The business itself is great - return calls promptly, communicate well, schedule times in advance and give notice as to when they are on their way. I was looking for lawn aeration; they offered liquid aeration. **I did no research in advance!** My husband saw the process and had questions. I did research afterwards and found that mechanical aeration is the evidence based best standard. So thats what Ill get going forward.

Brand new client. First experience with SolTerra, and my experience getting pricing for bug spray and first treatment (indoor & outdoor) was great. When I spoke to their sales team on the phone they were very informative about both pricing and the reason why for quarterly treatments (which I already knew and makes sense), and explains they would come out for free anytime between treatments for any uptick we saw. He took payment info over the phone, prepped me for what to expect so we could make sure we were ready for our appointment. The day of our treatment (Saturday) I received a text message when the technition was about 10 minutes out. Since this was our first time we had them treat for spiders on the interior main floor and the basement- the areas where we are beginning to kill 8 legged roommates a few times a week. They treated our front porch (which is our main source of issues) and barrier treatment outside. Our technition was friendly, polite, and quickly treated our home, and payment was deducted after our home was treated. Very pleased with the customer experience so far.

So far this season Ive really appreciated my choice to hire SolTerra for my yard and property care to treat for pests and fertilizer. They have communicated well and provided on time thorough service.

Stellar results. After spraying we found several dead black widows in garage and on outside windows. Chandler was great and very informative. He gave great instructions on when dogs can be back out into the yard, etc. Nate was fantastic on getting us scheduled in a timely manner.

David, the salesman for Greenland, was very polite, personable and extremely helpful. Marcus came out to spray today, but because of the rain he was only able to spray the inside. He was extremely helpful, was able to answer all my questions, and very polite. He was quick and efficient, plus he rescheduled the outside because of the rain.

i would have been happier to have had a time frame for his visit. He did not come until 7:30 that evening. I also said he should not have been scheduled so late. I felt unhappy because I had to decline a fun invitation with a friend to wait for him. Some companies give me a time frame of 2 hours, some 4 hours. When Noah finally arrived he was exceptionally great at his job. He not only knew how to do his job but he also told me what to expect. He was kind and personable but was willing answer my questions.

So far, my lawn is looking better and healthier after I finally relented and decided to find a company to fertilize my lawn. Solterra uses a specific herbicide/ pesticide to treat issues in my grass, not a generic mix like others use. Ive had two treatments so time will tell. I also really like their customer service. They know how to treat their customers well.

I called and received a bid over the phone. The employee told me the cost would be $69,00 per treatment. I confirmed with him that he said $69.00 and he said YES. After a brief conversation I asked him again So I will be getting 6 treatments at $69.00 each and once again I was told yes. After I got the first treatment I noticed that I was charged $79.00 not $69.00 like I was told....FOUR TIMES. I sent them a message and they said that there was some sort of misunderstanding. I got my second treatment and once again I was charged $79.00. I sent them yet another message and told them once again that I was not charged correctly and that I was done with any further services. Its not the $10.00 difference that matters. Its the fact that I was quoted one price and was charged another. I DONT like being lied to or scammed. I would not recommend this company to anyone.,

These guys do a phenomenal job! I use them for pest control and their fertilizer program and have seen THE best results! My grass is greener than Ive ever seen it and weed free! SolTerra s service and customer experience are excellent. Every person that I have interacted with has been extremely nice and informative. It is a huge relief to no longer worry about weeds.

This is the first time I have used them. They came on the day they said and finished and the lawn looks very good. They worked quickly. The lawn was very long because I was changing over and they had to schedule me in. they left it a little long this time. I like having an agreed upon price. The last person cutting our lawn charged a variable rate. I think this next cutting I will ask them to cut it just a little shorter. I m still pleased with the service.

Communication is good, these guys are great to work with, only slight complaint is I wish they were a bit more meticulous about edges they only get what their machines can reach at the fence. My corners have growth.

