Tutts Aeration and Fertilization in Draper

i am so disappointed in this company. we had more snells, ants, Earwigs ,and wasps this year 2024 than any other year we have lived here. i asked them to cancel our service and i was told we had signed a one year agreement, i don’t remember signing it but i could have. we agreed to have one final service which was scheduled to be preformed last Saturday 11/16/24, they never showed up but they charged my CC 5 minutes after we hung up. i have texted them but they have not responded. the salesman that sold us this program was slick, if Tutts show up at your door, run away as fast as you can! from a business model, its pretty good, bill the customer but fail to deliver a service, what a racket!

The owner tells you that you are signing for a 2 months servicing and when you try and cancel you are told you signed on for a year. they will not allow you to cancel and won't provide proof you signed up for a year. stay away from this company

Due to unexpected circumstances, we were forced to cancel, but fortunately, they were understanding and waived the cancellation fee.

They were giving my family interrogations their sales rep didn’t tell us about a cancellation fee and they never sent us a contract. I highly recommend never trying this company! Hawx is a much better alternative.

I had a salesman from tutt’s interrupt me today at home while I was with a client, just trying to sell products to me. I have a no soliciting sign and he was looking right at it when he started his spiel. Bad practice.

He was great! We have a large deck to get to our back lawn. We all worked together to get his machine up ramps and down ramps. We so appreciate all he did to help get our whole yard aerated! 👍

We had them aerate our lawn. They were very careful to avoid our sprinkler heads and were very professional. I am definitely going to call them for pest control. Great business!!
