The technicians were very courteous and explained everything they needed to do so that I could understand. They were very knowledgeable and I trusted them completely.

Called Hot Shot to correct some issues with our lawn sprinkler system. They showed up within 5 minutes of the appointment time. We discussed the issues and they checked it out. They quickly saw the major problem with one defective sprinkler head and made the repair. I requested they review and correct the spray pattern of the entire system. Each pattern was corrected as needed. A couple of sprinkler heads were replaced. All in all Parker and crew made improvements to the entire system. We will use them again when problems arise.

Property mgmt company review: Charged $300 for 30 mins work and 2 heads replaced (hidden $50 each for $12 part). By far the best communication weve had with any sprinkler company, but at more than double the typical cost, will likely look elsewhere first in the future.

Super fast and easy to work with.

We worked very closely with Parker and his team to first get a vision for the project we were considering. They then gave us a bid - which we couldnt afford - but since my son and I have skills they agreed to modify the bid so we could do the parts within our budget and skill sets. They have been pleasant and approachable throughout the project - which extended beyond expectations because of what I call our poison resistant strain of Bermuda grass. It just didnt want to die! We finally prevailed, and the project is now complete except for some final drip system adjustments and more mulch to spread - both projects part of our part of the agreement. We have been very pleased with the whole project, and are happy to recommend Hot Shot to anyone.

They tuned up my sprinkler system. What they did in an hour would have taken me at least an entire day, and they did a much better job than I would have.

We had a major repair for our sprinkler system. Their estimate and warranty is fair. Hot Shot did the repair while we were away. When we got back we couldnt turn on our water because the pipe installed was too small to for our water key. We called and they had someone out a few days later to fix the problem. Since then everything has worked really well.

Tech was great - told me how the sprinkler system worked. Then he literally dug into the problem and found the real issue about six inches below the sprinklers I thought were broken.

Dont trust Parker and his group. They go after you with change orders that should have been in the original cost. The office staff is horrible and uneducated on how to treat clients. Their billing system is a joke and they threaten you!! Overall, you would be making a huge mistake going with them. Save yourself headaches and find a better company to work with.

My experience working with Hot Shot has been a disaster. Not only are they ridiculously over priced (they quoted me $1,000 to fix 3 sprinkler valves. I just got a second quote at $200 from another company) but their owner was extremely rude to me and their customer service was terrible. They came out to fix 3 sprinkler heads - simple project. After they left one of my sprinkler zones wouldnt shut off. So I had them come back out to fix whatever they did. Thats when they quoted me $1,000 to fix the problem they caused! I was so upset I asked to talk to the owner and he got super angry and defensive with me and refused to fix the problem unless I paid them. I will never work with these guys again.

When I made the appt they wanted to know what I needed fixed. I told them what I believed the problem to be. They went and repaired that issue, but did not communicate what work was done. When we tried to turn the system on after they left I also had broken sprinkler heads and the timer didn t work. They only fixed the problem I mentioned and did not look at any of the other issues. Communication with the servicemen was non existent. Receptionist was helpful and did well at hearing our concerns. Needless to say we ended up having to fix the other problems but chose to use someone else to fix them.

Find a smaller company they will do it much better and cheaper THESE GUYS USES FAKE REVIEWS TO HAVE THEM LOOK GOOD. I got charged $400 dollars for two guys to fix 3 sprinkler heads. They said 150 dollars per man per hour, they will ALWAYS use two guys to make more money. They also charged me 87 dollars for a new sprinkler heads that you can buy for 14-20 dollars from Home Depot. Will never use this business again. Hot Shot Sprinkler I want my money back. CALLED NEXT WEEK because the sprinkler heads are still broken, the caller kept on defending their actions even though I told her my drive way are literally flooded because of the sprinkler they fixed. SHE WONT BELIVE ME, this is the worst company I ever ever dealt with.

They threaten that if you do not show up for the sprinkler appointment or you have to change it, they will charge you $150. What happens when they never show up to the appointment?! Thats what happened to me. What a total waste of time. Are they going to send me $150?

Very pleased with the Hot Shot Teams customer service and backing of the work they do. In short, I had a situation where the Hot Shot crew re-mapped all my zones so I could install a pool, after 12 months of construction on the pool, the hot shot Team returned to ensure all work done was working properly and stood by there work. Not something you see often now days. That alone earned my business for life. The Owner was great to work with as well, friendly, solutions oriented, catered to customer, etc. Would recommend!

