Carroll Lawn Care in Dracut

Have called them multiple times for lawn service. The call go straight to voice mail. They will call you back once after 3 weeks of follow up stating the time when they will come over for service . Nobody shows up and when you call again they don t respond. This happens when on the first service we paid them a small sum in advance for the second service and schedule the service way ahead in advance. Nobody came on the scheduled date and we have been following with them for last 4 weeks with no success.

Craig has been an absolute pleasure to work with. We ve hired him for a few years now for multiple properties and he s been extremely fair, responsive, consistent and reliable. He does a thorough job for all properties and is quick to the job if we need extra work to be done. He completely beats the other contractors I ve had to deal with prior. We re extremely happy with his services and highly highly recommend him for all! Thank you Craig!!

I hired Carroll lawn care to trim my Arborvitae bushes. The bushes were overgrown, wide and hitting the house and electrical wires. They came out and did an outstanding job. The Arborvitae bushes look better now than they ever did. Price was very reasonable and I m planning on hiring them again to plant some new shrubs. Thank you Jason and Craig!!!

Carroll Lawn Care provided tree branch trimming at my Moms who is a senior citizen (90+). Their team worked well with my Mom and went above and beyond trimming additional trees that were not in the estimate, but barely charged more than what was estimated. Good, genuine people Id say. My Mom really likes them. Weve hired them now for snow removal for the winter. Highly recommend.

Craig and his team did an excellent job. They were very thorough in taking out the weeds from the flower beds, then sprinkling weed preventer and then laying down the mulch. Carroll Lawn Care also does lawn mowing for me. They keep the lawn and driveway clean after they finish the job. I would definitely use them again.

Craig and his team is amazing. They take really good care of my lawn and are always on time. They go above and beyond to ensure myself and my wife are happy. Today, for example, he wasnt supposed to come but we needed our lawn cut for a party. He drove by, saw that I couldnt get my lawn mower to start, so he stopped and did the work for us on the spot, outside of our schedule time. Amazing. Thank you.

Craig was quick to respond, quoted a great price, arrived earlier than expected and he and his team didn t stop til it was done! My yard has never been so free from leaves, and it s an overwhelmingly large yard with obstacles that make leaf removal difficult. I was impressed and highly pleased. Will definitely hire again! Mr. Carroll is extremely professional, he is absolutely amazing at keeping my yard well manicured, He is very dependable, I love the fact that he not only mows my lawn but he also weed whacks around all of my trees, walk ways and close to the walls around my yard, I love the work he performs at home.

The honeymoon started off fine and my wife wrote him a good review but then all went bad. He promised to show up four times and just never showed. Total crickets. He also took quoted to down a tree that was supposed to be cut up and Stacked as the first tree he did. However, he dropped it whole into my compost pile and avoided us when when asked that he do what he said he would do and what he was paid to do. He also took our money and didn t cut back the brush as agreed despite promises to come back the next time to finish the job. Again, crickets. Not dependable and refuses to communicate. Run away from this fly by nighter. There are plenty of honorable and dependable hard working people out there to chose from. Edited: He was paid cash for everything! Nothing was sought from him for free. He cannot take responsibility and correct his misdeed when confronted. Check to see if he really carries insurance (Especially worker s compensation) as claimed as it is unusual to advertise a Dracut, MA based business and then arrive in a pick up with non commercial plates from New Hampshire.