First time with SolTerra. We called and spoke with Nate about problems with our lawn and plans to seed or add sod where needed, once a treatment was complete. Nate (one of the owners) was incredibly helpful, offering how to information and willing to refer us to landscapers and suppliers who could help. All the advice was provided before we agreed to signup for the season (and he was not pushy in the least). We did signup and appreciate the responsiveness and professionalism. We received text messages about when they would arrive to treat the lawn. Rare to find service like this! Fantastic experience so far!

They came in below their initial bid and even did a few extras that weren t originally quoted. They busted the job out in about 2 days total and i thought it would take at least 3-4 days to complete. They were super friendly and professional and answered any question that we had promptly. I would recommend these guys to anyone looking for a solid landscaper. 5 star review, no doubt about it. They may look young but they are a couple of hard workers that I m glad we called!!

Had SolTerra complete some exterior pest control around home. I needed a modified plan and they accommodated my needs. Good communication via text for day I was scheduled, and also a day of text 15 minutes prior to arrival. Employee was on time, in a company shirt, and driving a newer company car, very professional and asked if I had any questions. I also have them scheduled to mow my lawn for a few weeks after a knee surgery. Separate review will come on that. Would recommend.

Nice to get my Saturdays back

I once was a proud customer of Solterra. However I do feel compelled to write about my recent experiences. 2 years ago I was paying 25.00 a service 2x a month for lawn mowing. I have a very small yard and park strip that they would take care of. good value, lawn looked good, etc. They then jumped their price by 10 dollars a service last year. Ok no biggie, inflation etc. 70 bucks a month for 2 mowing services. This is on a .07 total acre lot in Daybreak. Known for small yards. This year I get a bill after my first services with an amount of 55.00 per service. I begrudgingly pay the first bill and send a message through their service to discuss this increase and was it a 1 time cost due to it being the first mow of the new year as they have a 1.5 multiplier cost on their statement for first mow of the season. I let them know that if this is fact the true cost going forward I would like to know so I can consider alternatives or decide to stop all together. While I admire their entrepreneur spirit, it has felt increasingly that its become more of a cash grab to them than providing a good service at fair and reasonable rates. The communication was non existent whenever I had issues to bring up. Last year their team completely missed a middle section of my small yard that had leaves on it like the rest of the yard. When I inquired about it i was told they mowed it and new leaves must have blown down. At this point there were no leaves on the trees and I sent them a pic and they did nothing to even acknowledge it. This seems to be how they want to operate moving forward. However as one of their first clients and one who was loyal even when they did things maybe outside their area like breaking my backflow preventer and not even having the decency to tell me they did, they just avoid the issue. They would have rather lost a client and someone who supported them than be honest, communicative, and forthright in their dealings. After finally speaking to them and hearing them out about their attempts to send me a message in their system, I sent them all the screen shots and cooresponding messages that i sent and never received anything back from them. They could have cared less and were more than happy to take my money for the last services and move on. Not a great way to run a local business in which your biggest way to grow is to work and talk with your clients so they spread the word for you. It felt that they wanted more and more money from me, after I refused to sign up for their other services, and they relentlessly kept texting, messaging me to do so. When I shared with them that Beeline pest, was not only extremely more affordable and had been providing me quality service for over 5 years they seems to be upset by that and bam here comes the price increase. So best of luck, to you guys, but felt you need some honest feedback as you attempt to grow.

Super responsive when I call, and very helpful answering all of my questions. They were professional and came when they said they would come! They ve been great so far and honest and worked with my schedule. I do wish that they d discount the total cost if you prefer to just have the backyard done and not the front, but they said that I pay the minimum allowed, so they can t discount it, it s the same even if I only want the backyard. Not sure how other companies do it!

I am not fully sure how liquid aeration works but Nate sold me on it and I am giving it a go. Nate has been excellent and very informative throughout the whole process. My neighbors were kind and did not turn me into the HOA police but it was getting bad. I had to get professional help. Hiring the neighbor kids just didn t keep up with the landscaping needs and I was getting the nasty letters. As a former member of the Covenant Committee, I couldn t let it get worse. I saw the SolTerra truck more and more in my neighborhood and called them. They solved my dry patch problems that I created and got my lawn back to health in no time. They weeded and trimmed.