I told them what I needed done, they completed it quickly, professionally, and in a timely manner. They even checked to make sure everything else outside I asked for looked good and came back telling me everything looked great and I was good to go. On their way out I let them know the electronic box confused me and they stopped and explained to me how everything works when they werent required too. Very appreciative of them and will use again if any issues come up in the future.

We had them last year and they were very good with good follow up. This year they started out good, but had to order a part and the follow up was not handled well. We had to call them to find out when they were coming to finish the job. Then they forgot the appointment that was set up. They finally came the next day and finished things up, and did a good job.

I knew I had a leaking in my mainline. HOT SHOTS were here in 2 days b/c I could turn off stop n waste valve. I had no idea where to start looking. My yard is 25 years old mature trees, bushes and other landscaping.Techs , Abraham and Jonathan, analyzed, found and fixed in no time. Abraham and Johnathan came by and got my sprinklers working in about 30 minutes. I spent a few days troubleshooting and couldn t figure out the problems. They filled up some more of the already paid time to make sure all the settings were correct on my controller and that each sprinkler head was working correctly and adjusted to spray in the right areas. They also checked all the valves to make sure they were working correctly and not leaking. Hot Shots is the best!

The had to reschedule on me but did good when they got to it. The crew was friendly and knew what they were doing!

I got a call from one of our tenants saying that the sprinkler techs needed a signature to perform the job. This was the only reason i am giving 4/5 stars. I am not sure what wouldve happened if we didnt get a signature, and i wouldve hoped this was disclosed prior to the appt. Fortunately, 1) the tenant was home and 2) they accepted the tenants signature. Soon after, the techs called me and verified what needed to be done. I got another call during the process, explaining what was going on and then a final call telling me they were done. Overall, a good experience.

Had a great experience with these guys. My schedule is very challenging and they were incredibly accommodating. Arrived as scheduled and fully equipped. Got the jod done and answered my questions. I would defi itely use them again and also recommend them.

Had them come to set all of my sprinklers straight and get them all running well in my smallish yard and cost $650. I paid and the guys told me that if anything breaks that everything is under warranty and to give a call and they ll come fix it for free. When I called to schedule for them to fix a couple busted sprinklers, the lady told me that there is no guarantee. It will be under warranty and they have to come and check if it is and when they come check, I will automatically be charged the hundred some dollar an hour fee if it is not under warranty.

These guys were great! I had them put in a new sprinkler line replacing an old line that was under some new concrete I had poured. They were the only ones that found a solution with to move my valve box and sprinkler line without tearing up my concrete. I had one minor issue after the job and they came back promptly to fix it without any extra charge. They also helped me with a few other sprinklers while they were there. Very professional and got the job done. I would recommend these Hot Shots!

Hot Shot checked our sprinklers for issues a couple weeks ago at the start of the season. Needed them to come back to adjust/fix a couple sprinklers and they returned promptly and honored their guarantee. When I spoke with Aubrey at their office, she was friendly and helpful. She even found a return appointment the same day! They cost more than our previous sprinkler company but are much better at communication/scheduling and returning to fix issues. Quality work, highly recommend!

Hotshot Sprinklers replaced sprinklers, installed driplines, installed a crushed stone pathway, installed some sod for patchwork, installed plants and trees and installed mulch. our yard looks really nice and I cant wait until the plants are fully grown. They also pressure washed our sidewalks after all of the yard work was completed. Also, Hotshot Sprinklers sent their crew over the next day when we had a sprinkler leak. Saul and his crew worked very hard each day as they completed the landscaping project. When the crew unintentionally damaged our playhouse while removing a tree, Diego came out and made the repairs. The playhouse looks like its original state. I had no idea what plants were best for our landscaping. However, Parker knew exactly what plants and where to place them. Katrina is a fun and friendly project manager who worked with me throughout the job. She always made sure that everything was in order. Update: When we have a leak or a broken sprinkler, Saul and his crew are right on it within a day or two. We really appreciate their hard work. Update: A section of our back lawn was dying. Juan Silva from Hot Shot came and installed an additional sprinkler head. He was quick, efficient and friendly. Update: At the end of last season, I had Hot Shot install valves in our vegetable gardens. However, they did not install valves they did some weird makeshift thingy. I was not happy. From what I understand they no longer work with Hot shot. Today Jonathan and Abraham came by and fixed the problem and installed some valves. I appreciate their work.

