10/10 for the work done. 0/10 for clear communication about pricing. Declan gave me a verbal quote of a full day rate of €450 for maintenance and removal of waste. Pawel did a superb job cleaning up but he worked a half day and I then received an invoice for €350. I queried the amount based on the prior discussion about the day rate and the response was to send me a bunch of pictures of the work and tell me what a hard worker Pawel is. They also tried to say that I was given a quote for €350 which included the removal of waste. That categorically never happened. The quality of the work was never in question. The question was about the amount invoiced relative to the initial verbal quote. I was then incorrectly cc’d on an internal email with a comment about me and how they’d take this forward if I continued to raise questions. I’d hire Pawel again in a heartbeat. I’ll never use this company again.

A driver in a Doyle Landscapes van swerved into oncoming traffic because he was not paying attention to the road. Very narrowly avoiding hitting me (and the 2 year old in the back seat) head on. If he can't manage to drive in a straight line, I'd find it extremely difficult to trust him with landscaping, or any task really.

Never returned calls or emails after site visit & committing to start work.

Recently did our garden. Fantastic job, great service and very thorough. 5 starts ;-)
