Horrible Experience: Got a quote to do a job. The night before the job was to start I get a call and they're increasing the price by up to 50%. I inquire as to why and I'm told the cost of the materials has increased. I offer to get the materials myself ,and only pay the previous labor quote, and then they admit that it's not the materials after all. I will not do business with, nor recommend, companies whose business practices include greed and dishonesty.

They have always serviced our commercial building with top notch service!

I used Green Acre for three summers - great service the first two summers but that deteriorated this summer. Never had calls or emails returned and their quality of work started to suffer unfortunately. The owner is nice if you can get a hold of him.

Thanks to Craig's diligence, our 2 water features are finally working!! He took the time to explain everything he was doing and tried to find an economical way to solve our water features' problems. They hadn't been working properly for over a year, and it is a joy to hear our waterfall again. I know it's beauty will increase our home's value.

These guys are quick, responsive and professional. They make it easy!

We didn't end up using them because it took them two weeks to return our initial call. I'm glad they did return it (it's surprising how many businesses don't bother even doing that), but after two weeks we already had made other arrangements with a different sprinkler company that returned our call right away, and who we ended up really, really liking.