They charge you $150 to just LOOK at your project and give you a bid. Hard pass. Also, their Google reviews appear to be highly curated to eliminate bad press. Yelp reviews are terrible and not anywhere near as good as what Google presents.

I was happy to find out they could arrive the very next morning after I called the company. We had drip irrigation problems that another company tried repeatedly to fix, without success. I think its good now.

These guys were awesome. They got me scheduled super fast(next day), and they showed up EARLY! Really nice guys. They took care of my problem, and checked out the rest of my system, which I didn t call for. My repair got done really fast, and they could have just left, but since I was getting charged for the hour, they filled the time by doing extra work. They went above and beyond. I will definitely use them for all of my sprinkler issues.

Service was great but I asked the dispatcher to notify their workers that once the issue was identified I wanted to be told so I could fix it myself. Instead the workers found the issue and charged me an extra $190 for the work that I could have done myself for $30.

Outrageous quotes give you a bad reputation! Got multiple landscape quotes and Hot Shot was more than double and he was the only one that charged me for a quote!!! Definitely won t be using Hot Shot and I would never recommend them after seeing some pictures of finished jobs and see how they are so so so over priced! NO THANKS HOT SHOT!

I had a few sprinkler zones reworked and asked to have about 6 other sprinklers moved, but the guy I was working it out with never took notes of exactly what I wanted done, never wrote it down in a proper quote, so it was all word of mouth. Every time I think I can trust a quote like that, I get screwed, so Im done working with that kind of contractor as of now. Because things are not spelled out clearly, it gives them room to screw around with it. They showed up that morning and told me that instead of $1500 to rework 1 zone, their new prices that they didnt know about would be $2K/zone. But they haggled with the boss and were able to honor the quote. I spent more on what they did do than I originally spent putting a sprinkler system in. But they neglected to move the other 6 sprinklers I had asked for and I wont be calling them back because I think I can do better. They did good work though.

Insane price quote

I found Hot Shots at the 2023 Fall Home Show and booked an appointment to winterize our irrigation system. On the day of the appointment, they arrived on time and had 4 zones done within 20 minutes or so. The crew was very professional and courteous. Ill book with them again in the Spring. Update: its now Spring and Hot Shot just left. They got my backflow reinstalled and got everything ready for the summer. Consistent and reliable!

These guys are the best! The city of Lehi did the hydrovac dig to replace the meters and let me say, that project was a mess. Luckily we ve been using Hot Shot for the past 5 years and they were able to correct everything that the city contract messed up. Alway appreciate the upfront pricing and the quality of their work. Highly recommend this company for all your sprinkler problems/projects.

I was charged over $800 to set up drip irrigation to 5 trees and 2 bushes. They charge per technician and sent 2 technicians out so that they could charge me more money. They also left one of our drip irrigation zones turned on and constantly running and I didnt realize it for a couple of days. I would not recommend this business.

The company wanted to charge me $139 to come out to my house and provide an estimate to repair a sprinkler. Thats ridiculous. The Admin said that was the hourly fee for the service guy. Buyer beware.

Top notch service! Abraham and Jonathan were able to quickly find the root problem and location of a slow leak in the main line of the sprinkler system I had installed 21 years ago. I thought it would be much harder to find and fix the problem. Very impressive detective work and great customer service!

Needed sprinkler system reworked to improve lawn coverage. They replaced some sprinkler heads, and did some digging though you couldn t tell when they were done. The coverage is obviously much better now and I m looking forward to a greener yard this year.

I called Hot Shot on a Monday, they came and fixed the entire problem the next day. It was a smaller project, fixing the regulator, replacing a broken pipe in the same spot, and fixing the water shut off valve. But to have it done so quickly and professionally was refreshing. Highly recommend!

We had them blow out our sprinklers last fall. They charged approximately 179.00. This year he had them come to reverse the job and put the valve back in. Now the fee is per man hour not per head. They charged over 300.00. Very expensive and ridiculous. Expecting the service to cost around the same. Would not recommend them. Not willing to retain returning customers .

Miguel was great.. Amazing But they told me $150 an hour for simple work and ended up switching it to $300 an hour! Claimed I needed to pay for both guys! Super dishonest of them to send 2 and assume Ill double the $150 per hour! I even want Miguel back to finish the job but the bill was too dishonest. Seems like a supervisor made him charge more!!

