They replaced my front porch and walkway. Excellent work, arrived when they said they would and was kept up to date with how everything was going every day. I would definitely recommend LaMantia.

Our driveway was a cracked and crumbling mess. Sealing it was not even possible anymore, so we turned to La Mantia to completely replace it. They were not the cheapest, but we did not want to face the same problems later on by cutting corners. Dominic was great to deal with, as he explained all the facets of the project and the La Mantia crew were thorough and professional. On our project, we needed some additional base stone and we had them remove part of the sidewalk that was awkward and unsightly. I cannot tell you enough how beautiful it looks now, and how happy we are that we went with La Mantia.

Great work by LaMantia! Contracted them to replace my 28 yes old asphalt driveway. They kept me informed all throughout the multi-day work. Crew arrived on time each day. They took great care in their work, were respectful of property, and cleaned up really well at the end of the job. Big thanks to everyone.

La Mantia was our one-stop-shop for our landscaping, grading, drainage, and concrete driveway project. We had a very long old asphalt driveway in bad condition when we purchased our home. Everything went smoothly and received nothing but complements.

La Mantia Enterprises removed my old driveway, then poured a new concrete driveway in 2020. They exceeded my expectations with their professionalism and attention to every detail. The crew arrived on time each day and worked hard to complete the driveway project quickly. I have contracted with them to pour a new patio in 2021. Great family-owned company to work with.

I contracted with LaMantia to replace the garage floor and asphalt driveway on my house built in 1977. The garage floor had sunk and the driveway had seen better days. Dominic, the owner, walked us through the process of how both the driveway and garage floor would be replaced with concrete. The project took 3 days to complete. We were impressed with the quality of the work and attention to detail, including the clean up of the work site at the end of each day. We are extremely pleased with the results, and would highly recommend his company.

Family owned business that has been in this area for 3 generations. I got another quote from a different company before contacting La Mantia. Then I contacted La Mantia. I immediately decided to go with this company based on their history and quality of work. They were very responsive to any questions I had. I will not hesitate to use in the future and to recommend to family and friends.

They were a great bunch to work with. Very neat. They even put soil and grass seed down where they had to kill part of the grass. I have already recommended them!

We recently hired LaMantia to install a concrete driveway approach ; the job had several challenges to say the least . John was there for us every step of the way , coming out to our home and hand holding during culvert replacement, as well as ,providing helpful advise for future improvements. The crew was very professional , hard working, neat, company shirts etc. With out reservations ; I recommend this company and will use them in the future.

I hired La Mantia Enterprises to remove and replace a garage floor and an asphalt driveway. The problems were numerous: 1/2 deep ridges left in the driveway from the rolling machine, areas in the asphalt where not enough material had been compacted in, low spots in the garage floor which collect water, garage door threshold that is too low on one side and will require remedial work to fix. The day that the crew installed the driveway, I noted the hurried manner in which they left the job - Id never seen a crew leave a job that quick before! Later, my wife called to ask me why we had lines running up the driveway which were around 1/2 deep at their deepest point. To his credit, Dominic did come out quickly and had a crew heat the asphalt up and tamp it down, while also using a torch to melt asphalt into the locations needing extra material. The garage floor however, has been a disaster! There are several areas where water pools in low spots, instead of draining toward the door and a threshold that is over 1/2 low on one side. Prior to construction, I had suggested that I might epoxy the finished floor but Dominic dissuaded me from doing this and recommended adding Ozinga Shield to the concrete, which would be a better job and would be cheaper. I agreed. After the issues with the garage floor came to light, Dominic suggested using a friend of his to level the problem area with epoxy. I got an estimate which came to $2685. Dominic made no mention of paying for this, so I assumed that I was on my own for this. I told him it was too much and that we should go with his other suggestion of tearing out the affected quadrant and reinstalling it. He agreed but informed me that I shared the blame for this, as I had a conversation with his concrete guy on the day of the concrete installation. I had indeed had a conversation with him that day - to ask why he wasnt using the laser level to mark the finish level of the threshold instead of measuring off the bottom of the guide rail (the guide rails were different heights above grade, but both accommodated the lowest rollers on the garage door). Dominic informed me that it was partly my responsibility, as I had installed a garage door that supposedly cant be adjusted, to accommodate an uneven/unlevel threshold and he has a disclaimer in the contract that specifically addresses this. For the record: GARAGE DOOR THRESHOLDS SHOULD ALWAYS BE FINISHED LEVEL - NO EXCUSES! Dont believe me? Ask a garage door installer! This was the last straw for me. I informed Dominic that his company shouldnt come back on my property and that Id find a solution elsewhere. To his credit, Dominic did respond when I brought up issues and is personable to deal with. However, the insinuation that I was somehow to blame for a workmanship issue and that it was in part my fault, were too much. Update: I read Dominic s rebuttal and it contains a lot of erroneous information: I never threatened anyone - I don t even know where he got this. Dominic never contacted my garage installer, as he doesn t even know who that company is... I don t know where he got any of this information from. The concrete work has never been rectified - I ll find another contractor to do that. Dominic only offered to pay part of the epoxy remediation work after I posted a public review. Dominic needs to stop whining about the garage door - the old door and threshold were level and the new door is level, the only thing that isn t is the new concrete. Dominic, stop making up nonsense about me or this debacle of a job that you guys did. It s time to grow up!!

I met these guys late in the fall to talk about my patio project but soon come to find we were not ready until the following year. Dominic remembered us and contacted me early this year. He recalled everything that we had discussed which was a good 6 months later! He is very detailed about explaining the process and the steps we should expect. I felt very confident they could perform the work and do the best job in our interest as their customer. They (Dom and John) knew about all the options we could imagine and also actually very knowledgeable about plantings and landscaping. The labor crew was also very personable and nice. Top shelf people top to bottom. Both John and Dom are also very involved on days the work is ongoing which gave me the confidence to not need to oversee things and make sure I was getting what we agreed upon. I will call them back without hesitation for any concrete needs I might have in the future.
