Hired Dave this past year for snowplowing and it was the right decision. Always came just as the storm was wrapping up, never had to call him and he always did an excellent job. Dave is incredibly personable and listens to what the needs of the client are. He offers suggestions and options and is mindful of our budget. The work is done timely and thoroughly. And the most important quality for me, is his responsiveness. When I was looking for a yard service, he responded on a Sunday and came out that day. Others had me waiting days for an estimate. Communication and follow through are key! This company is doing it right!
Dave does a great job with my snow removal on my massive driveway and also occasionally mows my 6acres which is a difficult task and always does a beautiful job . I recommend Dave to anyone looking for quality work at a reasonable price !

Dave has done a great job with keeping our lawn looking great with spring clean up, along with mowing and weed control as needed. He also cleaned up an overgrown garden, which now looks so much better! He’s also very reliable with snow plowing in the winter. He is professional and friendly. I would highly recommend!

Contracted to provide plow services for the 2022-23 winter season - the whole season, not a per plow basis. Hardly ever showed up, and would only show up after constant pestering and after giving a bunch of excuses. Work was extremely sub-par. Scraped the top layer of our driveway off because he wasnt using plow skids. Said he would provide reflective driveway indicators but didnt, so we provided our own, which he ran over. Subsequently clipped heavy rocks from our culvert with the plow because he had ran over all the indicators, then ground the rocks into our driveway. Plowed only the barest of minimums when he actually bothered to show up. Would claim the roads werent plowed even though the roads were perfectly fine and had already been through our tiny side street. Literally plowed our neighbors driveway but didnt bother doing ours after 4 feet of snow. Claimed we didnt tell him to plow - that is literally what he was contracted to do, again, for the whole season. Nearly missed a flight the next day because he couldnt be bothered to show up before noon after saying hed arrive first thing in the morning. When he did show up he only cleared part of the driveway before leaving. Hes cheap, yes, but youre just throwing your money away because he barely does anything and will quite possibly destroy your driveway when he does bother to show up. Unprofessional, unreliable, lies, and does terrible work. Avoid.
He came out and plowed for me. My 1/4 mile driveway is a beast and he showed up less than 2 hours after I called. Excellent!

Had Dave mow for me all last year 2022. He was prompt and did a good job. He also snow plowed for me this year 2022-2023...He damaged my lawn in a few spots and assured me hed fix them in the spring. When I tired to reach him this year to mow and fix the damage...after saying he was coming...he never showed up and has not responded to any of my texts. I have now had to find a new lawn service and they will have to fix his snow plowing mess. I would NOT recommend him as he is non responsive and doesnt show up when he says he will.

We called and Dave Kolakoff came within 3 days to give us an estimate. Pretty quick considering how busy all the landscapers are at this time of year. We scheduled a day to start and Dave showed up with his crew. They edged the flower beds and spread new mulch in the front, side and backyard beds. They look great! Hes local, professional and his pricing was on point. Hell be back in the Fall to work on some trees on the property. So happy we decided to go with Kolakoff Lawn Care!

KLC lawn care did a wonderful job cleaning up years worth of accumulated yard waste for us this year. We have never hired help before, so certain spots in the yard had become overwhelming. The job was done quickly and throughly. So impressed. Next spring we will finally be ahead of the game. Highly recommend!

Asked for a touch up my driveway a few days after a major storm. He arrived right on time and did a fantastic job, even salted it without asking! Very reliable and great value for what we got!
Dave cleaned leaves, branches & debris out of our barn & knee deep packed debris behind the barn. He was very reasonable, did a fantastic job. He will be doing our yard cleanup in the fall and hopefully for the future. Love his work ethic.
Dave was referred to me by another person. He was very personable, but not reliable. Did spring cleanup ok and was to come back and do more work and never returned. Could not believe he was so irresponsible!
I found Kolakoff s Lawn Care on the Our Neighborhood App. He came to my house within 24 hours for a free estimate, which was half of the expected cost and he came when scheduled to complete the work. I would use this company again.
Hired Dave for bi-weekly lawn care. He stopped showing after about a month. After making 2-3 calls without response, I abruptly had to seek alternative arrangements for my property maintenance. He also cut the hedges uneven from a very noticeable sight. Would not recommend to hire as I found him to be unreliable and incompetent.

Dave is Fantastic! If you need someone who is on top of his game choose Dave! My plow guy sold his truck in the middle of winter and we got a snow storm right after. I was so frustrated, but when I called Dave he was in my company parking lot within 5 min and cleaned it up right then! I was so pleased we are using his services for lawn care when that time comes too! I cant wait to see what he does with that!