I really wanted to like and use them but they are over priced. 149 for an estimate, still unsure if they are charging me 2 people and per and hour which would come close to 600 if I hadnt pushed them out. For 7 zone set up on city what, it was estimated at almost 28k. To set up on irrigation, not including the pump. Almost 33k. That is outrageously high! And like what some people say, they charge per a plant and more for a tree. If I had done a drip system. It would have been well over 40.

The work was fine but the rates are very high compared to other companies in the area of 189 per man hour. So a two hour job with 2 people is close to $800. Very high rates.

Just a heads up, they are very overpriced and will try to sell you an oversized system. They were more than double the price of other bids we received. Additionally, they dont offer any free estimates or quotes. You need to pay $150 just to get one, even if you can provide all the details over the phone.

When we called to get pricing info, girl on the phone refused to give out any type of pricing estimate and made us schedule and PAY $150 for a tech to come out and give us a quote. The guy quoted us $3k for 5 new sprinkler heads to add on to our existing box, which is more than DOUBLE the other bids we got from competitors. The real kicker is that they rudely refused to refund the deposit which is absolutely predatory and ridiculous. If youre looking for any type of sprinkler or landscape help, keep looking. This is not it.

This is the second time I have used Hot Shot. Both times they have been prompt, resolved the issues with the sprinkling system (today it was electrical) and adjusted my sprinkling system to provide optimal coverage. Two thumbs up!!

These folks are great. They are very responsive, can usually get to your issue quickly and do good work. Not the cheapest you can find but they do a quality job and stand behind their work so I view it as a great value.

Sprinkler stations needed to be replaced. Called them and they came per appointment time. Damion and Eric stayed until completed well after closing time. Took great care in cleaning up when they were done.

I can t speak to the quality of their work as I had none done. I was charged $150 for an estimate on sprinkler and sod installation (which was disclosed upfront). However, the quote they gave me was so high it s almost hard to believe it was given in good faith. About 2.5-3x the range I got from 3 other businesses. They seem to have many good reviews for the work they do, but if you re getting quotes consider them an ultra-premium end of the spectrum and don t spend the $150 unless price is absolutely no object for you.

I needed a sprinkler pipe repaired right at the base of a sprinkler that was broken off. I was out of town for a few weeks, and my mother was watching our house while we were away. I gave instruction when ordering the repair to not replace the sprinkler, but merely repair the pipe. I had my mother who was at the house to receive the repair team tell me how the repair went and she told me that they had ignored the request to use the old sprinkler and in fact had repiped that section of the the system to fit their much smaller replacement sprinkler a sprinkler that didn t have enough flow to even cover the lawn in that are. When I called to report the problem I was told on the phone that the job was done exactly in the way it had to be done. She was condescending and dismissive as I reiterated that I only needed an 2 section of 1 pipe replaced, not the pipe resized and a smaller sprinkler. She passed the phone to another woman I assume to deescalate me and quell my discontent, but she also told me that the problem was mine, not theirs. They acted as if I was being unreasonable to demand that the team return and do the job I d asked for (which was much simpler than what they had done). When they came back I had my mom on FaceTime so I could assure it was done the way I had asked. The removal of their previous work and repair took no more than 5min. $424.78!!! For a cubic foot of dirt excavated and a 2 inch pvc pipe replaced! A total amount of work (not including their mistake and removal of their mistake) of 5 minutes! Do not use them! Also, hypothetically if it had been my mother s house and her disagreeable son wasn t there to demand the job be done right. They would have taken advantage of her, charging her $424.78 to just ruin her sprinkler system. I imagine that s what they re doing: applying their literal one-size-fits-all approach to every job and charging a surgeon s rate to do it. Again, do not use them

These guys are great. Ive used them twice for sprinkler repair. They were always super easy to schedule, they show up, get the job done incredibly fast, and they charge a fair rate. I had a sprinkler box that was blowing water out like a geyser. These guys showed up, pumped out all the water, dug a massive hole that looked like it was going to ruin my landscape, then the next time I looked out the window the yard was completely put back together as good as new and everything was fixed! This all happened in like 45 minutes worth of work. Really impressed with the company and the workers.

