I feel I have to be around to ensure the guys are doing what requested. However, this was not required with Brendan and his team. Brendan came on site to make some minor adjustments to ensure we would not be disappointed. We were not. I felt I could trust Brendan, which is a relief when getting work done and out at work. Delighted with end result.

Brendan and his crew did a fantastic job from start to finish, patient in the consultation process and provided me with multiple ideas and sample stone before I decided on the final garden design. I wanted my outdoor space to feel like an extra room and that is exactly what the team delivered. Overall very efficient when on site, prompt starts at 8am daily and I arrived home to a clean and tidy house and outdoor space each evening. Would highly recommend.
