I am doing a DYI project. Collin and Luke were very helpful checking my calculations and making sure I had the suppliers I needed. I found a lower price online for the padding but after adding shipping costs the online cost was much higher for the product I needed. I would not hesitate to buy from Rocky Mountain Turf again.

If it were possible to give six stars, I would. From the very first contact, through the design, install, and after, Rocky Mountain Artificial Turf has been amazing to work with. Ill break my review up into a couple of sections to hopefully give future clients an idea of what they can expect. PLANNING AND DESIGN: Collin came to our home and took measurements of the area we wanted to landscape. He talked to me about options regarding the type of turf, options for decorative rocks, trees, stepping stones, etc. We discussed design options and about an hour after he left, he had sent me three options that followed what I wanted complete with pricing. I chose one and wanted to figure out how we could pull it closer to the price-point I had estimated and we made small changes that, in the end, brought the price down without sacrificing the vision I had for the yard. I was impressed at how hard Collin worked to get things where I felt happy with both the price and the design. PREPARATION AND INSTALL: Luke was the project manager that helped with prep and install. The thing I noticed right away was how clean their team works. I mean, theyre digging up layers of dirt and topsoil, and each afternoon when they finished, they would clean everything up (including sweeping the concrete on our porch), place their tools orderly and out of the way to use the next day. I have seen construction sites where it looks like a bomb has gone off. They were courteous very courteous and that team works hard! It was awesome to see the progress every day. By the end of the install, they had transformed our property into something beyond what I had even imagined. The turf looks really, really good! Their workmanship was impeccable. There was a fencepost that suffered a little damage and they replaced it, repairing the fence without issue. (I cant even tell which post it was). All in all, the install took about 3-4 days. All along the way, Luke would check in with me to see if I had any questions or concerns. I was very impressed. So grateful for Luke and his team. OTHER STUFF: The company guarantees their work for the life of the product. They have told me to reach out if we have any concerns with the workmanship or install and they will come out and fix it. FINAL THOUGHTS: I love our yard. My kids love our yard. My puppy absolutely LOVES our yard. Its pretty cool because since having the turf installed, we have spend a lot of time outside running around with the puppy, tossing the baseball, or just enjoying the evening. I cannot thank RMAT enough for their work, professionalism, and service, and for putting in a yard I am proud of. It has been so worth it. ALL MY THANKS!!!

He made it so easy that we probably would have gone with RMT even if they had been more expensive (they weren t) because we hoped Collin s professionalism and detail was a sign of the actual work product to come and it 100 percent was. Luke was our PM and not only was communication fantastic but they flexibly and amiably met our needs. Went in for some DIY supplies and questions. Luke was friendly and knowledgeable and walked me through a ton of stuff despite not getting much out of it other then the sale of supplies. Will definitely shop here and again and use them for any large projects I have in the future.

Set up two in person estimates with this company and the individual didnt show either time. The second time made extra effort to make sure they had the correct phone number to contact if there were issues (first time said they had the wrong number and said they tried to call). I was hoping since the reviews were so good that it would be a smooth and easy process. I had a small job so I get it was not as big of a priority as other bigger jobs but it was also not cheap. When I inspected the finish product there was a handful of high spots and dips that will gather water and create unwanted puddles. There was a nail that was sticking up and not finished in a corner. Lastly it was also all slopped towards the house.... In my opinion, it is basic knowledge to know to always slope everything AWAY from the house to prevent flooding, water damage and issues down the road. We had them come back out to look at our findings. They admitted to the job being slopped toward the house, but said they didnt think it was bad enough to have any issues down the road. It should have been done correctly the first time. This is why we paid for professional install.