Smart companies have systems and processes in place to communicate and transact with their customers. Hot Shot is one of those companies. Service was on time and blow out sprinklers as promised.

One of the worst companies I dealt with. I had a broken pipe in the front strip pretty close to the meter. I called this company and the operator told me that we will charge you 149$ to investigate and see what is the problem then once we give you the quote we will move the 149$ towards the fix. What happened 2 gentleman came and they didn t do anything, found the water was flooding from the barrel were the meter in and they told me it is not our issue, the city should fix it and they left. I told them this is doesn t make sense because the meter is already reading the leaking and it should be on my side. But they insisted and left. So I had to call the water company and they told me it doesn t make sense but anyway, we are coming to do the investigation and let you know. They came and brought a huge truck which sucks the flooding water and turned off the main water stream. After they suck the water and the dirt we found the broken pipe and it was after the meter as we all expected, except the The guys from Hot Shot company my neighbour was attending while the water company using the truck to suck the water and he volunteered to fix the pipe and the water company didn t leave us they left the truck sucking the water till my neighbour fixed it. Then after that I was surprised that the Hot shot company charged me for 149$, I thought they will be embarrassed for their wrong investigation and they wasted my time because when their technician left, they left the leakage and I was losing 22 K gallon of water daily were my bill returned back 500$ +. Very disappointed from their professionalism and the bad customer service as they are insisting on taking the money. Don t deal or use them at all

The pros: Company came fast, they did excellent work. They contacted me quickly when I reached out for questions. The cons: it was EXPENSIVE. Over 30K for a partial lawn of sprinklers and sod, and a small amount of pavers. Felt like a rip-off but we were in a time crunch and didnt have a lot of options before winter hit after our move. I tried to get a detailed estimate, but it was very broad. And things were not particularly clear as far as what to expect with regards to work. I asked for a quick sketch of what they were planning and where and never got one. Things kept changing with regards to what to expect. Final verdict: While the work was beautiful and done quickly, the fact that communication was unclear and felt like I was never very sure as to what was going on. And the prices felt like I was overcharged. Overall, I think the cons outweighed the pros with regards to the scope of the work and so I dont think I would hire them again due to that.

I have a large lot with lots of grass and many sprinklers. They did some major work in 2022 that was very complicated, adding a pump for secondary water, redoing multiple supply lines, moving valve boxes, a new filter, and installing and wiring a new control box. Excellent work!! This year, 2023, with my sprinkler system working so well, my grass looked better than it has in many years. I had them come out recently and blow out all my lines to prepare for winter. They were knowledgeable on how to do my complicated system. They were fast, friendly and I watched as they were diligent to thoroughly do every station. I will continue to use this company every year for sprinkler repairs and service. DO NOT do business with Hot Shot!! They charged me $189 just for a bid. I got the bid and it was outrageous so I declined. Hot Shot didn t charge me until 6 months later. I called and left a message to talk about it and didn t receive a call back. Finally got a manager and that s their business charge for bids. No understanding or wiggle room. Beware!!

Owner charged to give an estimate - not my favorite practice but I understand that time is valuable. I submitted payment info twice, they failed to charge twice due to some office incompetence. Then they harassed me for payment info a third time in December, when everyone is busy with business year-end and holidays. I drop everything to comb through bank records to ensure that they had not already charged me. Very inconvenient and annoying. For what its worth, the owner knew his trade and had some good ideas. But, they were $25K over the next closest bid. Id look elsewhere for landscaping and sprinkler needs. We went with another vendor and are very happy.

We moved to Utah and found out the hard way we needed to get the pipes flushed and shut down in the winter. Hot shots was amazing. Denisha really goes above and beyond to provide incredible customer service. She is the reason I will keep coming back. Diego is the one who usually comes out and does the work. He is very kind and very thorough. This last time they came David came too. They worked very hard and checked everything carefully and did a great job. They even came a couple days later when it got cold again to check the pipes. It s amazing customer service. Prices are very comparable to any of the sprinkler/water maintenance. We will for sure keep coming back!

