I've used Matt for lawn care for the past 4 years and he's been great. He knows what our yard needs and how to treat it so it looks top notch when spring rolls around. He's also amazing at mulching as well as general lawn maintenance. He's willing to talk through lawn care problems and always has a solution to treat it. I'd highly recommend him.

My mother lived in Pennsylvania and I live in Virginia. When Mom passed away, I needed someone to maintain her lawn and shrubs until I got the house sold. Matt was very professional and very dependable and did excellent work. I contacted Matt by phone and have never met him. Very trustworthy and dependable. Matt set up an online account which weekly showed the bill and payment record. Highly recommend his lawn care services. UPDATE:: House sold in 21 days...thank you Matt!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Up until today, the service was great. They worked around my girlfriend's night schedule because she sleeps during the day. However, I got a call at work from my girlfriend who was hysterical because she had a conversation with Matt Shevlin. She said he was yelling at her and being extremely rude when she was trying to help him out by moving her car from the driveway. This was out of the blue and I don't know if he was having a bad day or what, but this kind of behavior is unacceptable. You don't provide a service for a customer and get to treat them that way for no reason.

We had a huge dead spot on our lawn when we moved to Havertown, and Shevlin Lawn Care took care of the problem and completely transformed it into a lush, beautiful lawn. Reasonably priced, high quality work. I highly recommend these guys!

I called a few lawn care companies and Matt at Shelvin Lawn Care was the only one that answered the phone. He was very friendly and professional. He does not service my area but was more than willing to offer free advice on how to maintain my lawn. I can't wait to take his advice and see the outcome of my lawn. And although I didn't get to use his service I appreciate him taking the time to speak with me.