Making the decision to use artificial turf is a big deal. We spent a lot of time doing our due diligence to find a business that would both educate us and show us how rhe final product would look at local residences. After spending time with other businesses, and knowing that it didn t feel right, we were delighted to find the Rocky Mountain Turf s gorgeous website. answered so many questions. Then Mason came over with samples and ready to measure and take photos to write up a really accurate estimate, along with important options to consider We knew we had found our people right then. Mason even came over a second time when we had more questions. That says a lot about how a business cares about its customers! We were well aware that it is in high demand so we had to wait a little while, but that was just fine knowing that it was going to be done well and beautifully. And that soon wr would not have have to take care of the lawn at all! Now we are the envy of the neighborhood! It is just gorgeous! And you have to be right on top of it touching it to not realize that it s not actually grass. We have to do a big shout out for isaiah and his tremendous team that put it in. Although they were all young men in their 20s, each was very experienced and knew what they were doing! They arrived on time and they were clean. They were efficient They were respectful, and kind, and we were friends from the minute they drove up. What great guys!!!! They worked all day without a complaint in the intense heat 100 degree heat and sunshine during an intense heat wave in Utah.. As senior citizens, we would have been so proud if they were our own kids . Able to work that hard and still Be so friendly and polite at the end of the day. We are thrilled with not just the finished product, but the excellent care we experienced with everyone employed at Rocky Mountain turf. We re getting so many compliments and so glad to pass their name along. Kudos, guys, for a job well done!

I researched several places once we decided to have artificial turf put in. Rocky Mountain was the only one that responded promptly and came out to show samples of various types of turf. They were also the only company that did not have a minimum 500 sq feet required. (My side yard is small) The installation went smoothly and our yard looks amazing. Now many of our neighbors are considering turf! Great service - no regrets!

Installation techs were the very definition of professional. Taking the time necessary to do the job as though it were going in at their own house. Additionally, they offered to go buy landscaping materials to blend their work with my finished yard. My only regret, the techs finished working in the rain and hurried to escape the storm - I missed the chance to give them a tip!

I am very satisfied with the work this company did. Austin was great to communicate and totally awesome about my indecisiveness. He changed the line twice for me and just responded its an extra 10 minutes. Isaiah was eager to please and make sure the work was done the way I wanted it. The entire crew was great to tolerate my (grandpa) 89 year old, self appointed, job foreman as well. Thanks guys! Overall, I feel like this is an honest and decent company for turf. I will see how it holds up, because I dont know what I am looking for to say it was done correctly....but it looks REALLY good and I am happy with it now!

I was having a hard time with my landscaper getting this area of my yard level for the playground area. Rocky Mountain Turf spent the time to make it perfect as they leveled out the road base before placing the artificial turf. The turf looks great and they installed it just in time for my play set to be set up the next day. Our kids love the feel of the turf and we dont have to mess with wood chips or rubber tires. Overall I am very satisfied.

If I could leave a 0 star review I would. Buyer beware! I had spoken to Rocky Mountain Artificial Turf on the phone and gone in to their store front to talk about our backyard project. Both times they were very misleading in quoting a price. When I called to follow up, there was no response other then text me. So I did, and still no response. I tried 2-3 times before getting a hold of them to come out for an estimate. They wanted $50 to come out for an estimate and said the fee was because they would draw up a professional CAD drawing of the estimate. So we paid the $50, they came out, took some measurements, and then left. When we got the bid, it was $2000 more than they originally estimated, when I spoke with them, they gave BS reasons that were made up on the spot. When I called them out on it, they recalculated their bid to be closer to their original estimate. They never sent the Professional $50 CAD drawing with the quote either. I had to ask for it, and what they sent over was a picture that looked like a 12 year old drew up. Nothing like the professional product they promised. They even calculated the total square footage incorrectly on the CAD drawing... What a joke!

Rocky Mountain Artificial Turf was awesome to work with. I was able to view previous projects they had done to see the quality of the work and material. This company took the charter school I work with and turned the field into one that they can use all year. Winters were a nightmare. Definitely a field we are excited to use. Work was completed in summer 2019.

I do a lot of landscape design and installation work and Rob has been an awesome partner in this. There has not been a time that we needed any material that he did not meet and provide when we needed it. They even delivered a roll when my truck went down.....awesome find for us....!! Thanks Rob..!