DO NOT HIRE HOT SHOT SPRINKLER REPAIR. They are full of empty promises. Their customer service is horrible. They bite off more than they can chew. The technicians had come out to my house three separate times and all of them had no idea what was going on. I had to start over every time telling them what I needed done to which they replied it was a big job and would take five or six hours to complete. I said thats fine when can we get it done? Then they would schedule times to come out and then never showed up. No phone call no text message I would get angry and call their office and they were full of excuses they promised me they would make it right and send out another technician. They would then send a technician out at 8 p.m. the next day and the technician would still say theres not enough time in the day to do the job and would have to come back. The owner of the company finally said if his technicians didnt get this done by Sundown he would personally come out and pay me to do the system. That was obviously a lie because he didnt own up to what he promised.

Our yard just looked blah and overgrown and downright boring in comparison to most of our neighbors . We decided to see what Hot Shot could do for us. Outstanding cleanup and landscaping is what we found. We re no longer lagging behind the neighbors. In fact we re beating quite a few.

I hired them in the spring to check my sprinkler heads. I knew there would be 2 guys. But I believe they fixed some sprinkler heads that didnt need to be fixed. And they broke a few, probably to get me to call back so they could charge me more. I have 4 or 5 completely dry dead spots in my lawn that werent there before they fixed them. The grand total for what they did was around $800 and they were here 2 hours. I didnt even want to attempt to deal with customer service. Never going to use them again. I highly recommend NOT using them.

My wife and I initially contacted Hot Shot Sprinklers in late July to re-do our sprinkling system in the front yard. Over the next few weeks we ended up having them do a complete overhaul of our entire sprinkling system and landscaping for our entire property. We had wanted to minimize our grass and use a large part of our yard for drought tolerant plants, trees, and mulch for years now, and after talking with Parker we felt that we had finally found our guy. We are absolutely in love with the final result. We find ourselves spending a large part of our mornings and especially evenings either sitting on our front porch looking out at the front yard, sitting in our backyard gazebo playing boardgames and looking out over the backyard, or even just walking around taking in all the flowers, plants and trees. Parker and his crew were extremely personable, professional, and absolutely exceeded our expectations as far as a timeframe. We had already contacted multiple landscapers, landscape designers, and sprinkler companies and had either been stood up or brushed off by virtually all of them. Parker arrived when he said he would, his crew started the project sooner than we expected, and they all worked hard until the project was complete. The entire crew was super friendly and patient as I had multiple questions throughout the process. They all seemed like they actually cared about the end result (as opposed to it just being another job for them). I want to specifically shout out Juan Medina. He absolutely cared about the project to a degree that I was really blown away by. He had a sharp eye for details, and he made multiple suggestions throughout the process, many of which we ended up using. One night in particular he stayed a while after the rest of the crew had left and talked me through a few of his ideas and how he thought they would incorporate into our current porch/concrete work and enhance the design overall. I had a broken pipe in my valve box and wanted three rotor heads replaced.(I had the heads) sent 2 guy and said it was $120.00 hr for each guy! and the sprinklers dont cover....I still need repair got a bill for $1,934.59!!!!!!! what a joke!!! sprinklers not surgery.....they replace all vales charge me for parts and all rotor and I paid for 2 guys while one work the other with his thumb up his ...I will never use them again!!!! go somewhere else for all your stuff these guys are a joke and robber in my opinion! if i could give negative starts I would!!

Thanks Parker! I used Hot Shot for a simple sprinkler repair on my rental property. They did a great job. They were very quick and efficient. I was impressed, so I called them to come and give me there opinion on our new home(a year and a half old) because there were many areas that were going brown and drying out. I know that we are having a warm Summer, but the areas that are drying out have areas right next to them that are nice and green. What I was looking for was some simple guidence on how efficient my sprinklers are and things I could change to make them more efficient. Instead I had 2 guys come in that spoke very little English and instead of giving advise on how to get better coverage, they just increased each of the staitions(I have 11), to 45 minutes per staition!!! Thats 8 hours and 25 minutes a day of watering!!! Thats not a solution. I have no problem with anyone coming to the USA and working, but for heavens sake, send somone that can communicate with the person paying you $127 for 30 minutes of going through my sprinklers and then setting me up to pay tripple the water bill at the end of the month.

We needed a big time rescue from an off- the-rails landscape project. Parker and the crew (office, Maria, Manuel, Saul, Eduardo and Juan) and were fabulous- on time, hard working, very pleasant, professional and spot-on a clearly documented scope and budget. Deeply grateful for the attention to detail - the work performed (through extreme heat), fulfilling all the deliverables, and, most of all, taking us from a 6 month DMZ to DONE, in less than 5 weeks.
